This is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. The room was old and tired. Single glazed window permanently locked. Traffic noise heard easily. Shower was good with unlimited hot water. Floor was not sealed properly. We opted for a larger room with a king size bed. No storage are for clothing as room size is small so lived out of suitcases. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was serviced daily on request or automatically if door hanger used. No fridge. Small kettle with one tea and coffee mix left after room service. We spent 10 days in the hotel which was OK but a shorter stay would have been better. Good bus service for downtown and subway.

Bathroom floor wasnt sealed. And only one powerpoint made it slightly inconvenient, but overall for a budget hotel. It was what we needed it to be. Staff were great too!

The room assigned to us was not welcoming at first - room was not properly cleaned. But their staff Rhea came to our rescue and assigned a new room that made us feel more comfortable and offered assistance for just about anything we needed. Thank you, Rhea! I loved how you paid sincere attention to our needs to make our stay as comfortable as possible!
