Terribile! il wi fi non c'è in camera. L'aria condizionata non funzionava. Al mio arrivo mi sono stati addebitati 500pesos per una tassa che si sono inventati. Nel complesso la struttura è sporca e sgradevole

Only there for one night, but the room looked like the pictures and the staff was really friendly! Only negative was the temp in the shower

I loved this place. Always a hello and a smile upon arrival. Did me a huge favour on my departure day which was super helpful. AC was great. Large shower with superb water pressure. Room had a nice balcony, great for people watching. Lots of space and clean. Location is a Short walk to food, beach, the ferry terminal and groceries. And while in the heart of Centro it was also quiet at night. Absolutely my first choice if I come back.

We got two rooms without blankets, they then told us that we should’ve looked at the pictures on the website and that rooms don’t come with blankets when we show them that on the pictures they do come with blankets. They said we are sorry we just don’t have any more. The staff was rude, very unprofessional, and they were dressed like gypsies and walked into my room barefoot. Would not recommend.
