La Jacotière

Veronique is very kind and full of helpful advice. You can tell she really enjoys hosting travelers. She also offers local foods at her breakfast buffet and loves to tell guests about it. The rooms are very comfortable and have many touches of home. Do be advised there are fans but no AC.

Great location

La Jacotiere is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Mont-Saint-Michel. Located on the mainland, this small but lovely property is at the edge of the countryside, away from the crowds but a short walk from restaurants and the bus to Mont-Saint-Michel. It’s also walkable to the island, if preferred, and has a wonderful view of it from the grounds. To top it off, Véronique, who runs La Jacotiere, is wonderful. She's friendly, professional, and knows the area very well. I highly recommend this property. Merci, Véronique, pour ce merveilleux séjour !

The host of this B&B Veronique is very nice, cheerful and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean We stayed for 2 nights. Loved the location, you can see mt. Saint Michelle from this property. Breakfast was served by 8:30 with personal touch. Shops, transportation to go to MSM is walkable. The only downside was no elevator and we had large and heavy bags so it was a struggle to get them on the 1st floor so my advice travel with light luggage.

Loved our stay here. Veronique was a wonderful hostess and gave us all the info needed on visiting Mont St Michel. Easy walk to the bus to the island and to the local restaurants. Great view from the garden. Definitely would recommend!
