From the first reception to check out, what a pleasant experience. The staff is very, very professional and friendly and helpful. They all speak English. The room was spacious and immaculate and very welcoming. Special snacks and Port wine were left for us every day in our room. Restaurant very very good. Wine class very informative and tasty. Fabulous Hotel! It was so charming, in a great location, with views for miles. The beds with the Portuguese linens were the best I have ever slept in! Make sure you book the wine tastings in the evening. The sommelier was so knowledgeable, and the wines were delicious!

This was the most amazing hotel experience! The location was ideal, the room was exceptional, and they brought treats to my room daily. The bar at the hotel was nice and the restaurant - which I tried for breakfast and dinner - was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel as the THE hotel to book while staying in Lisbon.

Perfect location, beautiful king size rooms, amazing and friendly staff . The only thing I would improve is their gym. It is very basic and not many weights.
