Hotel facilities were great. Family friendly & clean. Has everything you need with bar & restaurant downstairs.Pool table, table tennis & games & swimming pool caters for everyone. Need a car as it's away from shops with plenty of parking. Wonderful markets on Sundays & drive inn movies next-door. Receptionists could be more friendly & my 1st night when I asked for more coffee, I was flatly told to wait until next day to get more supplies. Housekeeping manager & staff were excellent and very friendly. Maybe due to Christmas busy period, there was a lot of private functions that always crowded the pool & downstairs.

Always a beautiful stay. Staff are accommodating and helpful. The pool area is great to relax, have a coffee and watch the kids play. Rooms are perfect for my toddler as I can wash bottles and heat food.

Excellent staycay for my family when heading to Calmsley Hill farm, and checked out the Blacktown markets next door. The room setup worked well for our family, albeit a bit dark. It ticked all the boxes for what we were looking for, and we enjoyed the free pool table and pool area was nice to hang out in. It was a bit disappointing the restaurant wasn't open for dinner either night we stayed (which also impacted room service selection) as we'd planned a night in. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful.

Very quiet, and rooms are spacious with easy parking. But I would say the hotel missed a few tricks. Firstly, the night I arrived I had a meal and a beer and the food was good but I probably would had another drink but staff were inattentive. Another couple of nights room service QR code came up as no vendors despite it being 8 pm. You can call for room service, by which time delivery services become easier.

We booked this property in the middle of summer because it had a pool. On arrival we were told we couldmt use the pool because there was a function on next to it. At 8.00PM the fire alarm went off and we evacuated. Walked all the way around to the Muster Point to find no staff there, they were all still side with the function guests. It was only when we re entered the hotel and looked for a staff member to ask that we were told not to worry about the Alarm and to go back to our rooms despite fire doors still being closed. Property was understaffed and seemed very disoranised and rooms were dusty in places with poor airconditioning. Would not stay there again

We stayed at Atura for 21 days, and we noticed the washrooms don’t get cleaned. Several times we noticed the room is not vacuumed, the sheets are not changed. If the sheets are stained, it was just covered by putting another clean sheet on top of it. The washroom was not mopped, and the toilets were not cleaned even when we put the room to be cleaned. Additional toilet paper was not placed, the body wash was not refilled and we had to ask them to change it. And on one incident we did not have enough towels and, when asked for it the cleaning ladies were not polite and gave a face and muttered it was not her job. Management was good, just needs to supervise the team with random audits would help.

There is no laundry as advertised. Cleaning hit and miss if they show up or do part job. Rooms have dust everywhere. They say that if you ask to not have your room cleaned for a day you receive a $10 discount. I was working in my room so asked not to have for 1 day. No discount at checkout as they were suppose to give voucher at the time I said no clean. Too far away from everything and room service limited. Stay somewhere else if you can.

Payed 330 for a room for 2 adults and 2 kids .. Was only supplied 2 towels when the room was booked for 4 people we were only given 1 coffee cup and There was boogers on the curtain and a blood stain on the sheet Then to top it of was charged 99 dollars for a buffet breakfast that was stale .. drinks were empty and there was nothing left . Iv never left a one star review in my life but this was stay absolutely horrendous in every aspect

Stayed 3 nights for business purposes and wished I could have stayed 7 nights for a holiday. Was almost like a resort in a tucked away part of Sydney. M4 Motorway was 250 m away, but you would not even know it was there.

Hotel was well presented with an American feel in reception and throughout rooms. Room was clean and comfortable, reasonable size. Small windows, good blackout blinds. Sofa bed would be great if it had a mattress upgrade. Room fairly quiet. Some extra reinforcements around door to keep noise from corridor out would be great. Staff all welcoming and friendly. Pool area well kept and pool a good temperature. Would definitely return :)

The Atura concept was well established in this hotel, but for some reason it left me with a bad taste. My first room could not engage the power because the card slot was broken. Moved by reception to another room, the power would engage with the card slot, but the sofa (bed) was collapsed and I had to perch on the frame to sit down. The bed mattress was tired and saggy too. The bathroom was lovely and well equipped, and other facilities worthy of the price point of the hotel. Pity that on this Sunday afternoon, there was no one in the lobby other than a disinterested receptionist during check in. A pet peeve of mine is when the hotel displays lobby signs about facilities or features that don’t actually exist as stated. In this case it was “Happy Hour 4-6 pm” - no other qualifiers. On going to the lobby at 4:55 pm, I found the bar to be closed and unattended. Reception told me that it opens at 5pm on Sunday. I went away and came back around 5:15 to find the only bartender walking away and the bar again unattended. Reception said they were going to get some ice but, after waiting (with others) around 10 minutes, nobody came back.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay! We had an oztag state cup on that was in Penrith and this was perfect!! Rooms were great, pool was awesome and food was delicious (buffet breaky was amazing) We will definitely we back!!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the people were helpful. We haven’t been to NSW before so didn’t quite understand the traffic… wish there was public transport closer. We found it a bit odd that they did not service lunch, only breakfast and dinner.
