The one star is for the establishment but 5 Stars to the duty manager she was amazing and tried to do her best. Our room lost power twice during our stay. The shower fluctuated from freezing to scorching hot. Sunday a 42 degree day and the bars were closed couldn’t get cold refreshments. Screaming kids running in corridors throwing Popcorn everywhere on all floors. No adult supervision or responsibility. The only reason we chose the Atura was for the outdoor pool. In future it’s not a good enough reason to stay

Was really enjoyable staff were great drinks were great room was clean, only thing was the fold out sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable.
