The property was having electronic room key issues when we arrived. The elevator key readers didn't function properly either, so we had issues getting around within the hotel. Found a pair of dirty sox in one of the drawers in our room. The shower door does not hold water in, so every time you shower, there is a puddle outside of the shower. But the gym is nicely setup. And the Waffle house next door is great. The hotel food is not great and we believe we got sick from the one time we ordered dinner at the hotel.

This is a neat hotel with a great gym, a swanky pool, a good breakfast, and very comfortable rooms. The staff was helpful and kind. It's near some good restaurants and close to the airport.

We enjoyed the entire stay. All the staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. You need to make an appointment for using the laundry room, but I liked the system because I was able to use it privately. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the sport gym. There were not many shops around in the walking distance but we had no problems because we had a rental car and the hotel had free parking.

Beautiful new hotel and great location if you have a car. Cannot walk anywhere from the hotel, however location is great if you’re wanting to be central for driving. Breakfast is decent, and pool is lovely but only has sun in the late afternoons as it’s blocked by the building. Excellent value for the money, and complementary shuttle back to the airport was great, just be sure to book it a day ahead.

The only downside to the stay was finding the pool water GREEN. We brought it to the attention of the hotel staff and they had closed the pool the next day. I’m guessing for water testing and treating.

Terrible!!! No asearon la habitación, no colocaban toallas, el desayuno era insuficiente considerando que el hotel estaba al 100% de ocupación, la limpieza deficiente de áreas comunes, los baños del área de Lobby super sucios y no los limpiaron adecuadamente a pesar de haberlos reportado, el personal de recepción con deficiencias en atención al cliente! Una verdadera lástima que por servicio un hotel tan conveniente por su ubicación nos haya dejado tan mala experiencia!

Amélioration dans la propreté des salles de bain! J'ai demandé 3 fois de venir nettoyer la salle de bain surtout la douche car beaucoup de poussière et cheveux lors que nous venons d'avoir la chambre! Amélioration dans les options de buffet au petit déjeuner, le Mexique c'est un pays où on peut manger frais donc on s'attend avoir des jus Naturels, plus de fruits et du goût dans les plats principaux. Le service a été très bien et les installations sont neuves, le parking est gratuit et au sous-sol.

This hotel is situated on the outskirts of the centre. Ideally downtown would be a better place to stay. The hotel has limited parking areas and luckily you can park in the unmarked areas. Breakfast wasn't great apart from the coffee provided.

El hotel se ve muy nuevo, se ve bien conservado en general. En mi habitación hubo dos detalles por los cuales no les doy las 5 estrellas: El cancel de la regadera no tenía una guarda que sellara bien hasta abajo, así que se salía el agua hasta el retrete, en mi segunda noche ahí pusieron una, pero mal puesta y se despegó antes de que yo regresara por la noche. Y el aire acondicionado dejaba muy abochornado en ambiente, a ratos enfriaba muy bien y a ratos solo parecía humidificar. Pero a pesar de eso me gustó el lugar, muy cómodo y bien ubicado para mis actividades (trabajo con el aeropuerto). Seguro me quedaré aquí de nuevo, me gustaría si se han mejorado estos puntos.

We got off on the wrong start the room we were taken to was already occupied, proceeded to new room and when we had unpacked our luggage a knock on the door to say we were to be moved again which we refused, after having a long flight, there were times when we were out of towels and toilet paper, the bed creaked as if it was cracked, And one time came home and the room had not been cleaned and were told that we would have to request it so otherwise staff very friendly

The service and staff at the hotel was super kind friendly and very helpful! The all inclusive breakfast was delicious and a great variety of food options! The gym facilities and pool was a wonderful addition when we wanted to use it! I most appreciate the in house laundry service that was available for use! Thank you!

Staff were amazing and always helpful. Specifically Sandra from the front desk and Francisco the shuttle driver were always kind and helpful. The hotel is a little hard to get around when walking but the shuttle was available at most times and Francisco was always providing recommendations and was so accommodating. Great hotel and great staff.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for me and my family. My mother lost her wallet with her passport in it and they tracked and contacted the driver for us which helped us immensely! Definitely grateful for the staff for saving our trip!

Llegue y me comentaron que no tenían habitaciones disponibles como yo la había reservado a pesar que se reservó con 3 Dias de anticipación, fui testigo como a otra persona le hicieron lo mismo pero cuando llegaron extrageros con la misma solicitud después de nosotros a ellos si se la dieron. Para que contesten el teléfono es un martirio es estar pegada a la línea por horas, aún estando hospedada en el hotel… soliciten su factura en mostrador porque definitivamente no se las mandan, no te contestan si marcas por ella, horrible atención. Nunca me vuelvo a parar en ese lugar, lástima de servicio.

Pros: Staff was always friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was outstanding each day. The room was clean. Cons: No onsite restaurant for dinner. The tile floor in the shower is very slick and dangerous, needing to be replaced with rough surface tile, a shower mat, and grab bars to make the shower safe. Wash cloths aren't automatically provided and getting them was difficult. The permanently placed shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion in the bathroom are annoying and take up space for my own products. The hotel is land locked by highways making the location unwalkable and a problem I didn't realize when I made the reservation. This makes walking to a nearby restaurant for dinner basically impossible. The noise from the highway was very noticeable when trying sleep. Overall: Still a positive experience and would consider returning on my next trip.

Great place for our one night stay. Friendly and helpful staff and everything super clean. Good breakfast - and again - super clean. No restaurants within walking distance but was only $4 to $6 for Uber or taxi to restaurant row. The only drawback is the pool area isn't great. Would definitely stay here again.

Along the road. Nothing in a walking distance. Stayed one night due to the flight change after spending the week in the all inclusive hotel prior. The hotel is new, provided the free shuttle to airport. Clean and has everything you may need for short trip is good enough.

Nice, new, clean property and friendly staff. Located right beside main highway so a allot of traffic noise when outside but convenient location for getting around by car. Hotel has a shuttle too. Not great for walking to restaurants etc. but good if you have transportation.

The room was nice. The shower was weak and not enough water pressure to have a good shower. No microwave in room to reheat any food period. The free breakfast was so bad. Nothing was at all a breakfast id appreciate. No cold milk ever. Remains in a metal un refrigerated container. Hot cakes always cold. My partner got food poisoning from the food from breakfast day 2 and couldn't leave the room for 2 days due to it. When i asked the staff for warm fresh food. I was treated with a cold pissed off response. After that incident i bought my own milk from a store and kept it in my room refrigerated. And only had cereal. The front desk staff however were very polite and helpful. One in particular. Maya. I believe. The pool.had only one working heat jet. Was a little uncomfortable. The chambermaid on the 5th floor was very pleasant and professional. Personally. I wouldn't choose to stay there again unless i had these changes made again.

Very nice and new hotel. Everything is great and the provide free one way shuttle (within 10 kms). The only thing can be improved is the breakfast. The content of the breakfast can be changed appropriately, it's not very good to eat the same thing every day. Also, the staff needs to be more aware of replenishing food and not pulling the door shut as soon as the breakfast time ends.

Everything was good about the hotel except the restaurant. We had dinner and the service was incredibly slow and the food was terrible. The nachos had no cheese, tacos bad, hamburger lousy. For breakfast the food was edible, but not tasty.
