The work out room was inadequate. The only 2 treadmills did not work adequately, many of the dumbbells were missing and it was not as clean as one would expect. Staff were friendly and nice

Upon arriving the lobby area was clean and staff was friendly. Heading to our room-The hallways were not clean.there was build up on the coffee maker and the tub in the bathroom wasn’t clean. The pool was not clear (could not see bottom) and there was candy at the bottom and the water was salty and weird. Granted it’s a hotel but there were loud teenagers going up and down the hallways and upstairs. I wouldn’t book again.

First after check in find out the Elevators are down, then booked this hotel because of the pool, and the pool was closed due to it being dirty. This was a huge let down for the 2 girls that I had with me they wanted to go swimming. Not what I was looking for at all.

Very disappointed in the breakfast. Nothing to offer at no cost except for coffee. One piece of toast was $2,65. Not good. Front desk wait staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar was only open until 9:00 pm.

The bathroom sink area was noticeably unclean. Water spots on faucet, mirror, and there were hair clippings on the counter It would’ve been nice if there was a microwave in the room. The fridge in the room was a nice addition. Bed was very comfy and the level of quietness was high, allowed for an uninterrupted sleep.

This property needs updating. The room that I stayed in had worn out mattresses, unsupportive pillows, greasy carpets, moldy sinks, bathtub had spray paint in the bottom of the tub as well as moldy calking, and cracked tiles in the bathroom floor.

The room was very old, nightstand drawer would not stay shut, bottom drawer on the dresser unable to open because it was crooked. The hotel did not offer complimentary breakfast, the other 2 hotels next door both had this. This hotel only had coffee out on the weekend and for a limited time, all basics not even flavored cream. The topper was when my husband found a couple dead bugs in our bed, needless to say, we then had to take everything apart. I will not be staying at the hotel again.

My biggest complaint is the shower. The bathroom walls were dirty, which personally grosses me out, but the shower didnt drain and I hate it when the tub fills as I shower. If were were there for another night I would have needed to change rooms. We had to wait between showers, which put us behind schedule for the day.

Floor was wet in the room. Also no door seals on the shower so the bathroom floor gets wet. Theres no coffee station in the lobby. No included breakfast for $200 a night rates. Poor layout of the room. No bags in the garbage cans. Room did the job and overall was clean. But wont stay there again.

The room was not very clean, the shower door did not close all the way,tje sheets did not stay on the bed, no free breakfast, some staff wear rude.our door was broken like someone broken in before ther is a whole in the flooring in the hallway. The pool was dirty on the bottom the jacuzzi was down fror cleaning during business hours.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions. We had no problems. The property and our rooms were clean. Because I have celiac and have to eat gluten free we always need to travel with food for my diet. If you require refrigerated foods I would recommend bringing a cooler if you are staying more than overnight. The refrigerator is very small.

It was a nice facility with good employees. The room setup that we had wasnt the greatest. It was a pretty small room and the bed was in a position where you couldn't comfortably watch the television. Thepull out sofa matress was extremely old and stained horribly. My son refused to sleep on it. The refrigerator in the room didnt workand there wasnt a microwave. Other than that it was a pretty nice clean facility.

Loved the location of the hotel, close to the highway and shopping. Didn't love that the tub had no plug so we couldn't take a bath. Also the A/C would not shut off and temp could not be raised so we were pretty cold all night.

The noise from the expressway was loud in our room. Request a book facing the back. Seemed like I could hear conversations and a lot of door slamming through the night. The restaurant was just a spot in the lobby. Not a separate area in the building. Limited menu. Maintenance needs to work on the room we stayed in.

Everyone we encountered from front desk to cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. Very nice and quiet, and the woman at the front desk even asked if we wanted fourth floor as there were kids teams on the other floor.

The staff was so professional and friendly and kind. I would stay here again and recommend. The only thing is that we kept having to push a button inside the mini refrigerator to stay cold (which was weird) but besides that everything was good. I like the area because everything was close by and around for what ever you needed -like restaurants, stores and etc….. Highly recommend!

I typically select this hotel when I need a me-cation and have been staying here several times a year for the last three years. The last time a stayed, about a month ago, I thought it was odd that Housekeeing knocked on my door at 9am when check out is at noon. Not only did they knock on my door, they tried the door handle several times. This time I stayed I made double sure I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Once again, 9:30 in the morning Housekeeping starts knocking on my door and trying the door handle. I loudly said, “I’m still sleeping!” And hour later, the knocking comes again. I get in the shower at 11 and while I’m in the shower, Housekeeping is knocking again. Please train your housekeepers to honor the DND signs. I have worked in hotel management and I know you only have so long to flip the rooms before the 3pm check-in starts, but some people travel to sleep in!!

We did not stay here due to our athletic event in Kalamazoo being canceled due to weather. I tried to cancel our reservation and were unable to do so. Even though we tried to cancel our reservation over 24 hours before check-in, the general manager refused to lift the penalty.

We came to Kalamazoo for WMU move in weekend to drop our son off. What a great surprise! Clean, accommodating and EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Ryan! He single handedly made our stay exceptional. I am an HR professional and I can tell you, his soft skills are in HIGH demand! Would recommend 100%.

The property lobby was getting a renovation so not too many options for snacks and foods even though there were 3 free baskets of chips - the bathroom sink drained very very slow. The worst thing was at 9:45 am, the cleaning person banged on our door and proceeded to try and enter our room. Check out was at noon. Super strange and rude

Very clean and welcoming! Love the downstairs area how open and that there is breakfast and Starbucks very convenient! In a great area minutes away from shopping. A 15 minute drive from River Oaks park where my sons games were! I plan on staying here next years tournament as well.

The hotel overall wasn’t bad. You can just tell that the hotel hasn’t been entirely well maintained. Overall my stay was okay, but I would say not worth the price point. The cleaning service during my entire stay never came to tidy up my room and the breakfast was way overpriced. Not worth the additional amount of money. You can find more affordable food options nearby.

The hot tub wasnt working. Pool was so kids were happy. The staff had a breakfast buffett set the weekend of the wrestling tournament. This was very convenient! And delicious!
