I checked in on the early hours and staff gave me a late checkout at 4 PM free of charge! Always the most convenient hotel (and only hotel) to stay at- the walkway or free shuttle bus is an added bonus. 10/10. Another tip is the Arabic Restaurant- absolutely AMAZING cuisine. (One of the best restaurants in Egypt!

The massage room and the massage service were horrible. The room smelled awful. The music stopped playing because the battery died. The masseuse did not know how to do a hot stones massage. She kept dropping the stones on the floor, she burned my back with the stones. Her massaging technique was not good. It was the first time i couldn't wait for a massage to end. Afterwards, she couldn't find a bath towel for me to take a shower. She rummage through some paper bags looking for a towel, it was so unprofessional. And to to top it off, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. I couldn't alert the masseuse because she went outside, and i couldn't go outside naked behind her. For such a beautiful hotel, i was so disappointed in the massage service. It wasn't worth $70. In fact the hotel should pay me $70 hour for the suffering

We had a day layover while traveling through Egypt and decided to just stay close to the airport in Cairo. The Meridien Cairo Airport is a great hotel. The service from check-in to check-out was excellent. The variety of restaurants with bars was great, the pool and exercise rooms were great, too. Now the best part was we walked from baggage claim across an indoor skyway directly to the hotel.

Brilliant hotel - connected to terminal 3. Good choice of restaurants, including one that serves 24 hours. Very friendly staff. Lovely pool area without noticeable noise from the airport. Would highly recommend.

I stay here three or four times a year. The connection directly to the terminal makes this my go to hotel when I am leaving on early morning flights. The spa is nice and the Sheesha is great too. Great service and cleanliness. A+

It is a nice place to stay away from home. Very friendly staff and good service. The house keeping can improve a bit an d the bath towels need to be changed. they have become thinner than ever and well used.

We booked this hotel at the Cairo airport to save time and try to get a little sleep before our 2 a.m. flight. The hotel has at least one good restaurant, great staff and is certainly convenient. However, it was difficult to sleep in the early evening as the doors do not effectively block hallway noise. The air conditioner made tapping noises and had to be turned down to an uncomfortable warm setting .

Simply marvelous hotel! Sound-proofed! Great staff! Gorgeous comfortable room with a view of the spotless pool! And you can WALK to and from terminal 3 on a clean streamlined jet-bridge! This will always be my go-to in Cairo and I fly through Cairo often. I'm so relieved to find this spectacular hotel! Even the bed was fabulous!

Lovely hotel...good food and service. Adjoining room had very loud guests that were up late talking loudly and up again at 4 am doing the same. More sound proofing needed at door between adjoining rooms.

Room was big with large windows with lovely views of the pool and airport. Had dinner in the buffet restaurant which had lots of choice and great food. Had a couple of drinks in the Sports Bar outside and prices were excellent too.

Arrived to Cairo on an international flight with a 7 hour layover. Decided to stay here to catch a few Zzz’s and I’m very happy I did. You do have to leave airport security area, but getting back in is not a problem, took less than 5 min from leaving my room to being at the airline check-in counter. The room is clean, spacious, airy. For the price and convenience, I highly recommend it and would stay here again

Airport hotel. High security. Reception staff seemed busy all the time. ‘Limousine Service’ - likely outside contractor overcharges and under delivers. Very good in room dining. Hotel staff attentive. Very close to airport.

Excellent staff throughout all aspects of our stay, including check-in and checkout procedures. Friendly, efficient, courteous and welcoming. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone preferring to stay at,or near to an airport hotel for convenience. We would Definately stay here again.

We stayed there 3 different times in 2 weeks. First time everything was fine. Second time problem w/the room so they addressed it and then said for the 3rd stay we would have an upgrade on the room and free breakfast. At the 3rd stay check in we had problems with the check in. They had difficulty changing the free breakfast to lunch as we were leaving at 4am. The room they gave us was like the "standard room" but had a coffee maker along with the VIP Lounge. To be honest the VIP lounge was only pastries and soda drinks & yogurt; I wasn\'t impressed. They had us go there, as the room wasn\'t ready and would be ready in 5 min. Well 30 min went by, no one came. Then the lady at the front desk said they didn\'t have any rooms ready and if they had any available for that evening \'they would all be loud due to 3 weddings". I lost it at that point. That isn\'t my issue that they booked 3 weddings and they chose then tell me after they did the check in they didn\'t have a room away from them! I was ready to lose it, because the girl at the counter obviously didn\'t give a damn. I demanded they give me one away from the noise or I would escalate this with Expedia and give a 1star review; only then they did something. However, then we had to wait another 30 minutes for that room. The only good thing about the hotel was: main buffet restaurant staff was very good and the masseuse Aya was incredible! Otherwise it was subpar for sure due to the lack of help from the staff.

Conveniently located hotel for airport. Easy to walk to from T3 and complimentary shuttle bus every 30 mins for other terminals. Clean, large rooms and lovely communal spaces. Pool in large, clean and attractive. Staff let the hotel down somewhat as our check in agent at 2am was not very efficient. I also requested several months in advance the two rooms that I booked to be close to each other and was allocated rooms at either side of the hotel (which is large) and on different floors. It is then impossible to reach the other room as key card only allows you to go to the floor that your room is on. My room was on floor 1 and son’s on floor 4. Didn’t have breakfast but went to the sports bar for a late lunch (as main restaurant only serving buffet). Waited 50 minutes for food (had to chase) and when it arrived two dishes were completely inedible. I am not a fussy eater btw, I cannot remember the last time I sent something back / was unable to eat it and mine was just a salad but the lettuce was revolting and totally drenched in dressing not to mention missing advertised components. The staff suddenly sprung into action offering alternatives but we were in a hurry by then and said no. They then proceeded to insist we have something though we said no thank you. They did let us have our son’s meal and drinks on the house as compensation but a decent meal would’ve been preferable as we then had to eat at the airport. Overall a good stopover however

Great customer service, this property is perfect when traveling to Cairo and staying near the airport. Great rooms, good food and excellent service. Aya at the front desk was great, also Mahmoud and Karim which helped with my bags and my room.

I asked the hotel receptionist for a taxi, thinking that they could be trusted - but I was badly let down. They pointed me to a person who then proceeded to charge me 3000 Egyptian pounds for what should have been a 600 pound taxi ride! My mistake was trusting the female receptionist - Be careful unlike most hotels the staff here cannot be trusted

Very convenient hotel for a night before departing or when arriving to Cairo Airport. We have stayed here twice when arriving at 1AM and the staff are always welcoming, rooms clean and the hotel quiet (given the location at the airport) for a good night's sleep. We have not taken advantage of breakfast or any other amenities. The only drawback is you may have read online that it is walkable from the terminal via a pedestrian bridge but evidently that is closed so you have to take ground transportation around a circuitous route to get to the hotel.

Our stay at the Le Meridien was great. We were able to walk straight to the hotel through the airport. Food was amazing and we spent the day lounging at the pool. We picked up nice souvenirs from the gift shop and were relaxed for our flight home the next day.

Awesome hotel excellent lobby area with look out. Beautiful decor. Spacious room which you do not find in hotels in North America.Great breakfast buffett which starts at 4am till 10am. Buffett had lot of choices. Strongly recommend anybody going to Cairo. Will surely stay again.

Enjoyed my dtay staff were attentive room clean & tidy easy access to airport staff are friendly not vegan friendly no choices when i tried to make selections separate payment was required and still didnt receive whst i requested. Wasn't happy with service. Was happy to know about free shuttle service for 2 hrs shopping minimum. I enjoyed my stay.

This houtel is breathtaking beautiful and well serviced. My club level room was worth the extra cost. And I really enjoyed the in house dining options such the Lebanese and the Buffet.
