I was just in town for one night. Parking was free, food was good (as good as any other free breakfast buffet). The lobby is beautiful and the staff at the reception were lovely. I would absolutely stay there again.

The room was clean. But when we asked for towels they told us we could not have any except for the two that were in the room and the parking is no good Only 2 hr parking at the hotel we had to park 2 blocks away and walk .

Although the property is older and I noticed renovations were underway, the most important thing for us was the cleanliness—it was impeccable—and the breakfast was incredibly comprehensive. There were four types of coffee and a wide variety of options to choose from, with seating for 49 people; I would definitely stay here again. The *only* downside was the young woman who checked us in; she wasn't pleasant—perhaps she was having a bad day—and she didn't come across as welcoming or cheerful.

The hotel is pretty but it's in DESPERATE need of some TLC regarding the plumbing and mold in the rooms. I brought the issues to the attention of staff. There seems to be a sincere concern regarding fixing these problems. Technically they can say they have a pool BUT don't get your hopes up and if you blink you'll walk past it. The staff was very kind and the breakfast buffet came in handy.
