The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking—peaceful, serene, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a morning walk, with the lake surrounding What really made our stay memorable was the outstanding customer service. We accidentally left a game console behind after checking out, and the staff went above and beyond to locate it and arrange to have it safely sent to us in another city. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. Lake House was the perfect place for us to relax and explore the surrounding sights in Phong Nha. We especially enjoyed the beautiful scenery, kayaking on the lake, and renting bicycles to explore the local area. The staff were all really friendly and helpful with booking tours and transport, and we felt very at home during our stay here!
