They have a suitcase scale to check the weight prior to going to the Chubu Airport. Japan Airlines 23 kilo maximum per checked luggage to USA. For a large person who is disabled the bathrooms do not have safety hand rails to go in and out of the shower tub.

We had a pleasant stay although only one night. We drove and car park just next to the hotel and just Yen 1,000 per night. The room is a bit bigger than normal room size in Japan. The hotel is using ReFa for air dryer and shower head which is very impressive. Staff is very polite and have smile on their face all the time. Breakfast is is delicious although not much choice. It fille up my stomach though.

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. They have so many amenities and very convenient. The price is amazing for what you get. They have plenty of outlets to charge your devices. Everything is clean. Fun shared bathroom experience. They also have coin laundry which is super helpful especially in the middle of my trip.

伏見駅から地下通路で到着(道の反対側ですが)するので、迷わずに行けたのがのがよかったてです。部屋は壁にぶつかる音、上のフロア？からのドタバタが気になりました。マグカップは食洗機だけで洗っているようで、口紅の跡が残っていたので、他のコップ類も疑わしかったです。浴室にひげと思われる毛があちこに落ちていました。掃除等衛生面で気になるところが多かったです。スタッフの対応は丁寧でした。

The property isn't very well maintained. The apartment I stayed at had stained walls, a sunken couch, and the pillows were stained. It's saving grace is that it's in a convenient location in terms of transportation. Bus stop is right outside the property and the subway a few min walk. And it's right in front of a convenience store.

清掃が雑であちこちにゴミ、トイレ洗面所にゴミ箱はなく、浴槽は水はけが悪い…コンセントが少なくドライヤーも洗面所では出来ず、湯沸かしポットもコードが短い為、テレビ横にギリギリ置いて沸かすしかありませんでした。また、ガードKeyが1枚なのは不便でした。あまり良くない感想ですが、唯一スタッフの方たちの対応が良かったので、許せました。有り難うございました。

パッと見はキレイに掃除してるように見えたけど、浴槽を軽く流してからお湯をためたのに黒いゴミがいくつも浮いてきた。トイレの便座は壊れてるのか、ずっと冷たい。毛布を借りようとしたら「在庫が無い」と言われた。 1月に毛布がないとかあり得ない。真冬にベッドの数だけ用意してないとかホテルとしてあり得ない。朝食のスペースは窓際以外は深夜のバー並みに暗い。

Staff was courteous but the walls are incredibly thin, the bed was not the most comfortable. To foreigners that aren’t familiar with smoking rooms - the whole floor will smell of cigarettes. Do not make the mistake of booking a smoking room if you are not a smoker.

コンセントの場所が欲しいところになく、不便に感じました。スマホの充電のためサイドテーブルにコンセントがあれば良かったと思います。また、ドライヤーなどはバスルームで使用することが多いと思うので、バスルーム内にもコンセントがあれば便利だと思います。立地的に、大通りに面しているため、夜中もうるさく感じました。

The staff were wonderful, and there were so many amenities! We really enjoyed our stay here, plus it was very central. Nice rooms. There even gave us a free drink coin! The only problem was the bed, probably one of the hardest beds I’ve ever slept in, and I like firm beds. If this hotel had better mattresses I would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed at a triple room. Room is considered spacious and bathroom is clean. The hotel provides amenities like green tea, pajama, toothbrush, comb, shaver, cleansing lotion, toner, moisturizer, additional shampoo, etc at the lobby area. The only thing is WiFi signal can be weak at times.

This was the perfect hotel for us. The rooms are small but it’s very affordable and the area is great. It’s right across from a subway station and many restaurants and bars are walkable. Central Park, with the Nagoya Tower is a short walk. Even though the room is smaller, the lobby is a great place to hang out. It’s perfect to read or get work done. The staff is very helpful and efficient.

Bed was the worst I have ever attempted to sleep on. It was like a plank of wood covered with a sheet. When I called the front desk to ask for something to pad it with, no one picked up the phone. I was mostly unable to sleep the first night. When I complained in the morning, no one apologized, and they had no pads to add to the bed. They ended up giving me some blankets to put down, so the second night was tolerable, although not great. I am still sleep deprived from this terrible bed.

There's no doubt that it is affordable hotel and amenities are really good. The things that I don't like is contrary to what they say, train station is not that close and train station only has stairs so it's difficult if you have big luggage. Our floor is quite noisy, would be better if we were put where majority are women (like in the 3rd floor where it is secure). The only convenience store close to it is Family Mart. You have to walk a bit and cross the street for 7-11 store. Lastly, reception people do not really speak english so it's so hard to communicate. I think only one woman is good in english but yeah you won't know her regular shift.

伏見駅からの地図がグーグルが分かりにくく、伏見駅の最寄り出口に出たところで電話をしました。私はガラ系でスマホではありません。最寄りの2番出口にでましたがホテルの従業員の方は道筋がすぐわからず待たされました。その後まっすぐ行けばいいと言われ歩きましたが見当たりません。電話をかけると私が説明の途中で切ってい待ったと言われてました。お礼を言ってから切っているので途中で切ったわけでもありません。その後も説明が具体的でなく、伏見駅から４０分かかりました。今はスマホの時代です。皆さんがあまり迷わず行かれているのかもしれませんが、最寄駅からの説明は分かりやすくしっかり教育してください。

Chubu Airport Shuttle Bus service drops off and picks up right in front of the hotel. The Hotel breakfast service is both satisfying and tasty. The lobby has free coffee. Family Mart, Lawson's, and 7-11 are close to the hotel. Taxi service, subway and the bus line is easy to access. Staff is very helpful.

I like the hotel itself, it's clean and the staff were friendly and approachable. The room was big enough for 2 people despite of having 2 large luggage each so total of 4. However, the location is far from train station but it has family mart beside it

朝食付きプランて２泊３日で予約しました。部屋も綺麗だしゴミやタオル交換もあり快適でした。いつも朝食を楽しみにホテルを利用しますが、ここの朝食は美味しいです。和食のおかずも色々あり満足です。パンにあんバターは最高でした。あんバターが売ってれば買いたかったぐらい良かったです。ここのホテルの朝食はオススメです。
