The whole hotel was horrendous. No one on check in desk but overall the worst stay I have dealt with ever. Bed had stains on them. Toilet was leaking. Curtains were hanging off the window. No hand wash, only one towel for two people. Hotel has refused to give me a refund.

What we booked is definitely not what we arrived to!! It was dirty outside with people pulling up in cars, looked like a half way rehab house. The reception area was in inviting again dirty, the receptionist looked as though she didn't want to be there, then we got to the room... The family room had small double and broken bunk beds, went to reception to complain and report the beds, left it with the guy at reception he can and looked then said he would come back to us ..... Over half hour still nothing. I went to complain AGAIN and then was offered another room which again was absolutely disgusting, dirty, cobwebs, dust, dirt all over the walls and windows, pillows were ripped open and the milk cartons were gone off. If it wasn't so late we checked in I would have got my money back. This place should NOT be allowed to book especially for families I felt very unsafe there. This was NOTHING like what is advertised and at over £50 per night I would not stay here again for free.. AVOID!!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST The hotel is run down . Took 10 mins to see us at desk. Phone number didnt work. Rubbish in room, no loo roll. Bath tiles taped up. Over grown and run down hotel. We paid 75 for one night. Dont do it . Funny Smells from hotel

The entire place was filled with smoke smell, but that's not the worst part, they kept 3 beds for 4 people stay, one double bed and a single bed on top of another single bed to replicate a bunker bed which was nailed to each other and to the wall which came off. The bunk bed setup was shaking as though it was about to collapse and fall. It was a nightmare of a stay and to make it much worse the shower was clogged.
