Hôtel parfaitement situé pour explorer Lisbonne à pied ou en transports (métro et tramway à quelques minutes à pied). Personnel au petits soins, chambre spacieuse et très propre. Petit déjeuner varié et très fourni ! Chambre faite tous les jours avec plein de petites attentions chaque jour ! Nous avons eu quelques jours de pluie et des parapluies étaient à notre disposition gracieusement. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel qui vaut un 10/10 et qui mérite amplement ses 4 étoiles ! Bravo !

An amazing stay for our large family group who stayed in 2 rooms. Hotel staff was really friendly, proactive in their communication ahead of our stay, accommodated extra guests even though Expedia booking experience didn’t allow us to do that, great location in Lisboa close to unbelievable dining, shopping options, and holiday decorations. A few caveats to note are that the hotel doesn’t have a fitness room or a pool. The breakfast is paid and we found it a bit expensive.

Very clean, nice rooms with superior air conditioning. Comfortable beds with nice bedding and very helpful front desk staff. Excellent breakfast buffet at their restaurant for a good value. The location is stellar, located between two main squares but only a two minute walk to each. You are in the center of everything--restaurants, shopping, sites. Lots of extra touches that are special. Free minibar in room with juice, beer and wine complementary. And cute kids toiletry kits in the room. We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon and the staff very friendly and there 24-7. Hotel is in an older building with modern decor. It has a smaller lobby and the cocktail lounge seemed to be closed but the restaurant was open early and closed late.

Good location in the center - everything walkable. The room kinda grossed me out. The side tables were so dusty like they have never been looked after. After pulling back the top sheet the comforter was not even in the case. It was stained and disgusting. The shower didn’t drain so you’re constantly standing in a pool of water. I just felt grossed out.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. What stood out was how well cleaned my room was on a daily basis. The Housekeeping staff is superb and it shows throughout the property. The negative part would have to be the front desk. The whole week I was at this hotel, I only observed 2 front desk employees that ever had a smile on their face and made you feel welcomed. I come from the hospitality industry and the front desk is first impression. The guy that checked me in rarely looked me in the eye. On a positive note and later that evening, there was a different guy who helped me w/ the wi-fi…he was very accommodating and he actually eased my anxiety just by having a smile from time to time (he was also at check-out and mannerism was the same). Thank goodness, it wasn’t the guy who checked me in to help me w/ the wi-if. Another example of rudeness and unfriendliness is when I ask for directions, it seems they don’t want to help and seemed bothered if asked. My other disappointment, is how thin the walls are. I was awakened early every morning by noises coming from the hallways and other rooms next door. Get rid of the wooden floors….every time someone moved their chair from the above floor or the next room, IT.IS.LOUD. Location was good for me but I would choose another hotel the next time I am in Lisbon.

For the first two days of our stay, we were accommodated in a room located in the older part of the building, where renovation works were still in progress. Despite the pervasive renovation dust which we were not happy, the hotel assured us that our room had been upgraded to offset the inconvenience. On our last day, the hotel staff managed to relocate us to a renovated suite in the building. We had a pleasant stay, but brief where we were unable to enjoy. The hotel staff consistently demonstrated exceptional courtesy and attentiveness to our requests, ensuring our satisfaction. They also provided an ample selection of complimentary drinks in the fridge for guests to enjoy. However, the hotel building was situated in a busy street surrounded by restaurants, requiring us to drag our luggage to the hotel entrance due to the lack of proper vehicle access.

This property is in a fabulous location right in the heart of Lisbon and easily walkable to tourist spots, restaurants etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel appears to be in the middle of renovations and our room smelled very strongly of fresh paint. We even requested to move rooms but the smell in the second room was equally strong. Our junior suite was spacious and well laid out but the furniture and drapes looked cheap given the room rates. The sleeper sofa was rock hard to sit on, the coffee tables were chipped and the fabric for the drapes and pillows was of poor quality. A few upgrades to the decor would really elevate the room.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, mit frischem Obst, herzhaften und süßen Optionen. Leider war die Einrichtung des Zimmers schon etwas abgenutzt, es waren aber Renovierungsarbeiten angekündigt.

Hotel Santa Justa was perfect for walking throughout downtown, central location was so convenient. Room was spacious, modern & clean. Beds were very comfortable. Taxis prior to 10am were appreciated for ride to airport.

The room was very very spacious and so comfortable for 3 people. Can’t say enough the size and comfort of the bathroom as well. Staff were friendly and helpful! The refillable drinks were appreciated! The hotel was so centrally located to lots of the pracas, must sees, shops and access to plenty of outdoor restaurants and desserts! Even caught street entertainment!

It was lovely staying at hotel Santa Justa, its location is excellent, right in the historical center of Lisbon, and yet it is quiet and the surrounding are clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, though it could use some more storage for clothes.

Breakfast was great the room upgrade was not worth it. We were on 6th floor and the ceiling was slanted and it was hard to work. My husband is 6.2” and he kept hitting his head on the ceiling. Besides that the hotel is in a wonderful location and walkable everywhere.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wished we had longer time to enjoy our stay here at the hotel and more time to explore Lisbon but unfortunately our flight got cancelled and our stay was shortened by 4 days. Wish their non refundable policy is a bit flexible for reasons beyond our control.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. What stood out was how well cleaned my room was on a daily basis. The Housekeeping staff is superb and it shows throughout the property. The negative part would have to be the front desk. The whole week I was at this hotel, I only observed 2 front desk employees that ever had a smile on their face and made you feel welcomed. I come from the hospitality industry and the front desk is first impression. The guy that checked me in rarely looked me in the eye. On a positive note and later that evening, there was a different guy who helped me w/ the wi-fi…he was very accommodating and he actually eased my anxiety just by having a smile from time to time (he was also at check-out and mannerism was the same). Thank goodness, it wasn’t the guy who checked me in to help me w/ the wi-if. Another example of rudeness and unfriendliness is when I ask for directions, it seems they don’t want to help and seemed bothered if asked. My other disappointment, is how thin the walls are. I was awakened early every morning by noises coming from the hallways and other rooms next door. Get rid of the wooden floors….every time someone moved their chair from the above floor or the next room, IT.IS.LOUD. Location was good for me but I would choose another hotel the next time I am in Lisbon.

Loved staying at Hotel Santa Justa in Lisbon. This was an ideal base for our Portugal vacation. The room, services and amenities of the hotel were splendid and the onsite restaurant Elvador is superb! The hotel is located in the heart of downtown and just steps from the metro and common meeting places for day tours. The complementary refilling of the mini-fridge was a nice touch. Our room was very small. Our Tv didn’t work. Our AC wouldn’t keep running and our toilet had an issue. This was a very expensive room for the night and we were quite disappointed in the condition of it for what we paid. The breakfast was ok but the scrambled eggs were underdone, yogurt was warm and there wasn’t a great selection of food.

Good breakfast with all what you want to eat. Our room was clean and they clean it every day! We Didn’t meet the staff at the reception because we live in the hotel on the other side .
