VERY INTERESTING PLACE; ITS OLD BUT STILL VERY NICE. WE LOVED LOOKING AT ALL THE ANTIQUE MEMORABILIA ALL THREWOUT THE BUILDING. THE MINERAL POOL WAS AWESOME AND THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE!

The motel is a little dated but you will get a good nights sleep and the people that work there are the nicest people you will ever meet. The golf course is well kept and beautiful.

It’s a good spot to lay your head…definitely a little outdated but fine. Has a night time driving range in the back, the boys loved that!

Overall was a good experience, rooms and lot were dirtier than the pictures showed. And the hot mineral thing is just a hot chlorine pool. But still very nice and relaxing. We will definitely be back. But hopefully they can eventually clean up a little better

At one time, this would have been a great place to stay, but it seems to have fallen on hard times. The "better room" the clerk assigned us was musty and the bathroom door had to be forced open and closed due to warping. It just had a general feeling of not being clean. There were no instructions about accessing the wifi in the room and the front desk area was closed. We called the phone number listed on the door but no one answered. We were never able to connect to the wifi. The price I was charged was not the amount on my Expedia booking, but I did not realize it until the next morning. We knew this was a discount hotel, but still expected a minimum amount of cleanliness and service.

The property just needs an update and pest control. Germans are not okay during my stay!! The bed was comfy but the floors and bathroom was in disrepair and in neee of cleaning. New furnishings do not make up for the bugs. Also i requested non smoking and was given a smoking room!! The place was not that packed so i dont understand. I came down for an emergency after my mother had a stroke and this was an unfortunate stay.

The outdoor pool was large and had lots of seating. Staff was not friendly and didn’t provide any information and when you asked questions they seemed put out. I was totally ignored at the restaurant when I went to ask a question. Server actually pretended not to see me. The room stunk so bad that I had to go out and buy room deodorizer. The air conditioner was the loudest ever and I’m not sure why it worked even when it was 54 degrees out.

Clerk was nice 1st impression of room spelled good and looked clean. I started spraying my disinfectant and surfaces and they were dirty. Woke to go to the bathroom and woke up to a huge bug that made it’s way in my daughters bed

The room smelled moldy. Condensation dripped from the ceiling onto me and the bed all night long. If I had not been so exhausted from driving 16 hours I would have left. As it was i slept poorly until 4am then got up and left. Worst experience ever

A hate to give a poor review, and I would hate to own and operate a hotel and this is why. This hotel really has seen better days. Everything is shabby and dirty. The linens are worn out. The walls need washed and painted (dirty around light switches, door knobs, etc.), the mattresses are bowed, the lamps are mis-matched. At 6am no one could be found to open the breakfast (several people waiting). It was a hotel that I almost just left once I saw the room.

We got to the property late unfortunately and had slight issues checking in. We were sort of sketch out about the place but the gentleman that got us our room was helpful and very nice. Once we got to our room we were little more nervous on the way it looked. But after a good inspection the room looked pretty clean and sleep able. We got ourselves a nice hot shower which worked very well after being on a ship for a week. Its nothing fancy but u need a night off the road & hot shower under $100 bucks it will get the job done. Just needs some work on upates. Very outdated best way to put it.

Showed up for my room at about 10:15pm to check-in into our room that was reserved to find the office locked up for the night. Called the number on the door staying that they were on the property but found out by the voice on the phone that they were closed at 9:45 pm and no one was available to check us in for the evening and got an apology for our loss. They did try to call us before they left for the night but my cellphone was dead at the time and a message was left but not before screwing up or evening. Ended up driving an extra 3 hrs to get to our home north of Montgomery to get to bed. They should not have taking the reservation with informing us that they weren't able to staff the check-in office for our arrival. Every unsatisfied.

The hotel was good, and the golf course was in good shape and had a nice layout. the price on expedia was not the same at the hotel, when i went to pay. It isn't the first time i have used this service and had that experience or the hotel was terrible condition. I think you should personally have employees inspect these facilities. The experiance was good overall.

I've stayed at this location years ago as well as this past weekend. The staff is great. The restaurant is great. The bar onsite is a plus. We really enjoyed our little getaway. The only negative is the age although it is obvious they are addressing this with current remodeling. This did not effect our stay and will not prevent us from returning. All in all, we give them a 👍.

Pleasanty surprised. Bar and food available after a long drive leaving the Tampa area before the hurricane. Staff friendly, rooms were available so very thankful.
