Okc was booked so we stsyed here jn Yukon. This is a great location and staff was very nice and helpful. Our bed was very comfy and we had fun in the indoor headed pool. (It was raining during our stay so we appreciated the pool for the littles!)

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was so convenient to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. The pool was nice and warm for my granddaughters to swim. Breakfast was great. Staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

At a glance the hotel looks fine but the walls had scuffs and stains, there were holes in the dry wall that were exposed. One hole in the restroom was supposedly patched but the patch job was halfway coming off. Stains on the sheets. In the lobby by the breakfast station there was wallpaper was coming off so it was stapled, looked terrible. The room had a weird smell. Would never stay there again, I didn’t not feel comfortable. The hotel is very rundown.

Room and bathroom nice and clean but the AC smelled like wet laundry left in the washer for days. Breakfast fine unless you are vegan (me) then choices are limited as usual. Was excited to see a sign for Silk Oatmilk at the coffee station but it was nowhere to be found. When I asked the attendant she just said NO and removed the sign. The place is clean and the bed pretty comfortable.

The room seemed smaller than in past, very cramped, The chair uncomfortable and crammed in the corner between bed and wall, very lumpy bed, felt gloomy. Checkout at 11:00, but even with do not disturb sign on door, knocked on door repeatedly at 8 a.m. to clean room. We have stayed there many times in the past, a few years ago, and it was fine. Maybe outdated at this point. We will not return. Sorry!! Use to be our favorite.

Renovation on floor below could be noisy at times. Damn toilets for midgets, sitting on floor to take a crap. They make taller toilets you know. Reason for facilities poor rating.

Our room was clean and comfortable. My only negative was the woman who checked us in. She told us that she needed to get a deposit from us, just in case we tore the room up. We get hotel rooms for sleeping and showering. I have never torn a room up in my life. I inserted a credit card for the deposit. The machine told me to remove the credit. It then canceled the transaction. So, we had to do it again. She told me that I messed up by removing the card. My only negative was the check-in experience. We slept great, and left refreshed.

Hotel was ok for a night as we were passing through to get to our destination further west. I gave a low rating because the check in staff was so rude! When that is your first opinion of a business the customer service needs to be good not rude!! Rooms were clean and served the purpose.

This is a very clean area for Oklahoma City. It can be a bit before you can find an Uber to the airport but not impossible. Close to freeway and walkable to food. Breakfast was decent. I will stay again.
