Room was clean, amenities were very good, and the food was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful except for someone named Bella, i dealt with her maybe 3 times and she was very rude, not helpful at all. Every time i asked her for help she said she would do it, but did absolutely nothing. All the other staff were very good though. Pritchards hotel 2 thumbs up except for Bella!!

Pub is undergoing renovations. Little parking and had to get to the room via fire stairs! No food. Not up to usual standard. If I had known would have stayed elsewhere.

Overall, good value for money. But be best to wait until the construction renovations are finished!! Not the best for access in the rain at the moment!
