We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The hotel was in a perfect location, the staff were wonderful, and the room met our needs. The only disappointment was that the gym is small and quite busy, otherwise zero complaints about this property. Lovely pool, balcony and breakfast.

While there was a slight language barrier for us as English speakers, we didn't feel as though the hotel staff was willing or interested in helping us navigate the city or our plans. One of the front desk attendants did help us make a dinner reservation one night but besides that, we were told to google the answers we were looking for. We wanted to change and wash up before heading to the airport since we checked out of our room and the "spa" which is shared with another property was essentially abandoned. There were no towels for the pool or spa, no toilet paper, napkins or soap in the bathroom and we ended up going to the airport to wash our faces and change.

Do not recommend it: very poor service, not clean. For examples, mattress was only covered a single bedsheet, without any mattress protector nor undersheet. Lobby bathroom was not clean and smelly. The lobby staff asked rudely to pay room extras while we did not do the check out and they previously told us it was ok to pay when we leave end of afternoon. Our stay at CasaSur Recoleta was great, this stay CasaSur Bellini on the same week is not up to the quality standards.

Room was large, modern, and spotlessly clean. With the sound-proof glass there was no noise from the busy street below. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was great. Neighborhood was swanky with good restaurants. Very walkable.

Great 3 day stay in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Beautifully designed rooms. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. The restaurant attached to the hotel (Roa Bar) was a 10 out of 10 for dinner. The service was great from the staff. My only negative feedback is that the walls are a bit thin so you will hear your neighbors talking to some degree.

Excellent location and staff. However, the bathroom sink (the only sink) did not drain properly. Two minutes to slowly seep out; after staff efforts to correct, the drain still took one minute to drain. Also, the bathroom should have a fan. Room completely fogged after a shower.

A estadia no geral foi boa, o hotel é bem localizado, perto de lojas e restaurantes. Gostei do quarto, que é grande e a cama confortável, porém o meu quarto era de frente pra rua e demorei pra dormir no primeiro dia por causa do barulho. Café da manhã e bom, e o hotel tem uma piscina bem bonita, pena que não deu tempo de aproveitar. Voltaria a fixar hospedada no hotel, mas pediria um quarto de fundos.

The hotel looks good but the rooms are worn out and not in good maintenance. There was a huge leek in the shower area, which flooded the bathroom. We asked to change the room, which we did, but I did not notice any effort from the staff to listen to the hosts and identify the problems. Breakfast was basic, I was expecting a better breakfast. I am a Platinum member and this is a VIP hotel, I mentioned my status but did not get a room upgrade, which I would have liked. I have to say, though, that the hotel left me a bottle of wine in the room, which I do not drink as I don't drink alcohol. Overall, I did not like the hotel. I have traveled often to Buenos Aires and stay in Palermo, but this hotel I did not like at all.

Was disappointed that there wasn’t a bar in the hotel to meet in The breakfast was also disappointing ( they actually wanted to charge my room if l wanted to have fried eggs instead of scrambled eggs) it was by far the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our trip and expected better service, the gold membership didn’t mean anything 😡

The location and room were great. Lovely spot in Palermo and spacious modern room. The pool area is great but only receives sun around midday. The Front desk staff were a little overworked (dealing with lots of guest queries and the on-site cafe/breakfast option was undergoing renovation. We didn’t receive our VIP upgrade options - even though we asked about the complementary sparkling wine twice and were assured they were looking into it.

The hotel is nice, well located. Service is good. Water pressure in the shower was not great and breakfast can definitely improve. The coffee is mediocre and the breakfast in general lacks variety and quality products. Service is outstanding, the rooms are comfortable and large and the hotel is in an overall good condition. I was surprised that I was charged for two nespresso pods when I checked out. First time in charged for coffee pods at an hotel of this level

Quando vado a BA, mi piace soggiornare in questa struttura. Mi sono sempre trovato bene anche se forse è giunto il momento di rinnovare un poco le camere e soprattutto i bagni. Sono ancora ok, ma si inizia vedere i segni del tempo. Unica nota negativa a mio avviso, è la scelta di fare pagare alla colazione le uova fritte, mentre quelle strapazzate, che sono fatte sempre al momento, sono comprese nella colazione... non capisco la differenza...
