A terrific apartment in the heart of Sevilla. Quiet, secure, and a short distance to sights. A grocery is across the street. The apartment is large with a comfortable bed and bedroom. Two bathrooms - one very large. The living area and kitchen offered everything we needed. Laundry was complimentary. With reception on site we were able to drop off bags before check in and leave them after check out for a couple hours until departure. The building has a central atrium letting in lots of light to the apartments. Wonderful stay!

Javier was helpful with us. Appartement was clean and spacious. Tram few meter away. Also there’s a grocery just in front. Be careful if you want to have a parking. It is extremely tight !

A great little apartment near the Cathedral. The bed was comfortable & decor was simple. We had an internal balcony which was nice to sit out on to have breakfast. They had a shared laundry, which for long term travellers like us, was handy. Car parking was nearby & can be organised by the hotel. Raul at Reception was cheery & helpful.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. Communication with the concierge was great too. We would definitely stay again! A note on parking, it is off-site and for pay. We used Nuevo Plaza parking and it was easy to get to this great apartment!

Location is great for visiting the Royal Alcazar and Plaza de Espana. Wish there was better communication on where to park and parking prices. It is difficult to find parking. The two bedrooms apartment is good for family of four or group of four friends. Ended up parking at Plaza Nueva's carpark which is about 21 euros for overnight.

The rooftop terrace has a pretty good view of the Cathedral. It looks great when lit up at night. the surrounding area was very lively at night with several restaurant and bar options. If the local zest for life runs a bit late in the evening for your needs, you may want to request one of the suites toward the back of the hotel. the rooms were sparsely furnished, but comfy and clean. The kitchenette and dining area were small but efficient. Parking is underground a short distance from the hotel. Spaces were tight for an SUV and there was no legal way to park immediately in front of the hotel for check-in, so I just joined the lined of cars out front temporarily.

Very nice and spacious rooms, very nice and kind staff, amazing location. 24hrs Carrefour next door. Very clean too. Free laundry in the hotel. Alcazar 5min walk. You won’t go wrong by booking this hotel. Highly recommend

A few blocks from Plaza Nueva provides quiet but close walkable distance to the Sevilla Cathedral, Alcázar, and restaurants. There is a small grocery store a few doors down which we used to pickup a few basic essentials the small studio apartment need not provide such as paper towels (doubles as napkins) and toilet paper. (Room supplied with only one half used roll.) The kitchen dish soap dispenser was broken, but management provided a bottle of dish soap when we told them about it. The ground floor laundry room has one washer and one dryer. Typical European small load machines and the dryer actually dried. (A rarity on our six week, two country trip). Laundry room and adjacent toilet room very clean. Follow instructions on how to empty the dryer’s water catchment tub. European washers and dryers are very different from North American models. Good building security. Cleanliness and room down rated for dirty room floor and almost unusable “dining table”. The table is 75 x 75 cm wood slat patio table, four chairs, zero leg and foot room due to table leg configuration, and with lots of grime and mold growth between the slats.

We had a very short stay but this property was perfect. It was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed. We were in suite 2, right across from The laundry room - so very convenient! The best part of our stay was Raúl! He was such a delight - very responsive and helpful. He provided plenty of restaurant recommendations and also helped with booking a taxi for us. Would totally recommend this place because of its location but also because of Raúl! :)

Really central location and very quiet. Reasonably clean but towels could have been better quality and bathroom could use an update. Kitchen was adequate for what we needed. Shared laundry was adequate. Unfortunately the safe was not functional and in an awkward position and needs to be improved. Otherwise great

These apartments are in a perfect location riggt by the main attractions. All our questions were quickly answered before our arrival ans check in was easy. The apartment had everything we needed and qas extremely comfortable. Only negative comment was the crockery needed a wash but otherwise definitely the place to stay when in Seville

The apartment was very large and comfortable in a great location, just a 10 to 20 minute walk to all the major sites. It was very quiet at night even though we had a ground floor apartment. Laundry facilities were available near the lobby. We stayed for 3 days and the only improvements I would suggest is to have additional shampoo, toilet paper to last 3 days. These are all things that they would have given if asked but we weren’t in during the middle of the day and didn’t want to call someone off hours.

Lovely traditional style house with internal courtyard converted into apartments. Looking a bit tired and the marble interior makes for a noisy environment. Our apartment had internal steps and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The kitchen area was woefully small, although we did manage. Location was very good. Reception staff were attentive and helpful.

The best thing about this property is its location. However the rooms were dark and depressing, the bathroom very basic, the floor had a panel which is a trip hazard and the stairs are without railings. The rate was very expensive due to the inclusion of a kitchen and a small dining table. We found much better and nicer hotels in the neighborhood for less… When we decided to move out we had to pay a stiff fine in cash. I felt like we were ripped off.

Spacious apartment in a nice location but with very basic amenities. There is a kitchenette but no supplies, not even tea or coffee saches. Also, the cleaning lady only made our rooms and did not do the dishes. There is no dishwasher. We requested a late checkout (by an hour as our bus was at 2 PM) but they denied our request. I hope they had a good reason for this because i don't think apartments were fully booked.

Very nice hotel , Carlos from the front desk is very helpful polite and speaks good English, my husband left his camera lens on a Cabify ride, Carlos helped us to deal with Cabify , at the end , we got our lens back. The housekeeping lady is very nice to , although she doesn't speak English but she tried her best to get our request done.

We had a very short stay but this property was perfect. It was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed. We were in suite 2, right across from The laundry room - so very convenient! The best part of our stay was Raúl! He was such a delight - very responsive and helpful. He provided plenty of restaurant recommendations and also helped with booking a taxi for us. We have just returned from a 4 night stay and had such a great enjoyable trip in Seville. Raul was so extremely helpful pre and during the stay. The Suite location is great and everything is within walking distance. We wouldnt stay anywhere else if when we return to Seville.

Everything was wonderful about our stay but the check in process was not convenient or ideal. They do not have on-site reception, so make sure you have communicated with them in advance, however we still ended up waiting a half hour to be checked in.

Our stay at the Suites Seville exceeded expectations. Carlos, the manager, met us early in the day before check in and stored our bags. He was extremely kind and accommodating. Even brought our luggage to our room for us while we were out exploring. Prior to our stay we communicated with the Suites through hotels.com and responses were swift. During our stay we communicated via phone number and text which was great. Carlos provided us a list of recommended restaurants and things to do in the area, and none disappointed. The rooms were clean, simple but had what we needed. We had a very early flight and we’re nervous about calling a taxi at 4:30am. Carlos arranged it for us and it was there right on time

The place is super spacious, right next to a parking garage and walk distance to all main attractions. Raul is incredibly nice and communicative, assisted us prior, during and after our stay. Definitely would stay there again.

The apartment is close to the cathedral, palace, and a few other attractions. It has many restaurants and shops nearby but is a bit further away from the train station and España square. We needed a short temporary parking and the staff arranged one for us. The apartment is spacious, clean and tidy. It was overall quiet when we were there. They have an online check in process that you can follow days before arrival.

Seville is a fabulous city and this apartment is right in the centre of everything. The Cathedral is a few steps away, as is the river. It is surrounded by bars and restaurants and we would happily stay here again on our next visit.
