Need better instruction, which keypad and which number to press for the Reception Desk. Maybe a bigger sign in the front. Once you figured it out, the stay was very nice, the staff was very accommodating, they cleaned the room every day, and let us store the luggage after check out. There is microwave you can use. The guests who don't know Portugese need clear instruction on the use of the kitchen.

O banheiro estava sujo e as roupas de cama não foram trocadas, apenas passadas e estendidas. Passamos muito calor, muito mesmo e o quarto não dispõe de um frigobar. A localização é boa, mas a qualidade do hotel deixa muito a desejar. O atendimento da recepção é "ok".

This is a budget accommodation where for a reasonable price you can get a room with private bathroom; therefore, expect a far from spotless decoration, wonky bits and dodgy appliances. That said, the room I had was spacious and bright, with plenty of storage space, a really large bathroom and a balcony with 2 chairs and a table, overlooking a nice and quiet square. Beds are comfortable. Spare blankets and pillows are provided. Rooms are cleaned and tidied every day. Reception is open 24/7 and they can speak English. Good wi fi. Should you need it, there is a fridge on each floor and a communal kitchen on the 4th. Metro, bus and tram stops are within no more than 2 minutes walking. Lidl and Auchan supermarkets, grocery and fruit and veg stores, plenty of eateries, cafes and restaurants specialising in any kind of cuisine, including vegetarian and vegan, are in a radius of less than 10 minutes. As in any other European city, there is a fair share of destitute and homeless people around but I have never been bothered. Oh, and I found the old fashion lift rather cool.

Very clean room and extremely kind and helpful staff. Well situated and great condition. Only con is that our room was next to the kitchen and due to the thin walls, we could here other residents using the kitchen and talking as loud as ever, however this isn’t exactly the hotels fault and in the end, it made us wake up and leave earlier which wasn’t all bad. Overall I would stay again, I’d just ask for a more quiet area for the room.

La limpieza aparentemente bien, pero no limpian debajo de las camas, a mi pareja se le cayó un anillo debajo de la cama, tuve que levantarla para cogerlo, y estaba el suelo entero sucio y había una mancha de vino enorme y tenía pinta de ser de hace tiempo. Mediocres respecto a la reposición de papel higiénico, daba la sensación que estaban justos de stock y que tenían miedo de que se acabara, solo había un enchufe en toda la habitación, hasta ahí todo medianamente pasable, lo que es inaceptable es que tenían un cartel en la habitación en el que ponía “¡ ATENCIÓN EL HOTEL NO SE HACE RESPONSABLE DE LA DESAPARICIÓN DE OBJETOS DE VALOR O BIENES PERSONALES DEJADOS EN LAS HABITACIONES!” Siempre que sales a pasear estás preocupado de que si algo desaparece dentro de tu habitación nadie se hace responsable

hotel situé dans un quartier peu sur, bryant. l hotel ressemble à un hotel de 'passe' pas de clim, la propreté est a revoir, les refrefirateurs dans la cuisine sont sales, pas d eau tiède uniquement chaude ou froide dans la douche ! insonorisation horrible on entend meme le robinet dans la chambre d à côté, volets cassés qui ne fermaient pas.en entier. nius sommes decus et surtout étonnés que cet hotel soit proposé par hôtel.com ! vos critères sont à revoir. plis de 80e la nuit pour un.taudis !!!

Stanza davvero piccola per quattro persone, non avevamo quasi lo spazio per i trolley. Però ottimo prezzo, quindi non mi aspettavo una reggia. Davvero molto rumorosa, stanza attaccata alla reception. Una notte hanno suonato il citofono alle 4 e ci hanno svegliato perché si sentiva tutto. Siamo stati quattro notti, alla fine del secondo giorno si rompe la serranda dell’unico finestra. Lo segnaliamo la sera stessa e lo ricordiamo la mattina dopo, sperando di trovarla aggiustata al nostro ritorno. Invece nulla, finestra chiusa e niente cambio aria fino alla fine del soggiorno. Roba che abbiamo tenuto la ventola del bagno aperta per fare un minimo di ricambio. Posizione centrale ma dintorni poco piacevoli, con tanto di baraccopoli proprio sotto le camere. Ok per giovani avventurieri, noi in famiglia abbiamo un po’ accusato.

I just want to make it clear that this place is a hostel/hotel although we did have a private bathroom the rooms were very small but good since we only stayed a night, the staff were very kind. When you enter you must take the elevator or stairs to the first floor and that is where you'll find the hotel/hostel, it's confusing at first. Overall good stay if ur on a budget, the door knob had problems closing but we ended up figuring it out.

Good enough for a night over in Lisbon but not for an extended stay unless you're backpacking. And the church bell rang every half hour until around 7:00pm....super annoying if you're trying to recover from jet lag

Hôtel relativement bon marché avec salle de bain dans la chambre sont les qualités Pour les defauts entrée d’hôtel non visible l’hôtel est vétuste avec câbles électriques non protégés ,la télé ne fonctionne pas et internet très lent avec coupures régulières La cuisine du personnel se trouvent près de notre chambre avec un va et vient permanent la journée

When we arrived at the accomodation we were told that the room we booked had problems and that they had booked us another room in a nearby hotel. The same Morning before traveling I had contacted the hotel and asked them if there was anything they wanted to share with me, they said all was ok and didn´t tell us that we had to stay in another hotel.In any case the staff was friendly on arrival and luckily the new room was in the street nearby. The new room in another hotel, Dos Anjos Hotel, was just fine, not bad, the bed was rather ordinary and the pillows too. Just ok.

The check in process is done by hand and took awhile. The place was clean and staff was nice. The hot water situation was not great-bring your patience as you fiddle around trying to get the hot water back when you covered in soap. Also, while this may be common, they ask that you not flush toilet paper. You need to throw used toilet paper in the waste basket. Others may be fine with this but this was too much for me.

We did not like the neighborhood. The location was convenient to sites and metro, which was was easy to use. No AC and noisy dirty neighborhood, but maybe that is all of Lisbon!

ホテル周辺の衛生環境が悪い。ゴミだらけだしホームレス多い。部屋自体は清潔だが、エアコン、冷蔵庫、あとドライヤーがない。シャワー室にはシャンプーしかないので、歯ブラシその他は持参が必要。シャワーは温度が一定にならず、時間が経つと冷水になる。ドライヤーは受付に言ったら貸し出してくれた。ホテルというよりはユースホステルに近い感じ。

The inside itself isn’t so bad, but I am not used to Hostel staying. This was not the nicest side of Lisbon, and while the hosts were lovely and the rooms were clean and in great condition, I would not stay here again with or without my children. This is a better option for younger travelers traveling without children or who are used to noisy environments like sirens and ambulances. There seems to be a line of demarcation in Lisbon where there’s suddenly lots of graffiti and much more foot traffic. This is that side of town. It’s not terrible, but it’s just not my cup of tea.

We really enjoyed the authenticity of the neighborhood that offered some great options for eating and drinking, as well as a break from the tourism parade closer to the waterfront. The walk to the centro neighborhoods is quick and easy, and there is a metro stop only a block from the hotel that can get you downtown, or even the airport easily. Our room was clean and comfortable. The communal kitchen is also practical for keeping and preparing food.

Need better instruction, which keypad and which number to press for the Reception Desk. Maybe a bigger sign in the front. Once you figured it out, the stay was very nice, the staff was very accommodating, they cleaned the room every day, and let us store the luggage after check out. There is microwave you can use. The guests who don't know Portugese need clear instruction on the use of the kitchen.

This is a budget accommodation where for a reasonable price you can get a room with private bathroom; therefore, expect a far from spotless decoration, wonky bits and dodgy appliances. That said, the room I had was spacious and bright, with plenty of storage space, a really large bathroom and a balcony with 2 chairs and a table, overlooking a nice and quiet square. Beds are comfortable. Spare blankets and pillows are provided. Rooms are cleaned and tidied every day. Reception is open 24/7 and they can speak English. Good wi fi. Should you need it, there is a fridge on each floor and a communal kitchen on the 4th. Metro, bus and tram stops are within no more than 2 minutes walking. Lidl and Auchan supermarkets, grocery and fruit and veg stores, plenty of eateries, cafes and restaurants specialising in any kind of cuisine, including vegetarian and vegan, are in a radius of less than 10 minutes. As in any other European city, there is a fair share of destitute and homeless people around but I have never been bothered. Oh, and I found the old fashion lift rather cool.

Central position, very close to Intendente underground station and a stop of legendary tram 28. Served with elevator, the staff is super polite and make you feel the best of hospitality. Beware that there is no hair dryer. But the room was clean. I did not avail of the kitchen as the area is full of venues within a 15 minutes walk

Had to keep the window and curtains closed as the windows face a balcony where staff work. The door for the ensuite is a cheap foldable plastic door - you can hear every drop from the bedroom. The staff use the kitchen table for ironing bed linen. Had no hot water in the shower in my last 2 days
