No very clean and people derispet went i am in the pool

This was my 4th time and I will continue staying here anytime I vacation in Hyannis. Staff is helpful with easy checkin and checkout. It’s clean, comfortable, and a very short walk to main st. which is so convenient. I really enjoy spending time in the indoor hot tub and pool

The hot tub was hot enough and the room was bright with matching furniture. Great location on Main Street!

Perfect for casual family stay. Very clean, friendly staff, and indoor pool had screened sliders so it wasn't too hot and the smell of chlorine wasn't overwhelming.

I had high hopes when I booked 2 rooms for a family of 6, and unfortunately it was a huge let down. At check in the girl was abrupt and rude not welcoming at all, handed me 3 keys with 0 explanations, 1 of the keys only had the number 2 that was actually legible (not her fault it's worn off but she didn't express what room it belonged to) and when I asked she looked at me like I was stupid and said they were both for the same room. I asked if the pool was open and what time it closed and was met with an abrupt 10pm same for the front... So I planned our day around ending with a swim only to find out if closed at 9pm. 2 very upset children later, we get into the room, and I pull back the covers to get into bed, the bedding is damp. Still rolling with the punches and trying to calm the kids I throw on the TV to find out the wifi is not connecting and tv isn't an option. I am not impressed. Day 2 got to experience the pool, it was great. 8ft deep in the deep end and nicely warmed. Hot tub was wonderful too. Check out was fast and inaudible reiterating the lack of customer service.

I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness at this hotel. I will definitely return.

We loved that it was in central location. The building is old and the carpet could use some cleaning.

The room was very clean. However we could not get the TV to work so after several trips to the front desk we were given another room. As I said the rooms were clean but the matress was way to soft and not at all firm. Also in the morning after a quick swim I stopped by the front desk to ask if it was ok if we went pass checkout by 15 minutes or a half hour at most - checkout was 10 AM. I was told "make it 15 minutes, not a half hour". Now I could see if it was in season during the summer and the hotel was sold out, but it wasn't and probably half or more of the rooms were empty. I thought the staff could have been a little more courteous and accommodating in this regard and told us to take our time so we didn't feel rushed.

Our flight was delayed i called and spoke with Tina. She was amazing, said not to worry the keys will be in a lockbox. Room was ready nd clean when we arrived at 2am

It was very clean & quiet. Loved our room location on first floor facing fence. So private.

Room was moldy bathroom fan didn’t work and the smell of cheap air cleaner made me sick

This is a motel but it is perfectly clean as any hotel. Each room has a little kitchenette. It is not fancy but good. Plenty of everything you need in the room. I was pleasantly surprised. If u r looking for clean and comfortable at a reasonable price, this place was just fine.

The kitchenette set up is perfect for the families with children who like to make their own quick food.

The only problem we had was a lot of outside noise.

We liked its location to the Melody Tent for its summer performances- just a five minute drive down the street. Very clean, comfortable bed, roomy room with a kitchenette and balcony with chairs for many of the rooms. At least 3 casual, convenient, nice Cape Coddy restaurants right next door with outside seating. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Hyannis.

Overall good experience but if you need a two bed room, the second bed is a sofa bed and it is so uncomfortable for adults! The mattress is way too soft, you could feel every part of the steel frame. Other then that everything was ok

This place should not be in business, you cannot check in after hours, drove 5 hours with a group of friends on a fishing trip, by the time we arrived, there wasn’t anybody at the front desk, then there was a number posted at front, it reads “For late check in or any other thing call here ???? We called a million times and went to voice mail, we left at least 10 messages, and never received a courtesy call back, not even the next day, totally unprofessional and unethical.. I have been in many places around the world and I’ve never seen a hotel where there’s no one at the reception . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER 👎👎👎

The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Asked to extend our stay another night and Tina got us the best deal and kept us in the same room. We even got an extended checkout. 5 star service.

It’s nice and clean! The front desk is only open from 8:30 AM-5 PM. There is no housekeeping during your stay. The cleaning staff was much friendlier than the reception staff.

We arrived at the property at 5:10 PM. Locked up tighter than a drum. No lights on either. Called no answer, text no reply. We had to find another place to stay.

Check in time starts at 4pm, but you'll receive a message that the hotel will close at 5pm and later check ins should be arranged by phoning to an indicated phone number in advance. And here start the problems. A couple of days before my arrival I sent them a message through Hotels.com saying that I should have arrived by bus half an hour later, at 5h30pm. No replies. Then I sent them again a message on the previous day of my arrival. No replies. On the morning of the day of my arrival I contacted Hotels.com customer service to explain the situation, they tried to contact them. No replies. Customers service left them a message on the voicemail. No signs of life again. At 4pm on the day of my arrival I started to phone them, at least 10 times, and waited waited and waited, then left two voice messages. No replies. I contacted again the Hotels.com customers service, they tried, no luck again. Then I walked to the hotel. The staff was there, but it looks that they don't reply on the phone, nore they check voice messages. They also have an emergency phone, but it does not correspond to the number they provided during reservation. It all ended well, but very poorly managed. If you book there, make sure to arrive in time and hope to never have to contact them ahead of your arrival.

The property was clean and quite well kept. Perfect location to walk to food and shopping. Quaint downtown area.

Room was very comfortable, clean. Great getaway. Location is close to a variety of walkable outings.
