Staff members were very professional, wonderful and very helpful with questions of property privileges and amenities. On site rental car service (Toyota Rent A Car) and parking made it convenient to drive in and out of the city. Rooms were well maintained and has one of the lowest ac settings for those hot summer days. Conveniently located just a block away from Sapporo Station. This hotel has become a favorite for me to always return to in the future!

Good location. 5 mins to sapporo station and daimaru mall. My room was quiet, clean and there was daily housekeeping.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. However a number of things about the hotel itself leave room for improvement. Bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. Very small, tired (no walk in shower), cheaply constructed, too little room for storing toiletries etc, not well cleaned etc. Room has virtually no storage/hanging space. Gym is a joke. Not worth the space it takes up. No weights, no resistance equipment etc. Onsen lacks towels (need to bring own from room), no sauna, no cold plunge. No way this deserves to be rated as a 4 star hotel
