Likes: Huge suite with two balconies. Great included breakfast (top notch). Great included spa experience. Hotel staff very helpful in calling taxi service for us and for helping us get tickets to the Vatican. Dislikes: Wife was furious because air condition would not cool enough and would shut off. After complaining about this on multiple occasions to the front desk, nothing was done to resolve the issue, except for being told that they would take care of it, but nothing happened. This is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Very stingy on hand soap and other room toiletries. I had to ask for more soap, since they only gave you one tiny bar of soap. Shower leaking water through the shower walls onto the suite wood floor. This was brought to the front desk’s attention. Cocktails and fancy dinner at the hotel restaurant were way overpriced for what you got. The breakfast which was included in our rate was actually better that our dinner there.

Sehr zentral am Hauptbahnhof gelegenes, schickes Hotel. Natürlich ist es rund um den Bahnhof immer etwas lauter und schmuddeliger aber sobald man das Hotelgelände betritt ist alles sehr schick und komfortabel. Das Personal ist super freundlich, die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Die ein oder andere Stelle im Bad und am Holzboden könnte ausgebessert werden. Das Frühstück gibt es in einem tollen Raum mit super Ambiente, prima Auswahl an italienischenSpezialitäten. Das Spa ist klein aber es dürfen nur max. 8 Personen gleichzeitig nutzen, was es sehr angenehm macht. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It was a combination of modern and old architecture, very clean with friendly staff who were there for us. We enjoyed buffet breakfast with variety of food and drinks including champagne and all kinds of fresh fruit juices and homemade cakes and Italian desserts. Rooftop restaurant has a great view with live music, and we had great time having dinners and drinks there. Rooms are clean and with modern design. SPA and pool area is very nice, clean, and quiet that after a busy day you can relax there. We loved staying there and I recommend it to everyone who has a great taste. N. Nazmi from the US. .

Området rundt var hektisk og masete, og avstanden til det helt sentrale var lenger enn først antatt (oppleves mye lenger å gå i et svært hektisk område) Rommene var iskalde og lite koselige. For å bruke svømmebasseng måtte man booke tid, men de hadde ingenting ledig hele helgen. Takterrassen var stengt. Sto overhodet ikke til forventninger mtp 5 stjerner eller pris. Personalet tok gullringer fra badet som heldigvis ble levert tilbake når vi truet om politi. Påsto at dette var rutine når smykker lå åpent for å passe på. Å ta noe uten å gi beskjed kaller jeg stjeling. Bra service generelt, grei frokost. Kommer ikke tilbake hit.

Hotel in good condition and is well presented. The staff were all super friendly and helpful - particular mentions for the 2 concierge who were always friendly and greeted us on arrival and departure and helped with any questions; the reception staff were also very efficient and friendly and the restaurant staff were also friendly and attentive The hotel was a little short on atmosphere - there was no real bar area - it was shared with the restaurant and the roof-top bar was closed during our stay in April The hotel is very conveniently located for the station, but there is a lack of quality restaurants in the immediate vicinity, you have to travel further afield to find them

Service was amazing, staff very attentive and observant, room was fantastic and breakfast selection was great. Spa was lovely and we had the space all to ourselves, you did have to pre book. Spa treatments were very expensive though, so we avoided those. Everything else was exceptional just as the hotel says.

We stayed here for our last night in Rome before the long journey back to Canada. Unfortunately when we checked in the water was not working so we left for the day without being able to shower. When we returned that evening, our room was very hot as the AC was not working. We had to call several times before we were finally moved to a new room at 1am. Not what we expected from a 4 star hotel with an expensive rate. The room itself was very nice and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, had we not had to change rooms in the middle of the night we would have slept very well. The parking was 50 Euro for one night and there was a 20 Euro fee to use the hotel pool. Both of which other hotels we stayed at in the same rating a fees provide at no extra cost. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to help with the many issues we had. I would not stay here again and we did not feel that we received the value of the stay.

This is a wonderful property in a great location to enjoy Rome, Italy. The property is well-maintained and the staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. The quality of the room and the cleanliness was Top drawer. The one thing they need to improve on is their maintenance on some occasions. The condition of the shower required the intervention of the concierge as well as the general manager to have it properly fixed during our stay. Once they became involved, they were excellent in recovering and getting the item fixed immediately. Despite this one issue, this property is highly recommended.

Rented 2 rooms and couldn’t adjust ac in both. One room too cold and one room too hot bc ac didn’t work. Other than that the hotel was clean and pretty. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Conveniently located across from train station.

Excellent concierge. Easy and supportive staffs who were eager to assist their guests with any issues. Check in and out were breey. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The shower area was also very spacious with two washing areas. Breakfast offered at the restaurant was excellent. My children claimed that the hotel offered the best breakfast in Italy. We also had dinner at the same restaurant. Service and food were both great. One of my sons had pasta and he claimed that it was the best pasta in Rome. Will come back again in near future.

Proximity to Roma termini was the best! You can essentially get to anywhere in Rome. Airport is convenient 20 minute train ride away- nonstop. This is a beautiful building but is a 5 star hotel that needs TLC. Our room had a damp odor that would not go away. We think the bathroom may have ventilation / drying issues causing the mildew-y smell. Our stay was only for two nights so it was manageable- we likely would’ve moved hotels if our stay was longer. Book this for the extremely convenient location but if you’re expecting your typical 5 star luxe stay- this is not it. Staff and service was great. We arrived early at 9a- our room wasn’t ready so they offered us coffee on the house at Senses until the room was prepped. Very accommodating!

Rented 2 rooms and couldn’t adjust ac in both. One room too cold and one room too hot bc ac didn’t work. Other than that the hotel was clean and pretty. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Conveniently located across from train station.

The room was beautiful, updated very nice. It was not cramped, the shower could have been updated, tiles were old or worn out. Service for the room needs help, the coffee was not filled every day, had to have it requested, they mentioned water is complementary the first day you get your room, but it's only that day, the rest of the days you need to pay for it. Room service is amazing, they have a very good chef. Overall very nice and pleasant and close to the train station!

We booked a junior suite, but the suite we were given initially did not live up to the word “suite.” It had a strange layout, was dark, and had a washroom spread across different parts of the room. In a word, it was a poorly designed suite that felt like a rip-off given the price. We were later moved to another suite, which was much better but still did not offer good value for money. Our recent stay at a junior suite in the Westin may have set high expectations. On the plus side, the staff were helpful and courteous.

There is a construction right on front so the entrance is not visible, some signs would be very helpfull. I went all the way around without finding it, so I had to call the front desk and follow their instructions. Not all the bedrooms have USB ports on the night tables which I found disappointing for a five star hotel. TV is very small for the distance that you have between the bed and the wall.

This is a wonderful property in a great location to enjoy Rome, Italy. The property is well-maintained and the staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. The quality of the room and the cleanliness was Top drawer. The one thing they need to improve on is their maintenance on some occasions. The condition of the shower required the intervention of the concierge as well as the general manager to have it properly fixed during our stay. Once they became involved, they were excellent in recovering and getting the item fixed immediately. Despite this one issue, this property is highly recommended.

This hotel is very over-priced for the quality of their rooms and the service they provide. We booked a queen bed but instead were given a room with 2 single bed pieced together. We booked a 50min couple massage but was shortchanged cuz only 40min was actually done. The staff is slow in getting our stored luggage and we missed our train despite staying directly opposite the station. The surrounding environment is also not very safe and clean. Overall,I will not book again.

Excellent concierge. Easy and supportive staffs who were eager to assist their guests with any issues. Check in and out were breey. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The shower area was also very spacious with two washing areas. Breakfast offered at the restaurant was excellent. My children claimed that the hotel offered the best breakfast in Italy. We also had dinner at the same restaurant. Service and food were both great. One of my sons had pasta and he claimed that it was the best pasta in Rome. Will come back again in near future.

First of all the hotel don’t show you the main corridors, which are narrow and all black , amd you fell yourself as in a funeral hall! The bathrooms are horrible, humid , smells . And around the hotel there are many homeless people who sleeps on the streets. And the area is very noisy!

Sehr zentral am Hauptbahnhof gelegenes, schickes Hotel. Natürlich ist es rund um den Bahnhof immer etwas lauter und schmuddeliger aber sobald man das Hotelgelände betritt ist alles sehr schick und komfortabel. Das Frühstück gibt es in einem tollen Raum mit super Ambiente, prima Auswahl an italienischenSpezialitäten. Das Spa ist klein aber es dürfen nur max. 8 Personen gleichzeitig nutzen, was es sehr angenehm macht. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, at two minutes (one minute if you get lucky with the traffic lights) of Roma Termini, but nevertheless once you enter the gate, you feel like being in a remote luxurious place. The hotel itself is certainly worth its 5 stars - excellent service, very friendly staff (at the door, at the reception, in the restaurant and the cleaning people) and spacious (and quiet - the windows' glass must be extremely thick since I didn't hear any sound coming in from outside) rooms. I'd certainly consider returning, the next time I'm in Rome.

Likes: Huge suite with two balconies. Great included breakfast (top notch). Great included spa experience. Hotel staff very helpful in calling taxi service for us and for helping us get tickets to the Vatican. Dislikes: Wife was furious because air condition would not cool enough and would shut off. After complaining about this on multiple occasions to the front desk, nothing was done to resolve the issue, except for being told that they would take care of it, but nothing happened. This is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Very stingy on hand soap and other room toiletries. I had to ask for more soap, since they only gave you one tiny bar of soap. Shower leaking water through the shower walls onto the suite wood floor. This was brought to the front desk’s attention. Cocktails and fancy dinner at the hotel restaurant were way overpriced for what you got. The breakfast which was included in our rate was actually better that our dinner there.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It was a combination of modern and old architecture, very clean with friendly staff who were there for us. We enjoyed buffet breakfast with variety of food and drinks including champagne and all kinds of fresh fruit juices and homemade cakes and Italian desserts. Rooftop restaurant has a great view with live music, and we had great time having dinners and drinks there. Rooms are clean and with modern design. SPA and pool area is very nice, clean, and quiet that after a busy day you can relax there. We loved staying there and I recommend it to everyone who has a great taste. N. Nazmi from the US. .

However, there were issues, namely large roach appeared in the room's shower while I was showering one day, and I encountered another large roach in the room's toilet enclosure on another day.
