Nice staff in the office.Breakfast was set out on the table in our room (cereal, donuts, honey bun, granola bars, coffee, apples, and milk and juice in refrigerator) prior to our arrival. Unfortunately the beer garden was not open yet. GPS had a hard time getting us there. We saw a beautiful sunset here. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and nice. Pizza restaurant next door. Very few complains, but we were excited about the beer garden and the local/ on site craft beer, only to find only 3 standard beers and multiple empty taps. We ended up going into town to find something to do. Great and quiet property (while we were there) and would start again. Just a little boring when we came.

Check in was fast and friendly. The stay was very comfortable and quiet. Restaurant on site was tasty and convenient. Prepacked breakfast (granola bars, cereal,...) and some fresh fruit. We will definitely be staying there the next time we are in town.

I chose to stay here mostly due to the breakfast in the name but there is no breakfast I guess during this time of the year. The person at the front desk said we will get a breakfast in our room instead of at the restaurant but we never received anything by the time we left at 7:00am. Also the fridge in the unit was not working. Other than that the place was clean and bed was comfortable.

I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was so pleasant- they helped us with travel options for Death Valley and were extremely gracious. It feels like a welcoming, family owned property. It's sooooo quiet- I thought that being close to the road it would be loud, but it's tucked away far enough that you don't hear anything; it's so peaceful! The bed was firm but very comfy. The on-site pizza was pretty good and well-priced- definitely hit the spot after a long road trip. The only thing that was a bit underwhelming were the towels- very thin and not at all fluffy. Also, the TV only had cable, which me and my boyfriend thought was a fun throwback to the days of no streaming services lol it was actually really nice. Overall, if I'm in the area or headed to the Death Valley, I'd absolutely stay here again. Very surprised by how comfortable it was.

Very nice place to stay on your way to Death Valley. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was very large. Very good communication from the owner. Pizza at the attached restaurant was very good. Would gladly stay here again.

Patty was delightful to work with. We had roaches, crickets and silverfish in our rooms. Breakfast was a bowl of cereal, a cup of milk, a few donuts and a piece of fruit left in our room. Ice was not available. This was an average place - if you just need a bed and shower with no frills, and can slay a few critters - your needs will be met.

Well kept property. The room and the bathroom are both spacious with clean rooms, linens and all necessary toiletries in the room. The breakfast was kept in the room which included a cereal box, fruit, milk, juice per person. Overall it was a good stay.

I really wanted to love this place but unfortunately I couldn’t. First off they advertise a hot breakfast on their sign and also online. Instead we were given cold cereal, fruit and packaged honeybuns in our room. The front desk woman, who was very nice, blamed lack of staffing. I found several hairs in the shower and my son found one on his pillow. Our ice bucket was dirty and had no liner. The walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbor’s conversation. The place has potential but several improvements are needed.

Sink plugged in bathroom. Water verily drained and plugged on third day completely. Bad odor from repairing it. Bed had a small matress, liked an oversized cot. Cold cereal or oatmeal for breakfast with fruit and donuts. No eggs, meat. Just the plain bare necessities.

We loved our stay at K7! The room and bathroom was beautifully decorated and it was very quiet. We had a nice porch with a fantastic view. The breakfast was great too We had the possibility to make our own coffee. The lady at the front desk was very kind, helpful and attentive. Pahrump is a lovely town as well with lots of dining opportunities. We definitely would return!

Very nice finishes, good location, easy to find. We didn't use the lounge or restaurant, but they have one. Got there after hours, and they make it so easy. Bed was not comfortable though. My only complaint. Loved everything else and will use it again.

Property is nice and has lots of potential, very friendly reception, but one does not book a place for a time in the future. For now, it is widely overpriced for a place well outside the city, with everything provided at the low end of the range, a bed and breakfast w/o breakfast. Our room looked freshly painted and the bathroom remodeled, very clean but rather modest and quite bare. Beds are mattresses on platform, the fridge is the smallest cube type available, a tiny microwave, a small table and two chairs. The A/C heater appears to be new and worked fine, same for the small-ish wall-mounted TV. The WiFi is practically non-existant, with poor signal and unstable connection. Unfortunately, cellphone reception is not good either. The breakfast, or better said the lack of it, completed the nickel and dime impression: placed in the room, comprised of an old pre-packed danish and mini-donuts, two cereal portions w milk put into papercups in the fridge, one tiny banana and a tired small apple for two! It’s good enough for a night close to Death Valley, but expected much more - excellent rating not reflected in service provided.

Absolute best inn I have ever stayed in for any price. Huge room and bath was as large as the room. Absolutey immaculate. Obviously well managed and the sweet lady(maybe owner) in the office was the greatest.

A nice, average motel night stay. Fairly clean, a/c was good but a little noisy. I wouldn't call it a "bed and breakfast" though as breakfast was just cereal, breakfast bar and fruit that was left in the room (ok, technically, that's a breakfast, but not what I think of when I think of a B&B)

This is a motel, not really a B&B. The breakfast is a small continental affair left in your room. Room is small and the bed is a fold out type. AC is loud. It was however clean and everything worked. Plenty of parking. I would stay there again at the price I got it this time.

Everything went well, until check-in. The woman that checked us in was not welcoming and had an attitude I did not find to be indicative of good customer service. The room was good for the price, especially since we had 6 people. The place is too far from town to have good options to eat.

Great stay. Frontdesk is very helpful and polite. They were very courteous and communicative to ensure you can get your keys if you ever have to check in late when the staff clocks out. I loved the secured keybox service. Very convenient. Clean rooms and healthy breakfast items in the room made our stay pleasurable and enjoyable. That goes on to show how well they take care of customers.

We stayed at the K7 Bed and Breakfast for one night on our way to Death Valley National Park. Communications with the hotel were fantastic, and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. It was wonderful having breakfast put in our room the night we arrived so we could leave early the next morning. 10/10!

It's sooooo quiet- I thought that being close to the road it would be loud, but it's tucked away far enough that you don't hear anything; it's so peaceful! The bed was firm but very comfy. The on-site pizza was pretty good and well-priced- definitely hit the spot after a long road trip. The only thing that was a bit underwhelming were the towels- very thin and not at all fluffy. Also, the TV only had cable, which me and my boyfriend thought was a fun throwback to the days of no streaming services lol it was actually really nice. Overall, if I'm in the area or headed to the Death Valley, I'd absolutely stay here again. Very surprised by how comfortable it was.

Loved the quietness. Property was a bit out of town but this suited me well. Very clean. My only complaint would be the heating and air-conditioning system. It continue to cycle throughout the night and was a bit noisy. Upon check in, I was advised on settings. I tried another setting. None seemed to make much difference.

The property is a little remote from the main town but the views were spectacular. It is quiet which is what we were looking for. The hostess was friendly and helpful We did not eat at the property but we spoke to people who had and they said the food was good and reasonably priced. We would certainly stay there again.

K7 was a wonderful place to stay! In no particular order: *Patty and everyone else we communicated with were friendly and helpful. *The location was a great intermediate spot between Death Valley and Vegas. I would encourage others to stay here. *If you did not want to search around town, K7 also has both pizza and a pub option within throwing distance. *The room was clean, thoughtful, and as described when we looked it up online before booking.

This motel is an escape from the big city life of Vegas. Extremely quiet with the best sleep one can get. It’s a good 50 minute drive from Vegas but very scenic ! Wife misses the slot machines but I loved it !!! The breakfast is a quickly box style in the room To get one energy to head back to Vegas. Located out on the range with an excellent pizza and burger restaurant in the same complex, this motel was sold out last night. A great escape with very friendly staff !!!

Easy to find and parking was easy and open. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. It was not a "hot breakfast" which is advertised on the building sign, but it was provided to the rooms. The water was filtered, and Patty who checked us in was kind and helpful.

Very clean and nice. Pizza restaurant next door. Very few complains, but we were excited about the beer garden and the local/ on site craft beer, only to find only 3 standard beers and multiple empty taps. We ended up going into town to find something to do. Great and quiet property (while we were there) and would start again. Just a little boring when we came.

I chose to stay here mostly due to the breakfast in the name but there is no breakfast I guess during this time of the year. The person at the front desk said we will get a breakfast in our room instead of at the restaurant but we never received anything by the time we left at 7:00am. Also the fridge in the unit was not working. Other than that the place was clean and bed was comfortable.

It feels like a welcoming, family owned property. I liked the self check-in. The room was well organized and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast consisted of a cereal box, fruit and protein bars. Adequate. Very convenient close to the main road but sufficiently far away that noise was not an issue. Will use again if I am in the area.
