Terrible conditions in the room. Mould growing around aircon. Dirty towels and water dripping through the ceiling. Toilet barely flushed. Dirty cups. Bottled water and dirty bed sheets

No VIP status acknowledged, breakfast is one of the worst I have ever seen, actually saw ants coming out the rice on the first day and didn’t have the “free” breakfast any day after that. Upon arrival was told I couldn’t check in til 2 so I came back at 2 and the room still wasn’t ready, I ended up getting into the room at 3:30. Hotel has one pool not two and the pool bar is rarely staffed. The pool itself is unsafe as there’s a lot of broken tiles in and around the pool to which I cut myself on. Staff are nice but the hotel is very rundown and needs attention. Breakfast isn’t even worth it for free.
