The room was nice, the pool was closed, the website listed a bar but there wasn't one onsite. The breakfast was included with the stay but it was not good. There were little omelets that didn't taste like eggs & the sausage offered was not breakfast sausage. 1/10 for the breakfast

Floorlamp unpluged and bent plug so very difficult to plug back in. Main elevator out of service, so had to walk to very end of building with luggage on cart to walk back to area near main elevator (where my room was). Expect more from Hilton property. May not be back....

When we arrived we were told the pool was not in working order and hasn’t been for some time. It would have been nice to have been notified even via email before arrival so we could have made alternative plans. We also needed bedding for the pull out and there was no staff on duty so the front desk person could not bring it to our room.

You should let people know that the pool is closed indefinitely. We booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. We were disappointed with that. The clerk said that it has been closed for a while because there is a leak.

Not working : hot tub , washer dryers , air conditioning gym , tv , and trash in garbage bins for days over flowing in front of entrance , The staff at this business was outstanding the homewood suites owes them much especially with what they have to contend with . The staff was very friendly. We had some issues with EXTREMELY loud people above us all night, but that was no fault of the hotel staff. I found the pool area to be unsafe with extreme amounts of water around the pool with little drainage. The pool also seemed to be very dirty to me and didn’t smell of chlorine and was very salty. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and had great decor. We would stay again.

We stayed 1 day. Staff was friendly , room was clean and hotel was quiet.There was no back up toilet paper in the room but I’m sure if we asked we’d have got some . Breakfast was alright , but many local restaurants close by that were to die for . Overall I would stay here again .

Business trip last week of February. Breakfast was very good. Staff was nice but they didn't have enough... We never did get any type of cleaning of a room for three nights. But we were able just to replace our towels which is really all we needed.

Most horrible stay in our whole life!! You would be fooled at what they have to offer though. We had gotten a filthy room with pills all over the sheets and pull out sofa. Hair and toe nail clippings all over the sheets. Had to change them ourselves since the lady at the front desk seemed to not have a clue what to do without her manager being there. The phone was also broken in our room and the lady at the front desk said oh well what do you want me to do about it? The pool was out of order, the whole reason we stayed here to begin with and verified the pool was in working order when we arrived. They just didn’t care about our stay…manager hiding in her office…but need to be very grateful my autistic son didn’t ingest ANY of those pills or this hotel would be shut down!!! Will never come back here ever again!!

The front desk staff at this hotel was amazing. They were super helpful, friendly and patient. I was visiting from NC and had a great deal to do to get ready for a presentation. Without their assistance, I never would have succeeded. Thank you to all of them.

Upon arrival, I was told hotels.com overbooked and they didn't have the rooms I reserved. The lady at the front desk was very insensitive, short and defensive. I had 3, two bedroom suites reserved for a team bonding experience. My room were booked 6 weeks in advance. When I asked why I was receiving email confirmations from they, she said that it wasn't really them sending those emails, that it was the 3rd party, hotels.com with their name on it. I was offered separate rooms instead of my 2 bedroom suites and the sofa couch was going to be counted as a bed, for the same price! It took 45 minutes of trying to resolve the situation. I did not get much sleep after this experience!

Horrible hotel. Avoid at all costs. Black mold in the living area. There was a “ kids party” in the room next to us. They were running up and down the halls, screaming, slamming doors all hours of the day and night. We complained several times but the staff was unwilling to help us. They told us to call the police. We ended up leaving that night to get a room elsewhere. Ridiculous!

My recent stay at the Homewood hotel was a disaster. The front desk staff seemed clueless, unable to answer my questions or provide assistance. To make matters worse, I was not informed that the pool was under construction and the entire hotel was being renovated, which would have been a deal-breaker for me. My room wasn't cleaned during my stay, and the dishes were dirty. When I asked for cleaning chemicals to clean the bathroom tub for my child, I was given a magic eraser, which was woefully inadequate. Needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Property was beautiful and the room was really nice but I think it needs to be stopped a little better I mean three glasses, two butter, knives one of them dirty two forks you know just not very good and then housekeeping oh hell with housekeeping we had to go down to the pool to get some towels because housekeeping they told me only comes every four days That was a bit well, I should say quite inconvenient. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was really not very good. The options were very little and I have never in my life had cubed sweet potatoes with eggs and sausage so there wasn’t much of a variety. I actually took my family out to breakfast the second day we stayed there , but overall it was clean. The pool was very nice just a pretty place but for a Hilton there’s a lot of repairs that need to be done.
