I enjoyed a 3-night stay in a comfortable and attractive room with a lovely gold artwork, and fabulous views of the city, river and sea. It was great to have a coffee capsule machine. The table, which couldn’t be moved, was too far from power sockets. Well-equipped bathroom with good bench space. Excellent housekeeping and pleasant staff. Less than 10 minutes walk from the JR station and convenient for all the main sights, or transport to them.

The room is luxurious and spacious - which is quite rare for Japanese hotels. It takes a 10-min walk from Sendai Station and a 15-min walk from the central shopping area Aobadori. But again the pleasant accommodation worths the walk!

Incredible high floor view of everything north of downtown Sendai, including the Sendai Dai Kannon statue. The room was very large, quiet, and felt very luxurious, including the great smelling bath salts. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They greet you on the first floor and handle luggage, then direct you to the 25th floor lobby where check-in happens. We took an overnight excursion into a nearby onsen town and the hotel graciously stored our main luggage overnight so we wouldn't have to lug it around on a city bus.

the hotel itself is fine. its a westin.... however, the check in took so long. they appear understaffed. check in is the first part of a persons experience and when it starts off with a long line and waiting over 20 minutes, its a bad start.

スーペリアキングサイズベッドに滞在しました。駅からのアクセスもよく、繁華街からは歩いて5分程度でもありとても便利でした。お部屋の壁は一部傷ついて剥がれているところもありましたが、部屋は十分に広く、掃除が行き届いており、バスルームもトイレとバスタブの距離が十分ありましので、トイレを気にせずゆっくり湯船に浸かることができました。宿泊日には疲れていたので、和食のルームサービスをお願いしましたが、寿司のセットと、祥華堂弁当は汁物も付いて色々少しずつ味わうことができて満足でした。朝食はビュッフェスタイルでしたが、和食洋食バランスよくあり、また、仙台名物の牛タンもその場で焼いてくださり、朝から元気を充電することができました。おすすめです。ホテルのレストランを利用予定の方は事前に予約が良いと思います。私はチェックイン時に予約しようと思いましたが、日曜日だったからかすでに満席でした。

ベルによる部屋への案内もなく、部屋の中のコーヒーメーカー、カーテンの開け方、バスルームのお湯の出し方、全てがわかりませんでした。また朝食の案内もあり、レストランに行ったところ、長蛇の列で、コンビニで買って済ませました。高い宿泊費用でしたら、期待外れでした。

掛け布団が重い朝食ビュッフェで食べていて2回目に食事を取りに行って戻ったら片付けられている途中だった間違えてコーヒー下げてしまったのでとコーヒーを1杯持ってきたが、他人の飲みかけのコーンスープが置きっぱなしだった残念な対応だった

The staff are so sweet. We got to the executive lounge pretty late but the man let us stay until closing and let us take the last bit of snacks. Place is clean, has parking, and good views. No onsen, TV only has cable and the mirroring setting did not work with my phone. Other than that very good place.

Very nice hotel, well located with friendly staff. A big issue is the restaurants setting. It only has 2, both high end for dinner. So if you want a quick bite to sleep is either room service or high end cuisine French or Japanese or room service. Some of us just do not like to sleep with ketch up smell!!!

Convenient location and great view from the upper floors. The room was spacious and the bed and bathroom perfect. The breakfast is expensive for what it is at $28 and we opted for it only once. There are good options nearby. Overall, it proved an amazing stay.
