Clean, quiet, comfortable and modern room. Located conveniently for main train station, and for reasonable walking to the main tourist sites. Some very nice local places to eat in the evenings. Good breakfast in lovely rooftop setting. There is a lift, but beware it is small and can take a long time to come.

Perfect location, great rooms and a clean hotel in the heart of Rome. Hotel also included a great rooftop lounge area with breakfast and cocktails. A hotel worth visiting!

Our room was quite nice and very comfortable with AC for relief from the summer heat! The rooftop restaurant is nice and there are many other nearby convenient dining options. The location is very central, a very short walk from Termini station which connects you to most locations. There is also a bus station outside the hotel. We often walked in to see many of the historical sites, which are also accessible by foot. Rome has no shortage of things to do, and this hotel puts you in a great location to get to it all easily!

Excellent location near the Termini station, clean and ventilated rooms and attentive and friendly staff. Although the breakfast venue, the rooftop, was excellent. The food could need a step up. All in all, highly recommended!

An Unforgettable Hotel Experience with Outstanding Service I had the pleasure of staying in one of the hotel’s suites, and the experience was truly impressive. The suite was very clean, spacious, and recently renovated, with plenty of storage space, a refrigerator, coffee machine, stove (which we didn’t use), and two TVs. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Both breakfast and dinner were of high quality, and the same goes for the service. The staff was simply wonderful – friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. A special mention goes to Michelly, whose warmth and dedication to maintaining high standards made a real difference in our stay. The only downside worth mentioning is the elevator. It felt small, low, old, and rather slow. Personally, I chose not to use it and instead took the stairs – all 150 steps – to the top floor every day. While that was a bit of a challenge, the overall quality of the food, service, and accommodation far outweighed this minor inconvenience. All in all, this is a hotel I will not soon forget, thanks to the lovely people on the team and their commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Beautiful property within walking distance of the Roma Termini Train station. 25 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. 30 minute walk to the Colosseum. Rooms were spacious and clean with modern features. Shower was great!

This hotel is ideally located near many major attractions. Has elevator unlike many Rome hotels. Rooms are smaller than we are accustomed to in US but very nicely set up. Our room was spotless during our stay. Big fluffy towels - NO WASHCLOTHS - in bath. Bring your own. Sink actually had countertop; unusual in Italian hotels in our experience. Nice shower with lots of water pressure. Roof top bar & cafe, full breakfast & a few offers for dinner. Bar had limited selection but good one. We had room facing south & the air conditioner was more than adequate to keep room cool. Cold at night. Staff mixed; most spoke good English but not all. They do not change money, but there is ATM less than a block away at bank across major street (go left out of door). Bellman very helpful. Knowledgeable & knows area. Desk clerk not so much. No laundry service, but there is a laundry three blocks left out of door just off Volturno. I plan on staying there next visit. But will make reservation directly; hotel.com made two reservations & could not straighten it out or reduce stay by a day. Great place!

Felt that the bed was not clean, i was disappointed that a note said in the bathroom saying , rooms are cleaned every three days . The room was very small and the view of the superior balcony room i had booked was awful. Staff broke my wife bag handle as they moved lugguage to the lobby at checkout. Staff was dishonest and refused to say that they broke it. I will definitely never book this hotel again.

I was looking for a hotel within walking distance of the Termini train station. Most of them people rated poorly and would not stay in them again. I came across the review for this hotel. The only one people said they would stay in a second time. It was easy walking distance. The staff was very accommodating and super friendly. Our room was a comfortable size. It was clean and quiet. The shower had excellent water pressure. The room was renovated and very attractive and great air conditioning. There was a small refrigerator and a nice coffee maker in the room. The roof top bar/ resteraunt has a great view of the city, great snack options for light meal. Excellent breakfast buffet with a great coffee machine. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to others. Another bonus, being close to the train station, you have easy access to the Metro, taxis and bus services.

Booked superior room with balcony. The balcony was very disappointing, it looked out on to large air duct pipes which were noisy and unsightly, so much so we were unable to use the balcony. The room was very nice but expected more from 4 star. The coffee cups were paper, no complimentary water in the room. The shower was powerful. The breakfast was basic to say the least, certainly not 4 star breakfast and so i didnt eat much of it Reception staff helpful when needed apart from when a couple in the next room to us were having a screaming amd shoutibg match at 0430 until just before 6am, the guy on reception didnt really want to know, just said he didnt know which room it came from exactly. He couldve taken the time to find out (before we told him) as the argument sounded very heated. As it happened, the couple left the hotel at 6am together but something shoulve been done earlier. We had high expectations from this hotel but we wouldnt stay again, sadly.

The room itself was nice. First room we were given was hot and would not cool down. So they did move us to a new room which was considerably cooler. The cleaning staff was all wonderful. The same goes for the bell hops. They were exceptional. And the rooms were very very clean. The downside here is the breakfast. It’s is not great. It is not even good. You can make a meal of it. But none of it is good. It’s ok at best. The coffee machine is TERRIBLE!!! Tried several different types to make something that was ok. So instead we started to walk to a cafe down the street and pay.

Pros: near the train station and some restaurants nearby if you want a quick bite, comfy beds, rooms are spacious, good breakfast, though there is variety; it’s the same stuff every day. The rooftop is cool for night drinks and the music is excellent especially JJJ Key with his house music. The rooms are clean though room 304 has tons of floor scuff marks, marks on the bathroom wall, the shower is small w some black mold/mildew on the left corner and water goes everywhere on the floor based on the weird door. Cons: I’m not sure if it’s Rome as a whole, but can people smile and be more welcoming? The only ones who were really nice and always smiled were the breakfast staff and cleaning staff. The front desk team is unwelcoming, never smiles, and it’s like you’re bothering them to ask for help. This was the first time ever in my years traveling, where to book a tour, the front staff hands you a book and you have to email the hotel company and do all the work. They can’t call for you? They can’t email you? The guest has to? Also, the main floor is super tight for luggage when checking in and very very hot. May I suggest a roll down screen or a window tint to reduce the sun and heat? Also the guests are probably unknowingly loud. Since the floors are all wood and stone, the hallways echo like crazy.

Amazing property with a phenomenal location and such incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and cared for. Although there were some initial issues with the AC and bathroom drain, they were resolved very quickly and professionally. Otherwise, the room was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. The rain shower, bidet, and heated towel rack were a bonus! The breakfast buffet overlooking Rome each morning was also the best way to start every day. Finally, the hotel is just a two-minute walk to the Termini station, making it central to all of Rome's famous landmarks by subway, bus, or walking.

I chose the hotel for its location and spaciousness. It is a 3-min walk from the Termini station, and within 20-30 min walking distance from major tourist sites. Staff at the breakfast were kind and friendly. The staff at the front desk were not so friendly or helpful. My friend arrived early and asked for early check-in. She was refused but what was offensive was that the staff said something that wasn't necessary which was that she should have booked one more day if she wanted early check-in. Also even though the hotel has a spacious lobby hidden on the other side of the front desk, the staff didn't bother to tell my friend that she could rest there.

Our room was quite nice and very comfortable with AC for relief from the summer heat! The rooftop restaurant is nice and there are many other nearby convenient dining options. The location is very central, a very short walk from Termini station which connects you to most locations. There is also a bus station outside the hotel. We often walked in to see many of the historical sites, which are also accessible by foot. Rome has no shortage of things to do, and this hotel puts you in a great location to get to it all easily!

We were so pleased with our choice of hotel! Great location, just across the road from Roma Termini station, which was easy to reach on a frequent train service from the airport. We initially chose this hotel as it was a little cheaper than those located more centrally, but felt the location was actually better, and walking into the centre took only around 20 minutes. The area felt safe, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was served on the rooftop restaurant, with views across Rome. Good selection of food available, with additional items such as pancakes at an extra charge. On one evening we were there there was a live Blues trio on the rooftop terrace, which was lovely. The room was clean and very comfortable. We had a family room, and our daughters each had a comfortable single bed. There was a bottle of wine in the room on arrival, and a coffee machine too. For my husbands birthday, they left some little cakes in the room and a happy birthday note! Highly recommend, we will definitely return! Decent value for the price too.

The hotel is just a short walk from the Termini which was perfect. The foyer is neat and modern as are the rooms, we had a balcony overlooking the Termini plaza which gave some great sunshine and sunsets but was very quiet with the door closed. The hotel has one small lift and you need to be patient, it’s a lot of steps to go up if you’re on the higher floors. The staff were always friendly and helpful, we didn’t use the restaurant or bar as we dined out. We did find the Termini area a little unnerving in the evening with homeless people around but we found a great route by turning right which was safe and busy. Overall, absolutely recommend for transport convenience as well as walking to some of the sites.

The room itself was nice. First room we were given was hot and would not cool down. So they did move us to a new room which was considerably cooler. The cleaning staff was all wonderful. The same goes for the bell hops. They were exceptional. And the rooms were very very clean. The downside here is the breakfast. It’s is not great. It is not even good. You can make a meal of it. But none of it is good. It’s ok at best. The coffee machine is TERRIBLE!!! Tried several different types to make something that was ok. So instead we started to walk to a cafe down the street and pay.

The staff considered this situation normal. I have stayed in many hotels and have also worked in the industry, so from a professional standpoint, this is far below the expected quality. Perhaps this is customary in Italy, as I haven’t been there yet, but it’s not acceptable elsewhere. The bacon was also served cold every morning, and it’s not recommended for those who arrive early, as the chafing dish only heats up around 8 a.m. Overall, the quality of the breakfast was well below the expected standard.
