Very clean room that included electric kettle, small fridge and a washing machine. And a beautiful view. Nice! Staff was also top notch. Beautiful lobby where one can relax and enjoy food and drink.

We enjoyed our stay for a number of reasons, but especially for the oasis is provided in a busy area. The lobby with bar is a quiet place to enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine at the end of a busy day.

Excellent location! Appreciated the complementary welcome cocktail, the outdoor cafe area, the elevator, and the close proximity of shops and restaurants. Very obliging staff and always clean room. A lovely 3-night stay in central Lisbon!

Flott hotell som ligger midt i smørøyet. 3 minutt til t-bane. Deilig bistro i første etasje med gode cocktails, god service og avslappet stemning. Hadde stort og flott rom. Gode senger, stille. Eneste å sette fingeren på var at dusjen var ustabil i forhold til temperatur. Og at frokosten var på et annet hotell 3 minutt unna. Det stod det ingenting om på nettsiden såvidt meg bekjent. Men anbefaler hotellet absolutt og kommer til å velge det neste gang også.

This property has a jazzy vibe & if you’re not seduced by the open lobby & bar’s decor and welcoming staff you should be. The staff are professional & genuine. The front desk & wait staff are all amazing. My pckg included a welcome drink & breakfast. For breakfast you have to take a 1 min walk to their sister hotel around the block. That was fine for me as I had perfect weather the wk I was there but I would not feel the same if it was raining. My Superior room lived up to the price & online photos. I instantly loved it & felt safe & very comfortable. It had a very small safe, Nespresso machine & Smeg kettle, washer-dryer (they should include directions for non-Europeans a couple of laundry pods). There were 2 doora opening to a Juliette balcony with view of the rooftops. I did not leave them open as it was shared with the room next door. Also incl: Marshall amp speaker hooked up to mobile, a radio & a big LG TV; 2 comfy chairs for sitting, as well as a small table & chairs, and a king bed which was very comfy. The Apple desktop was very handy however the hotel’s free wifi constantly cut out on me. Same on my iphone. I really enjoyed my stay & will definitely stay again at this property, as well as look for their properties in other cities. My one onsite issue was with a ‘running toilet.’ It was sorted immediately & I appreciated that. Suggestion for improvement: their reservation system was hacked & I received phishing emails before my arrival.

Absolutely smashing hotel, excellent facilities and helpful staff with personalised touches. The hotel has lovely character with all the modern touches. Our room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The food was excellent and well priced and happy hour was a bonus

Very friendly hotel staff from checkin to check out. The room was beautifully fitted out and had everything we needed, lots of hot water, fresh towels every day a large fridge, bottled water and a washing machine! Only strange point was the location of the safe , you had to stand on a chair to reach it!

Spotless, but very very small

The hotel is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of major attractions. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the room itself was quite small, with an even smaller washroom and shower. The washroom had a magnet door that slammed shut every time, which was disruptive at night. Additionally, all the lights operated with a card and main switch, so if one person got up to use the washroom in the middle of the night, there was no way to turn on a light without waking the other person.

Air climatisé bruyant diriger vers la tête du lit. Les rideaux usés et pas propres et la chambre peu insonorisée. Points positifs, localisation centrale, service courtois, eau en bouteille fournie gratuitement. Frigo utile et efficace.

O café da manhã fica em outro prédio a um quarteirão, a limpeza diária do apto é meia boca e o quarto super apertado.

This hotel was just oozing charm. The lobby was like something out of an old Bogart film. Elegant and classy. We got there very early and it was a nice spot to rest and freshen up in while we waited for our room and they held our luggage. The room was also very charming and quite large with 3 Juliette balconies. I only wish we could open the drapes to let light in but still have privacy. Maybe a sheer behind the drapes would help. The room was well equipped with refrigerator safe and even a washing machine! The bathroom was modern with a huge countertop. Shower was small as typical. There was ample space for suitcases. Glass bottled Water was provided as often as you like. The location was perfect near many restaurants and a block to the metra. There was a little steet noise at night but we liked the energy of it. Breakfast was in the sister hotel a block away but very easy to get to. Another wonderful space with lots of good food choices and great coffee. The only downside was the bed and bedding. The bed hard as a rock and the sheets were starting to pill. New cotton sheets and a mattress topper would be a good idea.

Excellent service by the staff, very professional and courteous. My room was a basic room, so small I could hardly walk. My shower was a few inches away from my bed.

The room was ridiculously tiny. The shower was in the bedroom and if the shower door was not closed, water from the shower head would spray onto the bed- literally. The shower was about 3ft from the bed. Pillows were flimsy and flat, no support. Very centralized location- but also means that you will hear the noise and music from the outside. Would not recommend.

Excellent location and friendly staff. But the room was extremely small. No space to open luggage, sink in front of the bed, no closet. Also there’s a lot a lot of of noise in the morning from housekeepers, including slamming doors etc

Stayed one night in Lisbon at Brown’s Boutique. Such a charming hotel - great staff, location, and awesome room on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the bustling streets. Also loved the art and added touches like a Brown’s Spotify playlist that we listened to on the rest of our road trip through Portugal. Definitely recommend.

I booked a small interior room which was rather cramped and, in reflection, a mistake. However the cheerful staff made me feel very welcome. Room apart the surroundings are very relaxing and quietly jazz themed. A comfortable place to unwind after a day's sightseeing. I am biased, it's the 3rd time I've used this hotel.

Room was clean and staff was helpful. Unfortuantely, the door and walls are not well insulated, so you can hear quite some noise from especially the hallway. Mattresses were on the hard side, so that may be something to keep in mind. Washing machine and fridge were useful.

Super comfortable bed, clean and in an excellent location. They have a restaurant in front of the hotel. Nightclub music very loud, made it difficult to sleep. Room not sound proof.

We had a great stay for our first time in Lisbon, and this hotel as well as the staff made it memorable!

The location is great and on a flatter part of the city. The staff was excellent. We had flight changes that made time limited and the staff was excellent especially Jusan who got our breakfast orders quickly to help manage our departure. Highly recommend.

I don’t recommend staying here. Both mornings I was woken up very early (6am-ish) by fast walking up and down the halls or above, slamming doors, and people talking or banging around by the cleaning ladies. The walls are super thin and I had ear plugs and a noise machine app on my phone. I wish I hadn’t stayed here. No reviews mentioned this which is why I am. The room has the sink in the bedroom and a very small toilet with a door and a small standing shower with a door that either was cold or scalding hot. The concierge was not very helpful and didn’t even offer to help with my bags when I arrived at 2am due to a late flight. Nothing about this hotel was good except for its location and there’s many others nearby. I stayed in five places throughout my two weeks in Europe and this one was my far the worst.

The customer service that we received was exceptional.

Great location, staff were very friendly and provided recommendations and map for city. Held our luggage for us as we arrived early and had our bags in our room when it was time to complete check-in.

Perfect location. One block from metro location. Clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Helpful and seemed interested in your daily sight seeing activities. Always asked - where did you go today? Convenient shopping and many restaurants available. There are 2 Train stations within a few blocks and depends on where you plan to go. Everything is convenient.

Fantastic hotel. Everything you could want for a stay and a visit to Old Lisbon. Great decor and style, unique. Helpful staff. Shopping aand dining everywhere from right out the front door. Easy walk to the bus/metro hub. Comfortable bed and about a 25 min trip to and from the airport.

Very good hotel in a central location in Lisbon.

The location of the hotel was very good. It was very close to the shopping area, cafes and restaurants; In fact, it was inside. It was also very close to the square. Since we went in December, the whole city was brightly lit. The entrance of the hotel and the bar at the entrance were incredibly beautiful. We loved it here. The rooms were decorated very nicely, but unfortunately they were a little small. The breakfast was very nice. The employees were very attentive. Thank you.

Very customer-focused. I had purchased the room with the breakfast option, not realizing my flight left so early. They had a boxed breakfast ready for me as I was leaving. Also there was a welcome cocktail which was quite delicious!

Hotel limpo e a maioria coediais. Perto da estação chiado. Café da manhã é feito em outro hotel e dificulta em dias de chuva. Embora o banheiro seja grando o espaço pra tomar banho é minúsculo e dificilmente toma-se banho sem antes tomar um jato frio. Amei o fato de terem ficado guardando minha bagaem enquanto passei uns dias em.Porto.

The room we had was too small for 2 people. The sink was beside the bed, the toilet barely provded space to sit. We had breakfast the first morning and the service was not good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
