I love this hotel. Clean, modern, all in working order, well designed, great fitness centre, fantastic sauna, really nice rooftop restaurant and bar. A true gem.

Veldig bra plassering for en rask overnatting på bilferie. Muligheten til å ta med bilen opp på balkongen med heis var kult, og veldig praktisk. Også lademulighet på balkongen om man har med type 2-kabel. Høy standard på rom, og meget bra lydisolering (hotellet ligger rett ved motorvei og flyplass - hørte ingen støy). Utvalget til frokosten var OK, men utsikten fra frokostrestauranten i 12. etasje var fantastisk.

B’ Mine was the perfect accommodation for my layover in Frankfurt. Despite staff being hasty at first, they were friendly eventually. The shower was great, and the bed super comfortable. A small sized room, but again just perfect for a brief layover. Restaurant was expensive in my opinion, but I think everything is just more expensive here. Roof top terrace was lovely if you want city or airport views. Only complaint is that I’d love the sauna to not be on reserve and a hot tub or pool would’ve been great.

Loved the car elevator and room layout. Very large room and nice fixtures. Room is also extremely soundproofed as well being close to airport and autobahn but cannot hear them.

Best Hotel in the whole Gateway Gardens area! Extremely modern facilities (top notch fitness center with sauna) and a 10 minute walk to Terminal 2. I will only stay here in the future!

The room was so clean. Everything was convenient and easy. This is my third stay and we keep going back.

Very clean, quiet hotel

Das Hotel liegt in den Gateway Gardens somit sehr gut mit der S Bahn vom Flughafen (2 min) und Stadtzentrum (20 min) zu erreichen. Das auf der 12. Etage gelegne Restaurant hat einen super Ausblick. Das Frühstück ist solide, aber keine Warme Küche wie Omlets etc und damit für 28 Euro teuer. Zimmer sind ok, nicht sonderlich gross, rudimentär ausgestattet - aber gaben zumindest mir kein Wohlfühlgefühl. Sie waren auch nicht sauber und während meiner 3 Tage Aufenthalt gab es trotz Mehrmaliger Aufforferung keine Reinigung.

O hotel parece novo, a curta distância do terminal 2 (cerca de 1 km, bem possível de ir caminhando). Quarto pequeno, mas com excelente aproveitamento de espaço, perfeito para quem apenas quer dormir antes de um vôo. Porém, o problema são os serviços. Ralo do box embutido; se fizessem limpeza regular teriam percebido. A camareira por 2 vezes tentou entrar no quarto sem bater...

Great stay. Quiet, clean and modern. Only 5 minutes to airport. Staff is top notch. Great restaurant on the 12th floor. I’d stay here again next time in Frankfurt. Walking distance to the rail train and only 25 minute ride to Altstadt (old town) which is fantastic.

Tolle stylische Zimmer

Not a fan of bed at end of room, to me only works for single person, as 2nd would have to climb over other to get out of the bed.

Spent a night in the CarLoft on the 6th floor overlooking the Frankfurt airport. The concept of having the your car next to your room is really cool and can be recommended. However, the in room ventilation system was extremely loud, despite of a control the ventilation didn't switched off. So, nice room but a very bad sleep...

After a chaotic day and a missed flight, the receptionist was so kind and friendly. The rooms are well designed for a small space.

The room was very comfortable and convenient as there were many outlets to plug appliances in. It was also very quiet as the windows were soundproof. It was a short walk to the airport and was very conveniently located. The restaurant was lovely and relaxing for an evening cocktail. Breakfast was also very good with many options.

Die Standard Zimmer sind extrem klein. Hier wurde viel an Platz gespart. Das Badezimmer ist mit im Wohnbereich integriert und die Dusche ist zusammen mit der Toilette ein kleiner Raum ohne Abtrennung, nicht gerade schön. Wir haben es mal ausprobiert werden dennoch in Zukunft auf andere Airport Hotels ausweichen die deutlich besser sind.

Room was very minimal -- bed, sink, toilet shower, and not much else. No desk, chair, fridge, or safe. Just one pillow, one blanket (that didn't even fit the width of the bed), and few towels. But the room was quiet, the location was an easy walk from both the Gateway Gardens subway and the airport. There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The highlights were the gym and the breakfast, which was excellent. Just stayed one night before flying home. Would definitely stay again, especially if the price was under 150 euros.

The bed was not very comfortable, especially the comforter which my feet kept getting tangled in. Plus, the curtain did not do a good job of darkening the room at night.

I like how modern the check-in style is, and how tidy the rooms are. The restaurant and view is spectacular. I find the rooms to be too small - ok for 1 night, but not for a week

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews and it is within walking distance of Terminal 2. Overall, the Smart Room was sufficient, though small. I don't require a lot for a quick stay before a flight, but one reason I deducted a star is because for my queen bed, the duvet only covered about 2/3 to 3/4 of the bed. It would have been appropriate for a twin bed, not a queen. When I'd turn over in bed, I'd have to readjust the cover because it was too small. What is the point of getting a larger bed but smaller covers??? The pictures of the Smart Room on their website clearly shows a duvet that covers the WHOLE bed. The room is the width of the length of the bed. Down one side is a a counter that serves as your bathroom counter and basin at one end and extra space for anything else. It serves as the only table in the room (other than a tiny bedside table) and there is a backless stool available if you want to sit on anything other than the bed. I enjoyed the walk to the airport before my very long flight, but if the weather is bad or you prefer a cab, there are plenty around to take you wherever you want to go. The buffet breakfast was the standard breakfast I had at every hotel I stayed at, although I think their sausages were the best. It is in a very nice restaurant on the 12th floor with lots of room so you can enjoy a leisurely good breakfast without being crowded or rushed.

when i booked i called and asked can i check in early i arrive from a long haul flight at 5am the lady said yes which is why i booked here when i arrived that had me sat in the lobby until noon and told me to go take a walk baring in mind i was watching people check out by the truck load since 6am so if they cared at all they would of quickly turned around a room for me i addressed a guy and he laughed at me it was actually shocking .

The staff at time of check out, she was rude and not cooperative. She would not issue a receipt indicating zero balance. I stayed there before and they over charged me after I checked out. I wanted to ensure they would not do it again but she would not give me a check out receipt.

Good hotel, nicely decorated and a short walk to the airport. Had all amenities I needed for a one night stay before my flight. Even got a workout in. Only thing was I booked through Expedia and was charged for the room when I booked it but this hotel didn’t seem to have a record of that when I was checking in and charged me again. When I realized I’d been double charged, I inquired with the front desk who said Expedia charge was just a guarantee for the room and would be refunded. After returning home and seeing no changes in the charges, I had to inquire again and they then admitted I shouldn’t have been charged on check in and promptly refunded me. Other than that misstep, a good stay.

Easy hotel to get to for airport stay, easy checking in , great staff and a clean albeit small room. Cant fault it for the price - did exactly what I wanted it to do. Reasonably priced bar as well.

Arrived at noon they tried to charge me an extra 50 euros to check in earlier than 2 pm This is robbery

The hotel is brand new, rooms are sophisticated and modern. It is a pleasant stay. The staff, however, needs to be changed urgently. I had two poor experiences while checking in and out, and will not stay again or recommend this hotel to colleagues or friends. Daniella tried to charge me twice for the room saying “she is not supposed to know” (her words) when reservations have been fully paid while using Expedia, so she just charges the room fee again. While checking out early (4 am), I was greeted by a night employee, his name was Yenia or Yehia. He told me there was an additional charge of 7 Euros for the room, but did not explain or understand why. He just kept trying to charge me the amount saying it was on the computer. I asked if there was a manager reachable on duty, and he said no. He was getting flustered while trying to charge me the amount he couldn’t explain, and he couldn’t remove the charge in the system given he seemed untrained to do so. Here’s the biggest problem I’ve faced in my trip, though, with this person: he told me “you are in Germany, you should speak German”. This is a hotel for international travellers, in an international city (Frankfurt), located by the international airport! Expecting me to be fluent in German to help the staff figure out a billing issue is unacceptable. This level of rudeness is unacceptable, and it seems to not be isolated, since Daniella was also very rude, not just Yenia/Yehia. Training and replacement needed.

This is a wonderful, fresh, modern hotel near the airport. My only complaint is there's no shuttle at this time. Terminal 2 is a 10 minute walk or short taxi ride.

Perfect location for staying when you either meetings at the airport or flying out from Frankfurt. Modern rooms and huge breakfast room with nice view at top floor.

This was hardly walkable. Required walking down an airport on-ramp, across a large intersection, under a dark overpass and on a muddy path. Hotel should have a shuttle. Room perfectly sufficient and clean. They make the most of a very small space.

Good rooms, helpful staff, inexpensive cafe. The hotel is good if you fly on Delta or on other airlines using Terminal 2. Note that it's very difficult to get from Frankfurt Airport train station to the hotel, and the same is true for Terminal 1 (which is where the train stops). It's a 35 minute walk, most of which without clear walking areas (on occasion, you end up walking on a busy street without sidewalks). Afterwards, I realized that the best option is to take the airport train to Terminal 2 and walk from there. If you fly Lufthansa or its partner airlines, such as United, bear in mind that you will need to use Terminal 1.

The hotel itself deserves five stars, but the lack of a shuttle service reduces that: the hotel would be ideal for an overnight layover near the airport, but the lack of shuttle services makes for two expensive taxi rides or long walks with luggage in a poorly lit neighbourhood.

Breakfast is good with different variety at skybar with great view. Hotel is very new and the room is comfortable. It is good for catching early flight for a short stay. It is not walkable distance to airport with heavy luggage and so have to take taxi in and out from airport (T1). It takes around 5-7 min to walk to airport train station and there was construction around the train station near hotel and the elevator going up did not work for the day. The train service did not work for one day so have to take bus to get around. Limited food choice near hotel.

Toller Ausblick aus dem 10. Stock , auch beim Frühstück der Blick aus dem Restaurant ist einfach Super. Angenehmes Personal,, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück fehlt es an nichts. Kann man nur Empfehlen, das nächste Mal kommt bestimmt.

Das Zimmer war im 7.Stock, sehr ruhig, die Ausstattung ist sehr schön mit Espressomaschine, guter Matratze und genug Platz. Strahl der Dusche leider nicht höher zu drehen, aber ok. Das Frühstück war wieder enttäuschend. Die Hoffnung, dass es beim letzten Mal ein Einzelfall war, bestätigte sich leider nicht. „Warme Speisen“ unschön in Metallschüsseln mit Plastikdeckeln-Speck daher schon um 8h morgens nicht mehr knusprig. Ananas überreif (orange und matschig). Auf Nachfrage wurde sie gewendet und gefragt was damit sei… der Großteil des Personals in der Roofbar unaufmerksam und unfreundlich. Bei €28 fürs Frühstück werde ich demnächst ohne buchen.

They asked me about € 240 for a room with al lot of options in de building. Then is became clear that the restaurant was closed because it was sold out for a private party and even the whole bar as well. At theb ground floor was only a Flamkuchten with pork meat. No option for me. This stay was worth half the price I payed. Horrible attitude of the people at the bar. Looked at me if I was having no common sense.

As an airport hotel with a very fine roof top restaurant I would expect it to be open to serve its guests. Room service is acceptable if space is an issue. Closing the restaurant for a private function was a nasty surprise after travelling all day with limited time to eat. The lobby cafe was not an attractive option.

OK for 2 night 1 person business trip, however the restaurant is not open on Sunday's, so had to find a restaurant nearby.

Excellent hotel with high end finishes. Luxurious rainfall shower. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent breakfast on the12th floor with a stunning view including the Frankfurt skyline.

Pros: Close to airport Well kept Clean Cons: No airport shuttle No restaurant until 6pm. We had to head back to the airport to get something to eat for our 3 year old. Cafe did not have any pastries at 7.30 in the morning - that is way too late! Should be ready at 5 or 6 pm. Hard bed The worst pillows I ever ever experienced. Like sleeping on a basketball and the pillow cases kept slipping off due to the plastic material of the pillow.
