Very happy with our stay!!! Loved the location service was amazing

The room was good, shower was nice. but there was no chair to lounge. the skillet for hot water to make tea is old and smelly, it has white stuff in it everytime you boiled water. Our room was in floor level which is convenient for my 85yr old Mom. Hotel location is perfect. Walk to attractions, and foods.

This hotel was great! Very welcoming staff the first night we got there! It was our first time traveling internationally and our first time in Rome. They spoke good English and helped us a lot our first day. We paid the extra money for the room with the spa and plunge pool. They gave us complimentary wine and coffee in the room. The room itself was absolutely beautiful! We loved the spa and the pool. The bed was very comfortable. It was so romantic with the lit up stairs. It is in walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and right down the street from the coliseum! Great location. Great room. The only improvements this hotel could have is better ventilation in the room. The room was very musky with almost a mold smell. There was no candles that we could light on the stairs because they were burnt out, there was no body wash, and there was one guy at the front desk we somehow upset and he was no longer friendly to us the rest of our stay. I am not sure if we did something to offend him but he was no longer friendly After our first night. The other staff continued to be friendly. They serviced our room daily. We loved this hotel and would stay again. Thank you.

Clean room, good amenities and a wonderful location for the Coliseum, transport links and Forum.

Fabulous room with 2 very large windows that opened right up. Very clean. The staff were extremely helpful. The location was great-very walkable- you could see the Colosseum from our room. We would stay there again.
