Spacious room & comfy bed with nice views, plenty of sunbeds on the beach, good breakfast. Close to many good bars & restaurants. Parts of hotel & grounds need a good clean & tidy up. We left a hotel beach towel on our sunbed one day which we saw a staff member pick up. When we checked out they tried to charge us £5 for it. We refused & just walked away in the end. We had our own beach towels also & didn’t need to steal one! Despite this we had a nice relaxing stay & it was good value for money.

Rooms were big and spacious with a nice ocean view and balcony. Pool overlooking the ocean was amazing. Bathroom was decent sized. No freezer, only fridge but was ok to keep our drinks cold. A good selection for breakfast. A 2-3 minute walk uphill to get to the Main Street but then you had everything there. Very convenient, would definitely recommend. My only negative was the wind was quite strong and our balcony door kept banging which woke me up. Other than that, definitely value for money.
Rooms were big and spacious with a nice ocean view and balcony. Pool overlooking the ocean was amazing. Bathroom was decent sized. No freezer, only fridge but was ok to keep our drinks cold. A good selection for breakfast. A 2-3 minute walk uphill to get to the Main Street but then you had everything there. Very convenient, would definitely recommend. Sea View room stunning, room has everything required kettle TV AC etc. a little tired but acceptable. Bottled water available from reception saves carrying from shop Staff are exceptionably friendly and helpful and made our stay great. Garden down to pool kept lovely and pool bar service and food very good. The beach is definitely lacking but there are plenty of Sunbeds under swaying palm shade. It’s a good location for a few bars and restaurants and a short 10min walk to a major supermarket King Kong or Johns Tours. We will definitely stay again ! Looks like a foyer bar is being built which will add to the overall experience if an ambiance can be achieved.

The hotel is great. Sea view, with a beautiful garden path to the beach. The included breakfast is large with lots of selections and delicious, best one I have had in a while. The units are great with lots of space. The beach is a little eroded, but still great. What's nice is the resort is close to the main city Phu Quoc.

部屋からの景色は掲載通りで、部屋からサンセットも最高。ラウンドリーや安価なベトナムの商店もたくさんで程よくローカル感を楽しめ、キングコングマート近く、立地良し。ただ玄関が中華系でリゾート感はないので間違えたかと不安になりました。冷蔵庫は冷えず、バスマットは破れあり、タオルも気持ち良く使うには△、クローゼットはキムチ臭、シャワーでお湯をたくさん使うと排水できず水たまり、シャンプーとボディーソープも？な感じ、エアコンはよく聞きますがフィルターなどなくダクトから直接風がきています。施設は古い旅館的やバックパッカーズな質をイメージすると良いかと思います。砂浜を歩くと同じ並びに廃墟が数軒あり、海遊びより街遊びかな。

Wir hatten ein Bungalow direkt mit Meerblick. Die Aussicht war traumhaft. Bungalow ist geräumig, die Sauberkeit war ok. Das Personal ist wirklich super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der einzige Nachteil war die Baustelle direkt neben an im Beach Club. Es ging jeden Tag um 7:00 morgen los mit Sägen und Hämmern. Wir konnten nicht ausschlafen und am Strand liegen bei dem Lärm war alles andere als entspannt. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. War trotzdem ärgerlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr lecker. Der Service hat mir echt sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist Mega zentral. Man hat alles vor der Tür. Restaurants, Super Märkte und Massage Salons.

There are so many positives for Coral Bay. We had fantastic sea views from our rooms, nice garden and pool area with bar and food, own beach with sun chairs, great breakfast buffet and so nice staff. The one problem we had was though that there was a strong stench in one of our rooms, 206, likely from the air condition. We mentioned this, but it was not handled during our stay. However, we ha a great stay!

I stayed at superior deluxe seaview room. It’s not as good as the overall review from others. Though it’s convenient to access the north and south. The property is a bit old. The towels are very dirty and tear. Not recommended if you are a mysophobia.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great again thanks to a very attentive staff constantly refreshing items so they’re lovely and fresh. I highly commend the staff to stay friendly amid some grumpy patrons. The hotel building is still quite new and was built well, good sound proofing excellent air conditioning, centralised with a controller in the room, silent and not pointing at the bed, ie no cold draft and keeps running when you take your keycard with you, so you don’t need to force the temperature down when you return. Beach access with sun beds under palms very well considered for sun and shade. I’m sure the beach towels that spent their days on them had a great time…..

Sea View room stunning, room has everything required kettle TV AC etc. a little tired but acceptable. Bottled water available from reception saves carrying from shop Staff are exceptionably friendly and helpful and made our stay great. Garden down to pool kept lovely and pool bar service and food very good. The beach is definitely lacking but there are plenty of Sunbeds under swaying palm shade. It’s a good location for a few bars and restaurants and a short 10min walk to a major supermarket King Kong or Johns Tours. We will definitely stay again ! Looks like a foyer bar is being built which will add to the overall experience if an ambiance can be achieved.

We left a hotel beach towel on our sunbed one day which we saw a staff member pick up. When we checked out they tried to charge us £5 for it. We refused & just walked away in the end. We had our own beach towels also & didn’t need to steal one! Despite this we had a nice relaxing stay & it was good value for money.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great again thanks to a very attentive staff constantly refreshing items so they’re lovely and fresh. I highly commend the staff to stay friendly amid some grumpy patrons. The hotel building is still quite new and was built well, good sound proofing excellent air conditioning, centralised with a controller in the room, silent and not pointing at the bed, ie no cold draft and keeps running when you take your keycard with you, so you don’t need to force the temperature down when you return. Beach access with sun beds under palms very well considered for sun and shade. I’m sure the beach towels that spent their days on them had a great time…..

What an amazing resort. I stayed in a bungalow and they were spacious and had a nice balcony to sit on. The beach has washed away but on low tide you can swim. The cocktails were not great, the bar tender was on his phone most of the time and not engaging with the customers. Breakfast was amazing, such variety and changed so much every day. The staff at front desk were helpful we had issues with the tv and bar fridge not working, they got fixed. I would definable stay again,

There are so many positives for Coral Bay. We had fantastic sea views from our rooms, nice garden and pool area with bar and food, own beach with sun chairs, great breakfast buffet and so nice staff. The one problem we had was though that there was a strong stench in one of our rooms, 206, likely from the air condition. We mentioned this, but it was not handled during our stay. However, we ha a great stay!

We were provided with only one room key card, and when we requested an additional one, we were told it was not possible. On the day of checkout, as our flight was in the evening, we asked if we could extend the stay for half a day (of course, willing to pay for it). We were told it was not possible due to full booking. However, when we checked on Hotels.com, reservations were still available. As a result, we ended up paying for a full day's stay and used the room for the half-day period. While the staff were generally friendly, the lack of attention to detail in their service was quite disappointing.

Rooms were big and spacious with a nice ocean view and balcony. Pool overlooking the ocean was amazing. Bathroom was decent sized. No freezer, only fridge but was ok to keep our drinks cold. A good selection for breakfast. A 2-3 minute walk uphill to get to the Main Street but then you had everything there. Very convenient, would definitely recommend. The hotel is great. Sea view, with a beautiful garden path to the beach. The included breakfast is large with lots of selections and delicious, best one I have had in a while. The units are great with lots of space. The beach is a little eroded, but still great. What's nice is the resort is close to the main city Phu Quoc.

Mycket bra boende till ett bra pris. Ligger precis vid stranden, hotellet har egna solstolar o var aldrig problem att få stolar, handdukar till stranden får man på rummet. Har man problem att gå så kan det vara svårt att ta sig från hotellet o ner till strand o pool. Nära till huvudgatan, går dit på 2-4 minuter och där finns många restauranger och supermarket. Finns också många restauranger på stranden. Rummen var stora o sängen bekväm. Vi hade balkong ut mot stranden, blev fin solnedgång från antingen stranden el balkongen. Behövde ingen adapter till eluttagen, fungerade med svenska elkontakter. Bra utbud på frukosten. Till lunch går det att handla från poolbaren, men fanns fler alternativ på andra hotell i närheten. En del av personalen har begränsad engelska, så lite svårt att kommunicera ibland. Ska man klaga på något så var det att dom var sparsamma med att fylla på med toalettpapper o tvål på rummet.

This is the perfect place to stay on the Island! Very well located, far enough from main road to be quiet, located on the beach with a lovely, clean pool. The room is a good size, king bed, a little firm. Plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. The most amazing buffet breakfast possible with excellent Vietnamese cuisine and western-style, any kind of eggs, breads, fruits, juices and coffee or tea. The staff is excellent!! There are bungalows to choose or rooms in the tower. The sea view room is totally amazing as it faces west, so one can watch the sunset on the balcony and see the fishing boats light up. The gardens are beautiful and well kept and line the walkway to the pool/ restaurant/bar area. The beach is small but there was never a time that we could not have a lounger. We would certainly return here if we visit Phu Quoc again!
