I understand the big city is more expensive. But, having to literally pay for everything at a hotel gets under my skin a little bit. And if they are to charge for everything - why stadium prices for a beer or two to the room: $19 USD! I cannot deny the absolute beauty and glamour of the hotel though as well as its impeccable cleanliness. Sky Bar (the outside bar on the 57th floor is a must do - you must make a reservation, days in advance if you can. The outside seating I got was with a four day advanced reservation - it turned out to be a beautiful lunar-eclipsed night also! I definitely recommend staying here at least once for that pampered feeling and phenomenal views of the city.

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room spotless and fully stocked every time they serviced it. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and attentive. We also appreciated the security presence throughout the property, which made us feel very safe during our stay. The location was a 10/10, there was so much to do nearby, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions within easy reach. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping n many restaurants. Only issue is had was that the showers need to be more secure for the elderly. The do not have any handles or bars inside the showers. My mom fell n luckily she did not have a major injury but still was very ache the next day. Soap dispenser on wall had leaked lots of soap on the floor n when she stepped on it slipped n fell. Other than that all was great!
