The staff are very friendly and helpful, it is a very basic low budget hotel but my main concern was the area in which it is located, I would not travel there solo to stay I didn’t feel safe in the surrounding area, not the fault of the hotel of course but something to be mindful of, the hotel is quite old and dated, it is very clean but rooms are small but if you only need a cheap bed for the night it is perfect but I wouldn’t walk around the area there alone, again no fault of the hotel but the area isn’t policed at night, very close to train station

A lovely, clean, comfortable single room which suited my needs. Friendly and helpful staff. Short walk from the train station area (which please look into first if you’ve not been to Frankfurt before: it’s not for the faint hearted or for families I would suggest). Would stay here again as conveniently placed for the opera house but do have your street savvies on whilst walking around the area. I’d give a 5* review otherwise as I was very happy with my stay.

Stay here every time I come to Frankfurt..Ideal location to main station and U-Bahn. Excellent shop opposite. Staff greet and acknowledge every time you arrive or depart. Many undesirables in the area all with major drug problems but they don't bother you..Always turn right when you leave the hotel and you won't see much of it. Excellent room rate. Will stay again..
