Staff were very pleasant and helpful; the hotel is well situated and close to lots of places, so a good base if you are visiting the Torbay area. Breakfast was good and it’s well organised so no problem getting a table. The room was good - we had a balcony which was 3 times bigger than our room 😁. Remember to book a parking space in advance if you are taking your car

Parking is limited and prebookable at £10 a night, but there is plenty of free street parking in the area. We had a nice sea view on the 3rd floor, but unfortunately the lift only goes up to the 2nd floor. The room was compact but clean and comfortable with a nice big walk in shower. The breakfast is a buffet and was included in the price we paid. It was edible but the bacon was stuck together so some wasn’t cooked properly and the eggs were a little rubbery. Also the toaster was very much hit and miss. To be fair there was a coach party staying so maybe that's why things were a litte chaotic. We would stay there again though.

Everything was excellent the property who the staff the only thing I objected to was being too close to the corridor the door slammed and slammed and slammed and it only needs adjustment on the automatic closer personal thing just about me. I don’t like soft beds and pillows for that great
