Hotel location is good and have a bowling in the complex. I struggled a bit with the lights as rooms were painted dark and had very little light in the rooms. No lights near bed. Pillows were hard. Everything else were ok.

The property is dirty, out dated, worn out. Parking Lot /Security lighting in guest parking lot next to hotel section are not working, bulbs need checking or replaced. I counted 5 lights not working. This creates a dark and unsafe area. Casino is smokey. Room furniture is in need of replacing. I stayed 2 nights. I doubt I would stay there again.

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel, but for the money, it wasn't bad. The furniture was old and worn, and there were a few nasty stains on the carpet, but the room was generally pretty clean and functional. The beds were comfortable and all of the employees were friendly and helpful. They hit you with a surprise $10/day resort fee upon arrival, which is questionable since there are no amenities other than it's attached to a casino. Technically they offer a pool, but you have to take your towel and walk across the street to an RV park and use theirs. Overall, it was a decent place and an excellent value.

Pretty nice room for the price. It's kind of BS that they charge a resort fee, though, because there is no pool on site -- you have to drive something like 10 mi across town to the pool! So I don't feel like they deserve a resort fee. That being said, it was around $50, so I guess I can't complain. Room was very clean and tastefully appointed, and everything worked I would definitely stay here again.

The room was ok. Had to get more towels, they only stocked 2 sets when 3 people were in the room. Ice machines were broken, and we were told theu didn’t know when they would be fixed. Was there 2 days, no ice. Room was clean.

Our room was old and outdated. Our bathroom door didnt latch and our wall AC unit rattled ALL NIGHT LONG. Neither my partner or i got much sleep. The carpet floors were sticky in places and the bathroom floor was dirty as well. We wont be back.

I would not recommend anyone stay in this hotel. I was on the "non smoking" 1st floor and could smell pot everyday. The entire place smells like an ashtray and it is not clean at all. The bottoms of my feet were black from the carpet in the room and there was an inch of dust on all the furniture. To top if off I could hear running water in the bathroom non-stop. They sent someone to look at it, could not find the problem, and told me if a pipe burst and I see water to call them back.I booked for 4 nights, stayed 3 and drove back to Las Vegas to get a clean room. The only positive I will add is the girl at the front desk was very nice and apologized for my troubles.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The two queen beds room had only one night stand between them, and not enough phone charger outlets. The A/C was very noisy. There were only three lights in the room: one by the door; one between the beds; and a third lamp. The safe was out of order. The shower appeared to have a lot of black mold around the edges. For $68 per night plus taxes and fees it was okay for two nights.

It’s not the hotels fault but any amount of noise from other rooms is very easy to hear. We had an especially noisy neighbor clambering around and speaking loudly from around 1am-3am. Room furniture was well worn but beds were comforable. Air conditioning worked well. Shower has enough pressure to blast barnacles off a boat. Fine for an overnight stay, would have been better without noisy neighboring room.

We stay here twice a year. This is a ok place to stay for the price but has its issues that need to be resolved. For one their check in customer service needs improving as these ladies are not very friendly. They need some customer service training to improve their interactions with the guests. Second the hair dryer in the room wouldn't work and trying to get a hold of someone was a big pain. Then finally I got a hold of someone and they cant send me another one. The said they cant get a hold of their engineering department to bring one or diagnose the problem. Good thing there wasn't a stopped up toilet or broken pipe. What kind of hotel can’t simply take care of the common hotel issues?

The front desk staff (2) take their break at the same time. Nobody to serve guests who wants to check in during their break. In my case, they gave me room keys that did not work. I had to carry my luggages down again to the front desk but nobody was there to help because they were on break. There was also another customer that needed to check in and he had to wait. This is not acceptable practice for a hotel front desk.

Hotel was great value but the check in process was terrible, we arrived at 8.20 pm and there was a sign at reception saying ‘gone to lunch, back at 8.45’ we didn’t get checked in until after 9. The manager said she wasn’t able to access the check in systems and the girl working, who is obviously entitled to lunch was entirely unapologetic and disinterested. This is a staffing issue and should have been an easy fix but instead there was a whole line of people waiting to check in with no apology or sympathy. Hotel itself was fine and very good considering the price.

I accidentally booked a smoking room on Expedia and the front desk refused to switch me to a non smoking room. That’s poor customer service and I hope that Expedia makes it right without me having to jump through hundreds of hoops.

Toilet was clogged when we checked in to the room, told the lady at the front desk and they said they were going to get someone to fix it for us and nobody ever came and fixed it. Had a clogged toilet the entire visit we were there.

Lots of restaurants and grocery stores around. Definitely will be back there if I want to visit Death Valley. It’s an hour away from Death Valley, still it’s better option consider the price is much lower than the ones inside the DVNP.

We had a good one night stay after exploring Death Valley and before heading to Vegas. The location is convenient, just outside the park, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfy. There’s a small casino on site and a few dining options nearby, making it a solid and easy stopover in the area.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to food, however, it's very noisy, desperately in need of repair, and has a lot of loitering in the parking lot. At one point, one man appeared to have a slim jim and was actively trying a vehicle door.

The room was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy, temperature was great and i really loved that the AC can be turn on without a time limit, it really helps you relax after a day out in the hot desert sun. Parking lot is quite large, with availability very close the entrance of the hotel. Looked clean.

i thought the room was very clean and comfy, it had a mini fridge and a k-cup coffee machine with plenty of pods and condiments and also comp water bottles, the bathroom was a regular size with a walk in shower, check in was a breeze the agent was very helpful, the casino is a little small, but they have live table games which surprised me, i think they are the only casino in pahrump with that! they have a jimmy johns/pink box/a cafe/and also a high end steak house. i enjoyed this place

Told by reception there was a steak house because their other restaurant was closed for renovations. Staff doesn’t seem to know that it’s closed Mondays and Tuesdays. So no restaurant in the whole place. Was told, again by reception, that the donut place was open till 9. At 7:30, they had already packed up. In the morning there was no place for breakfast either.
