The bed mattress was uncomfortable. We were disappointed to find that the pool and hot tub were broken. Hotel staff response was “ well it was reported on the web site”. Guess one should check the web site before they check in.

The hotel needs a major refresh. We booked a King Room through hotels.com and we got a Queen Suite. They couldn't accommodate the King for us. They told us it was the error of Hotels.com. The manager was very kind and understanding, he said he'd contact Hotels.com and tell them what happened. He said we should get a refund. Nothing yet. Parking is very limited.

Probably one of the best hotels we stayed at this past year! We even had a room by the elevator which I am not a fan from a previous hotel stay (different city) but everyone was respectful at night it was quiet and we were able to sleep through the night! Breakfast was great! Gym was nice and my daughter enjoyed the pool as it wasn’t freezing cold water!

Electric was out and did not find out until I went to check in. Every hotel in the area was booked. Had to pay over double the price for a replacement room. Really need to notify people if hotel is closed

The desk clerk, Melissa, was great, but there was a housekeeper that was loud, rude, and was in the hallway, complaining about how many rooms she had to clean, and how nasty white folks are (her words). The bed in our room was so hard that we barely slept, and the pool was closed

Good, not great. The staff was courteous and helpful and the breakfast was good. However, the carpet in the guest room had several large, grey, gummy stains. No excuse for this, as the stained carpet appeared to be carpet tiles which could be readily replaced by the maintenance staff in just a few minutes. Also, the comforter on one of the beds had greasy black stains and smelled awful.

I’m sad to see so many Hampton inns are not keeping their standards high. In this case my biggest complaint is the fact that I had 4 pillows on the bed and they all smelled over used and soiled. I couldn’t stand it. I stayed 2 nights and ended up putting a pillow inside one of my clean tee shirts so that I could sleep. The night stand had spilled coffee on it. The carpet next to the bed was filthy. Overall the room felt dirty. I always wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes where ever I stay. I used many extra wipes here. Attention to detail was not at this location.

The area surrounding the hotel wasn't the best. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room didn't seem like it was thoroughly cleaned before check in - dirt/dust on the floor and hair in the shower. Also, the doors slam very loudly and there were a fair amount of dogs barking. Pool was small, but my kids liked it. Breakfast was good - lots of options and eating area was clean and updated.

We stayed in the area for a soccer tournament. The staff was lovely, the hotel was clean, the kids all loved the pool and the breakfast! We will definitely stay there again when we come back to the area.

Large and numerous types of stains on the couch. Ratty warped carpet in hallways. No Tv station guide in room and using the remote channel listing only station number no identification of what network. Had to scroll manually. Took forever to navigate. Breakfast was sad. Lots of choices but the oatmeal was cold at 8:15am. Watered down OJ. Scone was poor. Staff interactions were good. Bathrooms okay but not one shelf in shower for personal toiletries. Had to put it all on the floor of the shower. This place needs remodeling. Overdue!! That couch was disgusting.

Filthy dirty!!!! We kept tripping on rippling loose fitting carpet in hall. Paint or stain trail through stairs. Employees smoking marijuana at back sliding door near parking. Cleaning ladies opening and slamming doors multiple times as they clean rooms. Noisy!!!

The furnishing were not clean. The chair and couch had stains on them to the degree the furniture should be in the trash. The bed linen was dingy white. The curtains and drapes were old and dusty. I didn't have a comfortable sleep. This hotel is old and in desperate need of updates. Unfortunately I can't give a great review.

Hotel was ok. GPS couldn’t find it. We did find a hair on the bed sheet. Not any major issues I couldn’t deal with, until the people above us (I think) were making banging noises till 1230-1am. Front desk did check on it but guests were quiet when they did. I would use hotel again.

The bed was awful and you could hear the springs everytime I moved and I am not a large person I’m average built. The mirror in the bathroom was super high my kid couldn’t see him self he’s 13 and 5’ :(

We arrived at 10pm after having completed the on-line check in. Upon arriving at our room, the digital key would not work. After several attempts, I went down to the front desk. There was no attendant at the desk when I got down there but there was evidence they were around as money was laying out on the desk (which I could have easily taken had I been so inclined). Finally, the attendant, who was outside smoking, finally noticed me at the desk and came back inside. At that time, I noticed the app on my phone was prompting me to open the front door, indicating the issue was not with my device. Overall, the stay was good. Room was clean and nice.

Had to wait 15 minutes to check in as front desk person left the property to go shopping. The TV remote was faulty and we could not watch TV the first day/night. The carpet in room was old and dingy. No housekeeping the second day. Breakfast was good and the location was convenient.

Carpet was dirty, bathtub didn’t drain well, bathroom door was slider and couldn’t be completely closed let alone locked. I witnessed the manager being very rude to parents of young children in town for a hockey tournament his attitude was out of line. Was not what I expected from a Hampton inn.

We came to town and stayed at the property because of a family emergency. Then we had to extend our stay for two more days and the staff was extremely helpful with the process. All the staff , front desk to housekeeping were super friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Check-in was quick. Location is excellent for proximity to Wings Event Center. There is a good restaurant (Travelers) right next door. It was refurbished and is good for the price.

Upon check-in we were placed in the wrong room. Once we got into our correct room the bed sheets weren't changed. The bathroom was dirty. Went to breakfast the next morning which starts at 6am and they didn't have anything anything out till 6:45am which set our schedule back by 45 minutes. Thankfully, The late night staff was fantastic!

We hesitated to book this hotel because of its proximity to the airport--it did not even bother us at all! The room was very clean and comfortable--the bed was perfect! The breakfast was ample and lots of variety. Rooms and hotel seemed to have a full "make-over" as the appointments throughout were updated. The area didn't have much but it was convenient to our event.

Very accommodating at the front desk. Room was clean and comfortable. Probably one of the better stay that we have had. Breakfast at 6 AM was plentiful and well stocked. But when I returned with my family around 830, it looked as though nothing had been replenished, so the pickings were sparse at that point. Otherwise, it would’ve been a five star stay had it not been for the lack of breakfast restock
