Staff were lovely and helpful here, even with our very late check in and very early check out. They suggested a place that we could go for late dinner (23:00+). Room was lovely, little balcony was great. We did not use breakfast, restaurant or vending machine so cannot comment on those. Easy walk to the Torres de Serranos and the old town.

Terrible experience. The front desk employee, Julian, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The property advertises on-site parking, but upon arrival we were informed that no parking was available. When we asked for assistance or clarification, Julian became aggressive and confrontational instead of helping resolve the issue. The lack of customer service was unacceptable. Additionally, the surrounding area did not feel safe. I would not recommend staying here.
