Lisboa Prata Boutique Hotel

Not any fault of the property owner but the road out front is being worked on and is inaccessible by car. Would be helpful if someone would have told us where to ask the taxi to drop us off. Aside from the issue we would stay there again.

Centrally located in Baxia. Parking garage about 5 min walk and difficult to find due to road detours, recommend highly if you do not have a car in Lisbon. We parked in the garage and did not drive until leaving for the airport. Faster and easier to walk in Lisbon or use public transport.

Great location, friendly staff. Negstive is the construction in front. Looks ugly, smells like sewage at times. Bad for drop off and pick up because you cannot gst near the property easily.

Hotel justo, gostoso, profissionais cordiais e prontos para nos ajudar. Algo a destacar é que não há como parar o carro na frente do hotel, mas logo nos passaram o endereço de onde parar mais próximo ao hotel, o que nos economizou muita energia de não precisar carregar malas a longas distâncias.

The elevator doesn’t work and nobody tell me before the check in and they give a 5th floor room

The property is in a great location. The parking is not good. They give you a deal on parking at a parkade that is 3 blocks away. You park in the parkade and then walk to the hotel. Once checked in they give you a new parking pass. Then you have go and pay for your original parking pass (4euros) by driving out of the parkade and driving back in with the new pass which is 30euros. The room (105) we got was horrible. It is the size of a closet and a window that faced a wall outside with no natural light. You have no idea if it’s day or night. The mattress was horrible and it sat on a piece of unstable plywood. Every time you or your partner move the bed makes a loud noise waking the other person up. The finishing in the unit is really cheap and unfinished. The hot water took minutes to get to the shower. Lastly the cleanliness of the room is sub par. The comforter had blood stains on it which means the sheets are not cleaned regularly and things are not dusted. The lights above the beds have an inch of dust on them. When you turn the lights on above the bed the dust falls in your face because there is so much of it. In the end I was hoping a staff member would ask me how my stay was when I checked out but all they cared about was me paying the taxes and opening the door to let me out. I think that in all my travels this was the worst room I have ever stayed in. I think that is why they call it a boutique hotel. That way they can justify all the bad quirks as quirky

The hotel check in process could use some improvement. They took a photo copy of our passports and wrote down our credit card number. When I questioned the security of this the employee seemed not to take me seriously. I could see other peoples passports and credit card numbers. As well we were given a parking pass that was supposed to be a discount except it did not work when we got the the parking lot which worked out ok as we ended up paying less with the parking lot then we would have with the hotel. As for the rest of the stay the hotels its self was great. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Its location was great as well. The staff after check in was wonderful and gave great suggestions and attended to our concerns.

Overall very good, amazing location, spacious room, friendly staff.2 things for improvement I would like to have a kettle or a Nespresso machine in my room, I prefer to have a coffee before I see anyone else early in the morning. I would like to have a nice duvet as I felt a little bit chilled during night.

This hotel was in the perfect area for exploring Lisbon. We arrived early after an overnight flight and were able to store our luggage and explore. We stayed on the third floor and even though it was on a busy street it was very quiet at night (great soundproofing when the windows closed). Everything we wanted to see in Lisbon was a quick walk away or transit was close by. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lisbon.

O quarto não era bom. A cortina cheia de poeira, o tapete também, Toalhas amareladas e rasgadas. Tivemos uma crise alérgica terrível! O que foi a parte boa da estadia e o que salvou foi a localização e a recepção e atenção de Raquel e dos demais funcionários. Sempre dispostos a da as melhores indicações e referências do que precisássemos, desde de pontos os a comércios.

The property has some issues that can be easily fixed, such as smelly carpets and a bad smell near the lobby toilets. Otherwise, it is a comfortable place and is well-suited for anyone wanting a leisurely stroll to restaurants and shops. It's less than a ten-minute walk away from Rossio Square.

Lovely hotel - close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. Really helpful staff. Rooms are spotless with everything you need.

Lovely small and quirky hotel right in the centre of Lisbon. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Room, and the rest of the hotel were spotlessly clean, Would definitely recommend and stay here again next time we are in Lisbon.

Plus- Hotel is clean and in a central / safe area. Minus- The safes in the room are NOT bolted down, rendering it useless. No sheer curtains, so room always dark. Nightstand was coming off the wall. We reported it the first day of our stay. We were told maintenance would repair it the next day. Four days later, when we checked out, still not repaired. Something green on bathroom vent.

My room was a great size and the location was perfect. My only complaint is the hotel has an unpleasant smell.

Location is fantastic, walking distance to many main tourist attractions/historical sites. Rooms are small but adequate, bed was comfortable and ability to adjust room temperature was nice. Front desk staff were helpful with directions/recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the area. Only complaints were the carpet in the room was stained and a bit dirty. Other issue was a mix up with airport pickup on the last day, confirmed with 2 different staff members that pick up was scheduled and in the morning the staff member told us it was not scheduled. Luckily another guest had an airport shuttle scheduled for the same time so we went with her. Overall great location, comfortable rooms. You pay for the location!

Great stay at Lisboa Prata Boutique hotel. We booked this hotel for the location and price and it was perfect for what we needed! The room was really spacious, much bigger than we expected. The only downside is as it is very central is is quite noisy, you can hear everything and everyone outside. Overall though was definitely worth visiting.

Air conditioner was noisy, large rips in the curtain liners. Not enough plugs and no USB ports. Not accommodating for early check in. Overall the property needs upgrading but the location was excellent.

The property was adorable. Very friendly staff and accommodating. The room was quite roomy with a Juliette balcony and a view at the end of the street of the river (a few blocks and large square away, but still!) The street is pedestrian so ubers need to drop you up the little hill to the next street. Hardwood floors (yay!), nice shower, efficient a/c, which we needed and appreciated, makeup mirror, lovely linens. Would stay here again. We had #404.

Room was clean, staff very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was served a la carte ordered the night before. Could not have asked for a better location than this little 25 room hotel. Our room was on Main Street which only allowed streetcars but was perfectly quiet. A great choice for a boutique hotel. Will return

Very nice room with a small sitting area just inside the room's door. However, the AC did not work well, so the room felt a bit stuffy. Great location with many nearby attractions and a vast selection of restaurants. The desk staff was professional but not overly friendly. The breakfast was good, as well.

The location of this hotel was great since it was close to the center of town. Room was clean, water pressure in the shower was great. Our only complaint was the bed/mattress was horrible to sleep on. Raquel was wonderful!

Good location but the hotel rooms are in desperate need of repair and maintenance. The toilet seat was loose, the bedside drawers were falling off with nails sticking out, and the shower didn’t even maintain hot water for a 3 min shower.

Great little hotel that places you right in the middle of everything to do. Simply walk to wherever you would like. The staff is fantastic and very responsive!

Great hotel very conveniently placed for major attractions and excellent transport links. Room was clean and comfortable perfect for a trip to Lisbon. Staff were kind and courteous, always willing to give great advice. Highly recommend

Absolutely great stay in convenient location to visit Lisbon’s city center. The staff was welcoming and helpful, always smiling and genuinely happy that we chose their hotel for our stay. We had a room with balcony and it was wonderful to walk outside and people watch. American tourist should keep in mind this is a typical “city center” small European hotel and the rooms are not huge such as at major chains in the US. But as seasoned travelers we know this when booking hotels in Europe and we pack accordingly. Also, the hotel has luggage storage so if you arrive in the morning from the US, you can safely store your bags while you explore the city. Bottom line, our stay was fantastic and the next time we visit Lisbon, this is where we will stay!

Staff amazing attention, clean room

The hotel room had no blinds/screens and the curtains were falling down. I was informed that there was no iron available in the hotel and there was also very limited hanging space for clothes. Only one toilet roll was provided. No access to drinking water only a mini bar. The reception staff requested cash only for payment of the city tax. Luggage storage did not appear very secure.

Lived this hotel. Excellent breakfast. Would have liked at toaster though as an option. Staff were amazing especially George at the front desk.

Super bien situé. Très central. Près de la rue Augusta et place du commerce. Tout se fait a pied. C’est parfait. Personnel très courtois et qui nous donne de bons trucs pour profiter de la place et des restaurants environnants. Je recommande.

This boutique hotel couldn’t be in a better location. Walking distance to all the historic sites and a couple block from the lift to the castle. Alfonso was so helpful at reception with great local food recommendations and advice on the area. Breakfast was good and it’s amazing that there are archaeological ruins lit below a glass floor downstairs- pretty incredible!

The perfect place to stay for first time Lisbon visitors! Close to shopping, many dinner options near by and many of Lisbon’s must sees are only 5-10 minutes walking. The staff were very friendly and the hotel rooms are spacious.

The location of the property is optimal for spending time near the Rossio square area. Very easy to walk around and view the sights. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Right in the heart of the old town. Fantastic location.

Great location as everything is convenient. Temporarily the street in front is dug up as they are install new plumbing etc. service is also good. Breakfast is reasonably good. Metro is close by. Rossio square is close by. Many tourist restaurants around. We enjoyed our stay here.

Elegant historic hotel right in the middle of downtown, close to shops a restaurants. Our room was very spacious with high ceilings, on the SE corner of the building overlooking the street. The windows had shutters and velvet curtains which blocked any noise. The were plenty of electric sockets. The bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before and was served at one’s table (not buffet style) The only criticism was bitter drip coffee and paper cups in the room. The staff were charming and helpful. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Points positifs: -Emplacement excellent -Bien desservi par les moyens de transport(tram, bus, train) -Très bonne insonorisation contre les bruits extérieurs - grande chambre agréable à vivre Points faibles: -Petit déjeuner servi dans une pièce en sous-sol. Pas de buffet mais commande préalable chaque soir - Service d'accueil aléatoire en fonction des agents de permanence -semble en travaux -Un peu cher pour la qualité des équipements et des services

Super service, de ansatte er søde og hjælpsomme. Værelserne er lækre og ligger i et trygt område, som Lissabon stort set er overalt. Morgenmaden er lidt specielt, man bestiller hvad man vil have dagen inden, og så får man det lavet til sit eget bord, hvilket er super lækkert, men det går meget langsomt og der er ikke plads til alle.

Ottima posizione centrale, comodo per raggiungere i punti strategici che i mezzi. La colazione non è a buffet, ma occorre segnare ciò che si vuole consumare la notte prima (personalmente lo trovo un po' scomodo).

Very happy with the location of the hotel very central, easy to walk or take trams or metro if needed. Staff helpful and polite, room boutique style, good bathroom/ shower, large room with balcony. Breakfast adequate no complaints and would stay here again if I ever revisit.
