Bekvämt och prisvärt. Garage kostade 18 Euro per natt. Hotellet ligger vid ett stort shoppingcenter med många restauranger både i och utanför. Tre, fyra hållplatser till downtown med tåg. Det var inte rekommenderad att ta promenad till downtown eftersom man var tvungen att gå genom ett mindre bra område.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We got the 1 bedroom with kitchenette and were suprised how big the fridge was, freezer was as expected. No oven. There is a mall across the street and U-Bahn around 4 blocks. Like most of Frankfurt, parking is hard to find. We got a parking pass to the lot below for 120EU a week. Overall, I would recommend this place but with 2 boys, 9 and 11, a place with a pool would have made our lives easier.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We got the 1 bedroom with kitchenette and were suprised how big the fridge was, freezer was as expected. No oven. There is a mall across the street and U-Bahn around 4 blocks. Like most of Frankfurt, parking is hard to find. We got a parking pass to the lot below for 120EU a week. Overall, I would recommend this place but with 2 boys, 9 and 11, a place with a pool would have made our lives easier.

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Hier und da sind jedoch Schäden im Apartment vorhanden, wie abgebrochene Fussrandleisten, an denen man sich durch scharfe Kanten verletzen kann. Ebenso sind Spinnweben (schon älter) vorhanden. Parken ging in der Tiefgarage sehr gut, wenn man vorher gewusst hätte, dass man vorab an die Rezeption sollte. Information vor Anreise über die Internetseite wäre da hilfreich.

This is my favorite Hotel near the Messe Area and PWC building. Big rooms with a small kitchenette. A balcony. Great mattress and nice sheets. Bathroom hat a shower and a bathtub. All very modern and super clean. No need to look elsewhere.

Very convenient hotel when attending an event at the Messe. Despite a mall right opposite it was still quiet. Nice and clean but I don’t understand why room cleaning is once a week instead of daily like all other hotels.

中央駅からも分かりやすく、何よりバスタブがとても広く、シャワーの水圧も最強。お部屋もとても綺麗でした。フリードリンクサービスも良かったです。スタッフの方も皆さんフレンドリーでとても感じが良かったです。おすすめのホテルです。

Mall in Nähe, aber auch riesige Baustelle vor dem Fenster. Sanitärinstallationen mangelhaft. Einzelbetten statt Doppelbett wie bestellt. Minibar leer, kein Wasser im Zimmer. Tee etc. wird nicht aufgefüllt u.ä. Licht zu dunkel. Fazit: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Zu teuer für Zustand und Leistung/Service.

This is a nice sized hotel directly across from Skyline Plaza. Each room has a small kettle with tea/coffee options and the staff were lovely. There is a tram stop 3 minutes walk which is a few short stops (under 10 minutes) from the main train station. Or you can walk to the main train station in about 15 minutes. From the train station, the Christmas markets are a short walk of around 10 minutes and well worth it for the historic scenery. The hotel had construction outside when we started (December 2024) but the hotel is so quiet you barely hear a thing, particularly in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The AC did not work in my room. It was hot & there was some type of construction right outside my window which was loud from early morning. I was told breakfast was in lobby then charged for eating & the selection was horrible ended up paying for just a yogurt & coffee because we went down. Would not suggest this hotel

Stayed for the week for an exhibition at Messe Frankfurt. Hotel is located across the road from Hall 3, very conveniently located. Rooms are nice and spacious, basic no frills hotel but works fine. Only complaint is I wish they provided more towels, theres only a small thin one in the hotel and they only changed it once every 3 days...

Comfortable, good value stay. The air con could be cooler as you want to keep the window closed from a noise perspective. Construction site of new U Bahn outside was not operational over the weekend thankfully.

The location at Citadines is fine but I did not know we had no room service. Even to pick up towels I had to go to laundry. The price is high for zero service and the room is really warm. I know hotels shut down the AC as of September but I had a lot of trouble sleeping. Plus not enough light on the bathroom. I don’t think I will book again.

Shopping mall located just across the street made it easy to grab a coffee or meal and do some shopping. Other restaurants were within a 5 minute walk. Central train station was about a 15 min walk. Will definitely look into staying here again if I ever find myself in Frankfurt.

立地は空港からウーバーを利用しで１５分くらい。すぐ目の前がショッピングモールでした。少し早く到着しましたがお部屋に入れて、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえたのでとても助かりました。受付の女性はとても感じが良かったです。広々としたロビーでコーヒーが飲めるのも良かったです。お部屋はとても綺麗で静かでした。お散歩がてら歩いてレーマー広場へ行きましたが、途中治安が悪い場所があるので、電車かタクシーを使うことをおすすめします。ウーバーで広場付近までは9ユーロくらいでした

The location is too far from the train station. We ended up taking a taxi instead of walking to the station. Also, a lot of surrounding areas are under construction. Otherwise, it was fine. May not stay there again because of location.

Great location. Property was very well maintained and it is right outside the mall which offers easy and convenient options for food as well. The room had all amenities I needed for my family and traveling with an infant very easy.

Very convenient hotel when attending an event at the Messe. Despite a mall right opposite it was still quiet. Nice and clean but I don’t understand why room cleaning is once a week instead of daily like all other hotels.

The AC did not work in my room. It was hot & there was some type of construction right outside my window which was loud from early morning. I was told breakfast was in lobby then charged for eating & the selection was horrible ended up paying for just a yogurt & coffee because we went down. Would not suggest this hotel

Great location close to a little mall closer to downtown rooms were nice and quiet. I guess I'm used to American standards. They don't provide you coffee makers, or face cloth.

Perfect location and excellent room. Added bonus of having a balcony on the 7th floor. Room layout really good. Staff extremly helpful when we arrived and throughout the stay.
