I stayed here last minute after my flight got cancelled. The gentleman on the front desk was very lovely and empathetic towards our reason for staying. Check in was quick and easy, the room had everything we needed including a comfortable bed. It is located close to the airport which allowed for us to catch an early flight out the next day. We also got offered welcome drinks which was a nice touch. I would gladly stay here again for quick and easy access to Melbourne airport.

What a surprise, very warm welcome from Melissa and the rooms are great. Quiet, spacious, modern and well equipped. The welcome drink and discounted bistro was a nice touch too. Exceeded all expectations and amazing value. Will be staying here again when next in the area.

The NightCap motel was a very comfortable and exceptionally clean room. The beds were very comfortable the bed linen was really high quality, nice bathroom and all the little things bottled water, microwave and good flatscreen TV. Pleasantly surprised by this property

Clean Rooms and quite place. PLEASE replace the front reception staff (Old Lady) with someone more welcoming or ATLEAST provide her some training on how to greet customers. She must realize she is sitting there for customers (Not other way round)

Look the Nightcap at Coolaroo Hotel is no 5 star hotel but it was clean, comfortable and the staff were great. Yes, would recommend and ofcourse would stay again. 5 minute walk to Upfield Train Station so easy to get into the CBD.

Exceeded expectations. Will recommend the Nightcap to everyone. It’s very basic but super clean and the bed, blanket and pillows extremely comfortable. Food was delicious and the waitstaff adorable, special mention Lodi !!!! The stay even included two free glasses of wine❤️❤️❤️❤️
