Matteo and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel and rooms are lovely, clean and have unique character. The hotel location is ideal for sightseeing and the hot tub is a much. I would highly recommend!

The whole experience was wonderful! Our room was exceptional. The roof top bar was awesome. They have a very cool old elevator that takes you from the ground level to the hotel level. Really a great experience. Matteo and his team was awesome. We even met his mother who helped him run the desk one day. All great people. We highly recommend this hotel.

It was almost perfection. Walking distance to everything you’ll want to see and the staff is superb. The rooftop bar was the most amazing place to have a drink while the sun goes down! The only downside was that jacuzzi tub was not working/available during our time there.

We stayed for about a week. The housekeepers went way above and beyond she left our room so tidy she even folded our clothes we had left laying around. The place was always spotless. The view was great. It was a little difficult to find but once we found it, it was perfect. Very firm mattress if you love a firm mattress. Everyone who worked there was so nice and accommodating and everything we wanted to see in Rome was within walking distance. The shower was a bit odd it’s open to the rest of the room. The water pressure is intense. The elevator works great but is a bit scary if you are not used to small elevators. All and all we loved it

I did receive our bottle of wine the next day only after I asked. Breakfast was originally included when I reserved this room for over 331$ per night. Then Matteo told me breakfast was 15 euro per person, after I read 20 euro per person. Only one cup of coffee Bed blanket was old and fabric pilling. I was grossed out by it, but he was not around for me to get a clean fresh blanket . The bed curtains were dusty and needed to be washed. It was not a VIP room at all!! The body wash was scent of mens fragrance. the dark red old brocade drapery fabric with stains. It was a big disappointment. And it was more expensive than our VIP hotel in Anacapri!

I visited Rome in July and spent two nights at Navona Queen Rooftop. The room was clean and quiet and close to great restaurants and tourist attractions. The only constructive comment I have was that in my room deal there was a wine bottle included but I never received one even though I mentioned it when checking in. They claimed that it wasn't included.

Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd till Vaticanen, det går både vanliga bussar och hop on hop off bussar om man inte orkar gå till Roms sevärdheter. Hotellets personal är jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummen är väldigt fina och städningen av rummen är fantastisk, de till och med vek våra kläder och lade in dem i garderoben! Det har jag aldrig varit med om förut. Ett toppklassboende som jag verkligen kan rekommendera.

I loved this little boutique hotel. It was the perfect place to stay for my first time travelling alone. I was within walking distance to just about everything. The room was small but efficient and it had a great bed. It’s was super clean and a lovely modern bathroom. Just one suggestion, a sink counter to put makeup on and a good light would be very helpful. It had windows that opened, air conditioning and fans that worked. The rooftop patio is lovely and the view is fantastic. Thank you Matteo and staff you were the perfect hosts.

Despite a few details (noisy rooms on street side, small bathroom, cooling system not precise), the rooms are ok, meaning it worth the price. But be aware it is not an hotel but a guest rooms : no lobby, no shared spaces except hot rooftop at some hours..., sometime no-one at the desk for... some time. And most of all they never answer phone calls nor email. Not by accident, it's a choice. They're so proud of it they don't even mention it on their website. If you must join them, good luck ! And if you finally do, and say it is a bad start to spend hours to get in touch and have the feeling to be ghosted for weeks, Matteo (the manager ?), answers you are probably not in the right mood for a good trip. And that you can cancel. But he refuses a free cancellation ! There are many hotels with nice rooms in Roma, but none has a manager like Matteo to make you feel so good in a few minutes.

I enjoyed my stay. Beds were good, rooms spacious and showers great. Easy late check in and check out. I liked the area I was in walking distance to most major monuments. Easy access to everything I wanted to see and great places to eat. Next time I would request a room that is not by the check in desk, as it can be noisy early in the morning.

They refused to add my girlfriend they said they policy is no guest if you don’t add it at the beginning of the reservation This never happened to me before, so I lost almost 200 us because you can’t not even cancel it requires 48 days anticipate.

Mateo and Christina really take time out to make your stay a wonderful experience. Breakfast is delicious on the rooftop. Every day we would come back to room from touring city to find room cleaned up and looking beautiful like first day we arrived. Also Mateo set us up for a driver (in a 4door BMW) to pick us up at airport at fee that is the going rate.

Very nice stay at Navona Queen. Matteo the owner was very attentive. The property is ideally situated in Rome to many of the attractions like the Colosseum and Vatican. A special shout-out to the rooftop bar waitress Sarah who was an over the top joy to talk with while there.

Veldig hyggelig og sentralt beliggende hotell i umiddelbar nærhet til det historiske sentrum og Vatikanet. Hotellet har en herlig takterrasse, der det også ble servert deilig frokost, og det var nydelige solnedganger over Romas tak og kupler. Anbefales på det varmeste!

This was the perfect location to be able to walk to see everything. The room was really cute! The rooftop was very cool to be able to see the city from up there. Now this is just my opinion but you can skip the breakfast in the morning, as it costs money and was not great, but the ladies up there were really nice. Take a quick walk in any direction and you can find great food. The air conditioning was great! Overall would stay again.
