The Solaire Resort Parañaque is definitely a 5 Star hotel. It’s got a luxurious ambiance. The service is excellent. Our room’s spacious, clean and over looking the bay. The gym’s world class. The staffs were helpful, friendly and attentive. The restaurants were nicely presented and food’s delicious although it took longer to be served.

Everything was fresh, exquisitely prepared, and of the highest quality. Dining at Oasis was another highlight, where Hanna and her team provided top-notch service. The tandoori shrimp was unforgettable, bursting with rich flavors that left us wanting more. To top it off, Hanna and her team wrote us an amazing personal note, adding an unforgettable connection we won't soon forget. Beyond the dining and accommodations, the spa and gym staff were incredibly accommodating. We treated ourselves to the most relaxing massages and enjoyed the whirlpool, spa, and sauna—all included in our stay. It was the perfect way to unwind in absolute luxury. My family and I truly enjoyed our 2-night stay. The customer service from the registration, housekeeping, and other facilities was 5 stars!!! They go out their way to make sure you are comfortable. Our studio room was very luxurious. We also had a wonderful time at the pool area. I highly recommend this resort hotel and I would love to come back.

We stayed in 2 other top rated hotels in Manila and 1 in Boracay, and this was by far the best. The pool deck is beautiful, lots of restaurants and shops, casino, friendly professional staff. The colorful water fountains and scenic view of downtown from our room topped off a great stay. We will be back.

We had a one night stopover in Manila we chose Solaire overall good experience, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Only negative about the room was that several of the electrical outlets were broken which meant trying to use one working one to charge multiple devices etc. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport which is one of the main reasons we chose the hotel.

Have to call maintenance 4 separate times from 2 toilet flusher kept on disconnecting, hot water issue and lost power in the room. After repair I was even told that maybe I plugged something that shorted the fuse… Their casino is also not any better. Ticket got stocked and have to wait over an hour for them to validate to get my money. Wouldn’t the solution be is open the slot and checked the last ticket inserted? But that’s not the case, they were validating online and was even told to checked purse inside to see if the ticket was there when it clearly said in the machine malfunction. Felt like a criminal who was hiding my own ticket. What a stay!

It was so cold everywhere, in the casino and in the rooms, that I caught a cold. It was cold even though the air conditioner had not been turned on in the room since check-in. I felt bad because there was hair curled up in the towel.

I’ve stayed at Solaire last yearand it was excellent that’s why I came back this year. I stayed for 3 days in the Sky Tower which was wonderful. The first and second nights were fabulous; had dinner in one of the restaurants;slept well and had a wonderful stays all in all except the last night. There were so much commotions and raucous on the 17 th floor very closed to our room (1727) that my companion and I barely had a decent sleep. There was much shouting and running by those people causing all the raucous so much so we had to call the desk to do something about the noises which I believed lasted for about an hour if not less. If not for the unfortunate incident on our last night our stay could be considered excellent.

service is quite bad. we checked in late as we came in from another trip. our bags were brought up 1 hour and a half after we got to our room so made us sleep even later. i have special dietary requirements due to my allergies and this was neglected as i had a severe reaction during breakfast at their buffet outlet. staff were not taking me seriously and casual about it. I don't think i will stay here again as service is quite bad.

Poor customer service at the casino. Takes a long time and have to request many times for service to come when you request for water or any beverage or any issue with your machine. And one more thing, i was in line at the reception/ front desk to get my room key to get changed coz it was not working but there are these couple who just went infront of me and the receptionist just entertained them instead of telling them that i am in line waiting. She did not care that i was already there waiting in line. But other than that most of the staff were very courteous and attentive.

I arrived at the property a couple of hours early and put my luggage in storage. After I checked in I went to get my luggage. They told me my one bag was on hold for security. It had been there 2 hours already. The bag was small and was my CPAP machine. That is the only thing in the bag. I had to argue with them and they held me for 15 minutes and could not tell me what the problem was. Finally without doing any further checks they told me just go ahead. CPAP machines are common.

The room was awesome! The room upgrade was unexpected but totally awesome! The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. However, the hotel location, while good enough, is not that convenient. Solaire is close to everything, yes, but only if you have a car. Nothing is within walkable distance as the weather in the Philippines is so hot. Other hotels that we've stayed in have connecting air-conditioned paths to outside restaurants & shopping malls but Solaire doesn't. There are quite a few restaurants inside the hotel premises though so dining options are still there... but that's it -- you're going to be limited to what they have/offer. If you're a vegan (and my husband is), forget it. You're going to compromise your vegan diet if you decide to eat inside Solaire. Their restaurants (including their Fast Food section) have some vegetarian options but not vegan. Overall though, it was still a very pleasant stay for us. The pros still outweigh the cons. 🙂

Dining at lucky noodles took 35 minutes for meals and appetizer ordered was still not ready but tried to serve the meal , so appetizer order was cancelled. Need to request for each water refill. Felt ignored. Requested for a booth was told none available although we can see there were few available and most table were empty. Paid cash and more or less 10 min later no change returned so just left. Otherwise food was good!
