Pros: - Restaurants and bar are modern and reasonably priced. - 75inch TV in room with apps and casting - Beds and pillows are very comfortable - Fridge in room - Good bathroom supplies Cons: - Too hot! No aircon in hallways - No extractor fan in bathroom, it becomes a sauna - Shower head not centred so you have to shower at an angle - Water in room is $6 - Elevators feel so dodgy - Aircon needs to be on all the time to keep room cool - No lounges at pool It looks like the money from the hotel is put into the restaurant and bar area, but not into the hotel.

Always a great experience! The staff are always so nice and accomodating. The location is great with so much nearby. Parking is available for free on the property and safe. Overall would definitely recommend staying here, I wouldn’t bother trying anywhere else!

Room smelt of heavy cigarette smoke and was really bad eventhough we booked a non-smoking room. We requested to be moved to another room but were told they are fully booked out. Could not stand the smell and had to check out early.

Cleaning is the main concern of mine. I mean the Toilet Bowl was dirty and weren't cleaned when we checked in the room, and the Milk carton in the fridge was left opened by the previous guest, this led me to believe lack of hygiene quality. Very Good Breakfast Variety.

The room was spacious and clean, passageway was not. Outdoor parking, especially on very hot February days was not comfortable. Breakfast was great but dinner was average. Could hear the aircons buzzing and some exterior noises but was relatively quiet. Bed and pillows were great. Staff were exceptional. Well dressed, friendly and very helpful.

Stayed 1 night this week. The Holiday Inn was easy to find and the parking was in the front. The room was quite spacious, the shower had plenty of room - loved it. Tea and coffee provided, water was in the room but at a cost. Bed was comfortable. The hallway was a bit stuffy. At times we would hear other guests talking outside our door. I would stay again

-Service overall was excellent and it was very clean indeed. - The staff went out of their way to locate a room for our dance students to practice and for this we are very grateful . -Food at the restaurant is absolutely subperb! A couple of things : - The phone in the room did not seem to work. - No written information re room service/things to do or public transport. I believe this information is generally on the TV however this was not working. - No wine glasses. When I asked downstairs for a couple that was not an issue however. - When at breakfast on the Saturday morning approx 9.30-10.30 we noted a female staff memeber was berated by a male manager that the silverware was not polished. I mean really, bullying is not ok. - No decaffeinated coffee at breakfast

Check-in experience was great. Luke at reception was very welcoming. Helped kids with start-up colouring activities. Overall team was very helpful. Breakfast was nice. But few things were changed since my last visit. No more in house barista coffees and fresh apples for juice.
