Gorgeous hotel near many of Rome's cultural/religious attractions. Friendly staff that goes the extra mile to help you enjoy your stay. The rooftop bar/restaurant has a 360 view of the city. We only had light appetizers (caprese salad and smoked salmon) and they were excellent. I had the BEST massage of my life at the spa. We did not get to enjoy the Roman pool, but that looked amazing...there is a sauna and I think a steam bath too. All in all, a great place to enjoy the best Rome has to offer.

Excellent hotel and property with friendly staff. The rooftop bar was a great getaway location for a drink or some reading. The location was great - major attractions were within walking distance or a very short taxi ride (e.g. Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps). There were plenty of shops & restaurants just a few steps away.

We loved our stay at Hotel Indigo. The staff were very polite, and helpful. I went to this trip with my teenage daughter and this was a perfect family hotel. We loved the walk to everything from the hotel. The girls at the front desk helped us to book a roof top dinner in a restaurant near by which was awesome. We also used the spa everyday and it was just fantastic way to relax every evening after a long day walk. One day we also got massage and fascial booked with Giorgia who was exceptionally very nice and very good at her job. The morning breakfast was so delicious and the people, waiters and waitresses were extremely nice and polite. We also had one night dinner at the hotel and the food was extremely good and the chef sent us awesome samples of food. The waiters and the waitresses were also extremely polite and kind. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Rome! Thank you to all the staff members who made our trip to Rome so special. 🙏

Great location. Great service. Some minor issues overall but would still recommend it. We really liked how friendly and nice the staff were. The rooms had plenty of space, and a fully complimentary mini bar. On the downsides, the pillows were rock hard, the breakfast was extremely basic, the Turkish bath was not operational, there was only one baby trash can in the room, a couple power outlets, and we couldn’t get the thermostat to work at all. But it’s very walkable to/from all the key locations around Rome and a cool area in general.

Although it was a nice hotel, I don’t quite believe it deserves a 5 star rating. Because the building is old, there was one line that controlled AC and heating and if you’re hot in the “winter months” there’s no way to turn on the AC. The toilet doesn’t flush great either. But staff was friendly and it was all very clean. They advertised a Turkish bath which was simply a steam room.

Very nice property with good air conditioning. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was cleaned daily with turn down service each evening. The only downside was that you cannot use a hairdryer in the bathroom.

I have been staying at the Hotel Indigo-St. George for several years now. I travel to Italy twice a year and it continues to be my go to hotel in Rome. The location is great. The hotel is lovely and very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I always look forward to my time there.

Great hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the rooms were sparkling clean with comfortable beds. It’s very centrally located but it’s on a very quiet street so we slept very peacefully. We will definitely stay at Hotel Indigo on our next trip to Rome.

Not only was this convenient, but it turned out to be a great place. They have a great breakfast. The staff is amazing and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The mattress and pillows were not the best, but I requested different pillows and that was 100% better. I recommend this hotel because of how clean it is, its location, and the staff. Nothing was fatter than 25 minute walks. That is the tourists sites. The university and the Vatican were only 10 minutes away. It is also in a very safe area.

The only thing we didn't like about the property particularly our room was that the ceiling was part of the roof. It was in angled position where all three of us hit our heads at least once. Would have have been good if we were notified about that feature of the room.

We were in Rome for one night…after a great IHG stay in Lisbon and Bordeaux, I thought this would be as good. The staff was amazing, but the room was really not, and, it was expensive to be claustrophobic and not comfortable. Square feet does not always tell the story depending on how it is used…we loved the staff, location and rooftop bar, but the room would make me think twice or check things out better before crossing IHG again

Very Nice Hotel and excellent location. The front desk staff is very friendly but service could be faster and more efficient. I waited for almost 10 minutes while a lone staff member keep trying to make dinner reservations for another customer. The problem it was 17:00 and the restaurants were not picking up. Too early. And rather than tell the other customer to check back he just kept dialing numbers. I had a quick question but he did not acknowledge me After almost 10 minutes the other customer said he could come back. And he suggested the desk staff help me. I asked my question and was finished in less than a minute.

Highly recommended for short visits to Rome. The hotel is smallish but perfectly formed. Staff were friendly and efficient. Location was very good. We were able to walk to all the main tourist spots, including The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum and Vatican over the course of three days. Local eateries were good and easy to find.

This hotel is awesome! So well located on a cute quiet street, yet close to so many things. One can walk to Vaticant City, The Spanish Steps and the Tevi fountain easily. Amazing experience, everyone was so Helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and the staff even surprised me with a treat on my birthday. We also had dinner at the hotel and the staff were incredibly attentive and food was delicious. It is also centrally located to go to all of the best sites. Thank you!
