I had a lovely stay at Puri Gangga. The room is exactly as advertised and has everything I was looking for. The staff are amazing and welcoming. Also, Mega at the spa was fantastic and the spa services were great. I highly recommend this resort.

This hotel is seriously awful. Everything is so disgusting. The staff doesn’t speak English. And during the check out, one of the staff at the reception took a selfie with us without asking any permission. I don’t understand how they get so many positive feedbacks.
