A experiência foi excelente, agradecimentos especial ao staff Leonardo, que nos atendeu muitíssimo bem, uma vez que chegamos ao hotel muito antes do check In tradicional (15:00). Café da manhã surpreendente, instalações novas, destaques para academia e sauna seca. Ducha fora da banheira (ponto muito positivo)! Somente a ducha do banheiro poderia ser um pouco mais forte. Recomendo e voltaria.

The SLS Puerto Madero Hotel invested heavily in its external appearance and in a single top-tier amenity (the gym), but visibly cut costs on the internal structure of the apartments and the furniture. The poor soundproofing (due to internal drywall walls) and the discomfort of the furniture mean the stay falls short of expectations and does not justify the price. Furthermore, a service failure (ignoring the promised welcome bottle of wine) was an unacceptable lapse. If your absolute priority is a state-of-the-art gym (with Technogym equipment), the hotel might be worthwhile. Great hotel but the pool could be better. There is no pool bar or drink service and the sun disappears behind the high-rise buildings at 2:30PM so beware of this. It gets cold, even in summer, without the sun. Great breakfast.

A very well put together new property with excellent customers service - the only negative was in seeing the shimmering pool and looking forward to a swim only to find a smaller pool in the shade with freezing cold water, not enticing at all. All staff encountered were lovely and made the stay special - the room was meticulously clean and the location was great. Menu could have been a bit more exciting for dinner but the tenderloin was out of this world - For those not in the know Argentina has the best steaks in the world hands down and SLS restaurant helped live up to that. Prices in the restaurant are very fair as well. Good location for lots of restaurant choices and the nice harbour boulevard walkway. Would choose to stay again on a repeat trip.

Very noisy rooms, you could hear the conversations of the adjoining rooms and very close building under construction. Same experience in the spa, noisy and not very good. Rooms not very clean and very average food quality. Not the SLS experience that one expects price/quality. I wouldn't go back. Avoid if you want to sleep. Whilst the service and location was good, there is a fundamental problem with this hotel - there is absolutely no sound insulation between rooms. You can hear every conversation, the TV, and indeed every single noise from next door, and even the rooms opposite. Myself and another colleague in another room had to move, even the corner rooms are noisy (just from one side, the corridor and opposite).

Adoramos e com certeza vou querer ficar lá novamente pois adoramos a localização, mas a equipe do restaurante deixa a desejar e outro problema que foi OK pois desligamos à noite era o ar-condicionado que ficava com o vento forte em cima da cama e não tem como mudar a direção do ar. Como ficamos em uma suíte com uma ante sala, deixávamos o ar da ante sala ligado bem forte e desligava o do quarto assim funcionou bem. O piso é a cama (apesar de boa) faziam um pouco de barulho e o sofá da sala é ruim mas usamos mais como apoio do que para sentar. Voltaria e vou voltar com certeza. No mais tudo excelente. Academia, piscina, restaurantes ao redor do hotel, supermercado e a distância do rio para caminhadas tanto do rio Madero quanto do parque ecológico da Costanera

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Puerto Madero. Close proximity to a wide variety of restaurants and landmarks. The service was impeccable even though my stay was short. I wish I was there longer to take advantage of more amenities. The staff packed me a to go breakfast since my flight was leaving before breakfast hours which was a nice touch.

Amazing customer service from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. We were upgraded but ended up liking our original booked room more so they were able to move us to the room we want. They held our luggage while we explored the city and also informed us when our car arrived. The room was nice and clean. Great location as well.

Great Hotel in every aspect. We have stayed here twice and loved it. Feels like home away from home. The only criticism I can think of is there was a young lady at the reception counter who delt with our check in and check out. She didn't seem very confident in here role and was rude to her offsides at the front desk who tried to help her. This added a lot of extra time to checking in and out.

The entire experience was amazing!!! Fabian, the GM, made sure everything we needed was handled right away. The service from all the staff especially Damien in from front desk was exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to every person I know who wants to visit Buenos Aires. I could not have imagined a better stay. I promise you, if you stay here, you won’t regret it.

O hotel é o que se vê nas fotos e descrições. De arquitetura e decoração bonitas, atuais e de bom gosto. Ficamos num quarto corner com vista para o porto muito agradável, ótimo colchão, travesseiros, toalhas, chuveiro. Um diferencial foi a água de cortesia durante toda a estadia. Também a oferta garrafa de vinho em cortesia ao cliente Silver foi cumprida e om um vinho de boa qualidade. Ótimas opções no café da manhã, com vários tipos de pães, torradas e croissants deliciosos, geleias, iogurtes, cereais, frios, queijos, sucos, mate, espumante, além dos pedidos à cozinha para os quais os atendentes disponibilizam um pequeno cardápio. As bebidas quentes são servidas sob demanda e devo comentar que sempre demoram além da conta, assim como os ovos que solicitamos. Essa parte deixou a desejar, apesar da simpatia dos atendentes do restaurante. Também os atendentes da recepção foram super gentis e disponíveis. Vale comentar que as portas internas do banheiro têm molas muitíssimo fortes o que torna difícil sua abertura, tem-se que "empurrar" usando muita força para conseguir movimentá-las, isso foi bastante desconfortável, inclusive manifestamos esse problema na recepção ao término da nossa estadia. Imagino que isso seja de fácil solução e espero que na próxima hospedagem isso já esteja resolvido, pois pretendemos retornar.

Equipe de funcionarios muito educada e bem treinada. Limpeza excelente. Produtos de banho de excelente qualidade, toalhas muito boas e quarto com excelente tamanho. Cafe da manha com produtos diferenciados e miita qualidade. Me frustrei um pouco com o restaurante na janta, fui cheio de expectativas e achei simples e muiito caro. Talvez eu tenha escolhido errado mas as opcoes sao um pouco limitadas em minha opiniao. A surpresa ficou mesmo no valor, bem acima do esperado para onwue foi entregue. Só reforço que nao estou dizendo que foi ruim, apenas minha expectativa era outra.

Gracias a Lucas y a Lucio, quienes nos ayudaron a resolver algunos contratiempos durante nuestra estancia. Siempre atentos, con ganas de solucionar problemas, manteniendo una sonrisa y una excelente actitud. Gracias a ambos, un saludo. En cuanto al restaurante, considero que es necesario contar con un manager que pueda instruir y capacitar al staff en temas de servicio. Aunque el personal es amable, el servicio deja mucho que desear. Esperar 30 minutos por un café y 50 minutos por un huevo pochado es excesivo, especialmente tratándose de un buffet, donde la carga de trabajo para el personal debería ser menor al enfocarse principalmente en las bebidas y alimentos calientes. Espero sinceramente que puedan mejorar este aspecto.

The hotel is sleek, modern with many amenities. Service is great but not intrusive. The restaurant is wonderful with an amazing breakfast. I still miss my capuccino with a Kouign Amann every morning.
