I choose this establishment because of the location in old town centre and also because of the washing machine. However, there’s no drying function, a clothes rack is supplied. The location is excellent. Less than 10 minutes walk to Zwinger, Brühl’s Terrace, Frauenkirche etc. There are 2 big supermarkets downstairs. The area is safe. Beds are comfortable. Storage space is sufficient The sitting room is quite big, with a comfortable sitting area. There’s a big balcony where we can sit outside to relax. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The rangehood over the hob doesn’t work. The kitchen floor is not very clean. There’s a towel warmer in the bathroom but it’s quite dusty. Both bedside tables and lamps are also covered with dust. I asked for assistance regarding use of electric appliances from customer service by using Hotel.com’s App and also by WhatsApp. Response is very quick and staff are helpful. All in all, I would conclude that the customer service is highly commendable.

The location is next to the tram station as a result there is a lot of tram noise. The apartment is also very warm, so opening the windows is the only option to cool the room down which lets on the tram noise! Otherwise the rooms are ok and the location is also good.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Thr kitchen had good appliances, but lacked a microwave. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the lack of kitchen pots & pans.
