Overall I can give a four star review. The villa is special, located near a quiet rice field which you can see inside your room. The service is also nice, there are many breakfast options for you to choose. However, maybe due to its old age, the property condition is not that good, you can see some signs of aging, as well as the cleanliness

Large private pool with a view of the rice field. Staff were friendly & helpful. Room is spacious but some maintenance is needed. Overall, our 2N short stay was enjoyable.
