Parking lot needs repair? Too many pot holes

Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good. Bar and gym are nice.

Parking was terrible. Hotel was full & there were NO parking places. People were parking in fire lanes!!!

The room and hotel were clean and convenient to the highway for traveling. The parking lot was really small and congested, it needs to be repaved as it was full of potholes and mud. Only one elevator that was pretty busy.

I hated that there was only one elevator working we had to wait up to 20 min to get to our rooms in or out when we first arrive the front desk guy was very rude i would def never stay here again.

The Four Points in Amarillo was great! Clean, super easy to check in, the gym was great, and breakfast was good. The lobby looked fun and welcoming. This will be our new go-to on drives through Amarillo!

if you are planning to have drinks at the bar and stay late this is not the place they didn't put what we asked on the screen to avoid us to stay late they said that the channel would be only available in rooms, and one of the bartenders started to turn off the lights at the bar at 9:00pm so we started to asked for our checks and she was happy about it, other than that great place to stay

My husband and I love to stay her on our way to CO. It’s got easy access to highways and restaurants. It’s very comfortable and clean. The convenience of having a restaurant and bar is great! And their breakfasts buffet offers many tasty choices.

I have at this property (4) times. Great exercise room. Good restaurant and bar.

Very good restaurant and bar connect 4 seasons and Fairfield hotels. Only like one chair in room and room was small for the price. Location was good.

They gave us the room of first floor. You can hear noise from the second floor and outside the room. The room have some disgusting smell all the time like dog ‘s pee. The water is so slow. You won’t have a good shower time. The room smell and noise will mess up the sleep

The front desk staff was very friendly, the accomidations were cheaply renovated - the hallways were musky - I would stay somewhere else next time I'm passing through Amarillo.

We had a terrific night stay. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Our favorite stay on our vacation.

This hotel was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the staff helpful.

The towels were clean, one of the towels had blood on it

There was a crusty towel left from the previous guest hanging over our shower curtain rod, the bed wasn’t made up all the way, the room layout was weird. The only thing keeping the rating this high is that it was a cheap room.

Great room, super comfortable king sized bed, big TV with all the streaming apps and a nice breakfast setup. Service was excellent and the place is super clean and new all around!

Great night sleep. Room was sound proof and stayed dark to allow for a good night sleep. The only complaint we had was when we checked in we were told there was free breakfast. What we weren’t told was that it wasn’t the breakfast in the lobby area but in the Fairfield Inn behind the Four Points. We weren’t the only ones with this confusion as everyone that attempted to get breakfast was asked for a “breakfast ticket”.

Our room was so quiet; I never heard anything and I am a light sleeper. As others have stated, breakfast was the best! No issues parking and we were in and out several times.

Parking is not good with limited spaces. Several are not even within 200 ft of entry. Several are under a sign where birds nest and the cars there were plastered with poop. The rooms are comfortable but with limited carpet if someone wore hard soled shoes you could hear the gait like galloping horses.

This place is ridiculous. We got charged 340 dollars in late fees for one night. Which is ridiculous being that we had already paid for the night and we were traveling and had trouble along the way. What does it matter as long as we still leave on time? Not only that, when we arrived the lady up front was super rude indicating the us arriving late only made it harder for her. So what she didn’t want was to work? Is this not your job?

Arrived late around 11:45pm on road trip and was told the room wasn’t ready.. and they needed to contact the maid to see if the room would be clean. They attempted to contact the maid and

Nice atmosphere and excellent service!

The concierge crew was so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they treat each other as family. The manager was amazing and made my fiance's birthday very special! Extremely nice and clean rooms. Fun bar too!

Checking process was great. The front desk was able to link my reservation to my account to get points and provided me with breakfast vouchers since my reservation didn’t show appropriate details as I made them. She was fantastic !!

While the facility was standard the customer service was well below par. When purchasing the hotel Expedia alerted me that breakfast was not included but I could add breakfast for two for $10. So I did. When I got there the staff told me the breakfast was currently complimentary. So I told them I had been asked to pay in Expedia and they told me (a few times cause I had them confirm this was the solution-including a manager saying it) that they would make us made to order eggs since we paid when we wouldn’t have needed to. We just had to alert the staff and tell them to confirm with the manager. We did that the next day and the manager who was working that shift said that was incorrect and breakfast was complimentary. They would not be making us eggs in turn did not care that we had spent money in a situation that everyone else was getting free. I told that manager what I was told and she said I was incorrect still and proceeded to call the manager from the night before. That manager denied ever telling me anything of the sort. The manager started getting louder and making more of a scene. I kept saying it is fine but it was not true to try and deescalate the situation while not just letting someone tell me i was lying. She then turned the other manager on speaker phone and told me that if I didn’t believe her then I could say it straight to him. Literally trying to embarrass me and my mom in the hotel lobby over eggs (which I had already said it was fine it was a sunk cost).

I arrived late at night but the staff made it a smooth and quick transition from getting the key to getting to my room. My room was clean and the AC cooled quickly bed comfortable breakfast was simple but plenty of options to satisfy most travelers all the staff are hands down the friendliest I've seen.

Did not realize there was no pool, close to freeway so can be loud. I drove 5 hours and was there 2 hours early and could not do an early check in.

It was fine for the night. Check in was quick and easy. The room was bright and clean. It's close to the interstate so lots of traffic around the property.

There is a restaurant in the hotel, but very few other dining options close by. It has great breakfast options on it’s morning buffet. Though the bathroom is very nice in the room, it’s counter space is extremely limited.
