When my elderly mother arrived at check in. The lady at the front desk was so rude. My mother and aunt asked for a room close to the front entrance. Lady gave them room on 3rd floor furthest from elevators. Then my mother ask if they had a wheelchair due to the fact she was there going to Cleveland Clinic for surgery. LADY LIED and stated they did not. When my mother arrived for the next night stay. There was a new lady and they asked same question and accommodation everything. Even gave her a wheelchair to use.
